5 stars if I only had Inu every time! 2 stars for the other lady I think works Sun and Mon. Unfortunately after many times with the other lady, she misses a lot of hair (I do eyebrow threading) then when I ask to clean it up, she still misses it over and over and ends up threading the eyebrow hair I do want. I'm not sure if she needs glasses or what. The first couple of times I gave her passes. Then I realized she just wasn't good at the craft and for the first time ever there, didn't tip. I like this place. I started going because I wanted to try something new, that was closer to home. It is very conveniently located to where I live and spend a lot of time. The parking is super easy because it's in a big shopping center. The woman working there has always been nice and friendly to me. I haven't had any issues with long lines or anything (yet), the first time I went, I walked right up to a chair which was so clutch because I was in a hurry!! It's $12 for eyebrow threading, which is exactly what I paid at other places, so I'm going to stick around for longer. They also have a loyalty system so after 10 threadings, I get one free! For a place called eyebrow bar, you expect professionals performing the job. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. Before start I emphasized on how I wanted my eyebrows. When she was done, it was the worst job ever done on my eyebrows. Totally ruined them. Took off almost all of it. And there was nothing I could do about it except pay and leave very upset. I have been looking for a place that can tint my brows bc I hate having to draw them in every day so I came on yelp and found this place. I called in for an appointment and the guy on the phone said they take walk ins so if your close by just come in. When I came in I was greeted by Simmy who was also the person who threaded and tinted my brows. For people who hate threading because it hurts you have to get threaded by Simmy, my eyebrows where a hot mess I had grown them out for a long time and Simmy was so fast I couldn't believe it swear less than a minute per brow and my hair is thick and long. Then she showed me my brows and made sure they were ok before she tinted them. Right now I am sitting in the sofa area letting my tint marinate (lol couldn't think of any other word to describe it) the tint looks good so far so I don't think there will be any problems with it but I will come back with an update.....
