I found this place on google because i wanted someplace that was close to my home. The first few times Sonia was great, nice and quick. I walked in recently on friday and it was someone else. She automatically assumed i wanted threading and i told her i want to wax. She said the one who does that isnt really here and is only here on Sundays. I was like um ok so i almost let her talk me into threading and i was going to do it but i asked how much it was , she said 21.00 cash. , i said i dont have cash, like cmon noone carries cash anymore...seriously? and then i said i only have card then she proceeded to tell me oh its more if you do threading and upper lip its like 28 or something and then she said no wait with card 39 dollars. First of all are you just making these numbers up? why is it like a 20 dollar difference to pay with card. It sucks because i thought that i had found my new eyebrow home. I took my self to this place down the street on willow pass rd. Nice group of ladies and great prices. Maybe that's why this place is so empty all the time cause of the stuff like this. Went in for the first time today. Pros: no wait, threading did not hurt as I expected, and it only costed $11. Major con: I really don't like how my eyebrows came out. It looks like she didn't do anything to them. My eyebrows are fairly thick, so usually I don't have problems with getting them shaped how I want. My ONLY go-to for eyebrows. I think I've been going to Sonia since 2013/2014 if not even before that. Haven't gone to any other person for eyebrows since I found this spot. I used to get my brows waxed but I found that threading was better for reshaping and redefining. It does get busy here depending on what day/time you decide to go. I've waited 30-40min before because there were 5-7 people in front of me and it's mostly only Sonia that works here. There is another younger girl that works here but not very often (I haven't seen her the last 2-3 times I went). She's actually not bad either but I think most people are committed to Sonia. Advice: I would try to go when it's dead. When it's busy with a lot of people waiting, I feel like Sonia rushes and it doesn't turn out the best. read more
