Unfortunately, I did not get the person I originally booked, and no one informed me of the change beforehand. The same thing happened to my friend as well. Additionally, during the check-in process, the front desk never gave me a card or questionnaire to fill out regarding the focus areas for my massage. Since this was both my friend's and my first experience here, I expected better communication and a more thorough process. Instead, the experience left me disappointed and a bit shaken. Another awkward part of the experience was the checkout process. At the end of the session, they wait for you at the front desk expecting a tip. Of course I planned to tip, but the pressure and expectation made the experience uncomfortable. One especially odd part of the Signature Massage was that the masseuse inserted her fingers into both of my ear canals without warning. I was completely caught off guard and really disliked that part of the service.

I can tell because I've gotten my lashes done here 15 times over the past few years. To elaborate, hybrid lashes are what I always go for, and they used to take 1.5 hours, and now they're done shoddily in just one hour. The lashes also used to last 4 weeks!
