Jennifer asked how I would like my lashes to look so I showed her a few pictures, and she started working away. Time flew by quickly while we chatted away I felt like I was talking to my sister she's so easy to converse with. I also worried that I might need to use the bathroom during our session (Im 3 months pregnant and feel like I have to pee pee all the time) and she was so sweet to offer walking me to the bathroom if needed. I appreciate her kindness so much! Everything said about Jennifer is true. She is hands down the best around. Her studio is clean and beautifully organized. Such a sweet and caring person, accommodating, gentle, and meticulous with her craft. She's turned my straight and short lashes into full fluffy beautiful lashes. The more I look at them, the more I love'em. So happy to have found her, she's a truly a gem! Reasonably priced, quality work, and just a really lovely considerate person. This was my 3rd time having her do my lashes and every time I get tons of compliments. I am going on my 2nd week and it looks like I just got them done. Since I do not wear lashes often, Jennifer did a great job of not making them feel heavy even though they are very full. Sometimes I forget I even have them on. Not only is her work amazing, but Jennifer is awesome. I am a side sleeper because I cannot lay on my back too long. Part way through, she could tell I was uncomfortable and stopped to ask me if I needed to move positions. I had to do this a few times and she was so patient and kind. Her location is easy to find with lots of parking which is a huge plus because it is convenient. I know I will continue to visit Jennifer any time I need my lashes done because she is amazing!

I LOVE my results every time and always get compliments for weeks after. In fact, I was down the street and was in the chair within 10 minutes of calling. Eun Joo kept my length, did only a trim with long layers, exactly as requested! I am always fearful more will be taken off than I want, as that is normally what happens. SO THANKFUL that was not the case today! A friend of mine (he's a dad too) said that he took his son to UBB and got a cut from Leah. We have Asian (thicker) hair and wanted a particular style (low taper fade with texture cut up top). My son went with 'low' expectation but after the cut was completed, he was thrilled at the outcome. Just as he wanted (and showed on his phone from the various research that he did). The haircut came with shampoo and blow dry too. It was very, very responsible in terms of cost too ($40 + tip). The salon is also very chic with seating, beverages as well. I will likely come back for my own haircut as well. *Note: Leah's English is a bit limited so just be aware.
