I've only ever had amazing results with Inu at i Brow Bar. She's quick, efficient, and so easy to talk to that I actually look forward to my appointments. Her prices are great, but what really matters to me is how much I trust her, she's the only person I'll let touch my eyebrows. I have very sensitive skin, and Inu is always so attentive and gentle, checking in with me and making sure I'm comfortable the whole time. I leave every visit with brows that look perfect and skin that isn't angry or irritated. If you're picky about your brows or have sensitive skin like me, go see Inu. Inu is the best! She always cleans up my eyebrows cleanly and evenly. She takes her time with each person. I come every time I come down from Sacramento! Would recommend for sure! read more

Inu is the best! The service is always fast and friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. Most importantly, my eyebrows always look great after a session with her. Threading is much better for my sensitive skin compared to waxing, and Inu always knows exactly what to do. Her expertise and gentle touch ensure perfect results every time. Highly recommended! read more

5 stars if I only had Inu every time! 2 stars for the other lady I think works Sun and Mon. Unfortunately after many times with the other lady, she misses a lot of hair (I do eyebrow threading) then when I ask to clean it up, she still misses it over and over and ends up threading the eyebrow hair I do want. I'm not sure if she needs glasses or what. The first couple of times I gave her passes. Then I realized she just wasn't good at the craft and for the first time ever there, didn't tip. WARNING- Do not go to anyone besides Inu. She is THE BEST. Had her for years. She is thorough and won't ruin your eyebrows. True pro right there. read more

I drive out of my way to see Innu because she's amazing at eyebrow threading. She's incredibly skilled, very personable, and honestly just a joy to interact with. Her pricing is great, and I always leave loving my brows and the experience. Highly recommend her services. read more

I like this place. I started going because I wanted to try something new, that was closer to home. It is very conveniently located to where I live and spend a lot of time. The parking is super easy because it's in a big shopping center. The woman working there has always been nice and friendly to me. I haven't had any issues with long lines or anything (yet), the first time I went, I walked right up to a chair which was so clutch because I was in a hurry!! It's $12 for eyebrow threading, which is exactly what I paid at other places, so I'm going to stick around for longer. They also have a loyalty system so after 10 threadings, I get one free! Can't wait. read more

INU has given me the greatest service for the past 2 and a half years. She always keeps my eyebrows beautiful & thick while giving me a clean hairless face for my makeup to look flawless! She's the best! highly recommend. read more

I went in for threading and eyebrow tinting. Way too dark! I look like a cross between Joan Crawford and Groucho Marx!!! No where close to my hair color and awful with my fair complexion. She said she could lighten it up. But she couldn't. Now I don't know how to fix it. Bleach?? Aarrgghh! I'm so angry and I look hideous! If I could give negative stars, I would! read more

felt like starting the new year with some pampering or whatever and i saw that this was in my general area so i thought i'd give it a try upon entering the salon, it was DEAD SILENT. slightly uncomfortable honestly. this woman who was sitting on a couch and told me to take a seat. she immediately began to do my eyebrows, still in the eerie silence. i've been to other spas and stuff and normally you have to do paperwork so that kinda took me off guard but i guess it really is just like having your auntie do your brows for you. whatever, i didn't get an infection (so far) and she cleaned up my eyebrows without taking up too much thickness so i'm not mad. the price was $12 too so i'm like okay, what a steal. and all in the name of yaaasification read more

Positive experience and great results without the stink or dirt from the waxing business because of my first run ever to have experienced "Innu", my cosmetology skin care professional , she was a real, "dream come true"- skin care professional & other professionals with companies that boast of waxing for great research proves threading with white, cotton large spoil of real thread for quilting & quilters alike! The quilts I started over 20 years ago & the waxing I haven't agreed with for over 30+ years since 1987 when getting my brows waxed for family pictures was unbelievably too painful. Innu has innumerable extremely high quality complimentary I BROW BAR for beginners like me that lived through the hell of wax experience for nothing! Thank you Innu for bringing me new skin with zero pain reactions at a great value! Love it Innu! read more

Always pleasant and gentle! I have been going here for years and will continue.

I love coming here I drive all the way from Oakland just to get my eyebrows done with her she's amazing

This is my go-to trusted eyebrow threading shop. I've been going here for about 2 years and always leave looking better. The price is reasonable, $12. My brows are never too thin, and the artist always takes their time to make sure each brow is perfectly shaped. I always ask for a clean up with a little bit of shaping and they always know how to shape my brows that best suit my face. There's no long wait (every time that I've gone). Sometimes when I ask for aloe vera gel at the end I get an extra eyebrow and temple massage read more

The technician was friendly, but she went fast even though there was no one waiting and left my eye brows very visibly uneven.

Inu doing my ibrow and upperlip.I'm always satisfied with her service. She's very nice and accommodating!

This is the best, Innu always gets mine and she's the best. I always come here like 2-3 times a month.

I had my eyebrows and upper lips done. The women named Inu did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I'd love to visit her again and again. I'd recommend her to everyone. I Brow Bar you have an amazing staff. read more

For a place called eyebrow bar, you expect professionals performing the job. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. Before start I emphasized on how I wanted my eyebrows. When she was done, it was the worst job ever done on my eyebrows. Totally ruined them. Took off almost all of it. And there was nothing I could do about it except pay and leave very upset. My recommendation: do not at least go to this location. Worst eyebrow job I've ever experienced. I called the owner but no one has returned my call. read more

I have been looking for a place that can tint my brows bc I hate having to draw them in every day so I came on yelp and found this place. I called in for an appointment and the guy on the phone said they take walk ins so if your close by just come in. When I came in I was greeted by Simmy who was also the person who threaded and tinted my brows. For people who hate threading because it hurts you have to get threaded by Simmy, my eyebrows where a hot mess I had grown them out for a long time and Simmy was so fast I couldn't believe it swear less than a minute per brow and my hair is thick and long. Then she showed me my brows and made sure they were ok before she tinted them. Right now I am sitting in the sofa area letting my tint marinate (lol couldn't think of any other word to describe it) the tint looks good so far so I don't think there will be any problems with it but I will come back with an update..... Update: The tinting came out looking great and they say it last two weeks Note: they use henna to tint the brows read more

Costumer service was great but, I sadly wasn't happy with my eyebrows. My left eye brow was on point but, my right..... was different shape and crooked !
