    Too thin for my liking and face shape

    If I could rate zero I WOULD! Don't go to the PLEASANT HILL SHOP! This was my second time going to this girl and it's ALWAYS HER! The first time she threaded my brows great ... and I told her the same thing keep them natural and just a clean up. She DID NOT LISTEN! She over THREADED my brows and now they are SUPER tiny unlike how they were before! They DO NOT fit my face shape at ALL! I still paid and I told her they are SUPER THIN... she said nothing... learned my lesson never going back to this place and now I gotta fill them in and use serum to hope they grow back

    I've got my threading done multiple times at the mall but no one has met my expectations than urs threading. Luckily I found this place on yelp And i couldn't be more happier and satisfied. I did my eyebrows last Friday. The customer service here is amazing and Raj did my brows. She is there on Friday and Saturday morning. By far the best place to get eyebrows done. I highly recommend everyone this place.

    Urs Threading makes reshaping my brows quick, convenient, and relatively painless! I've had my brows done twice by two different employees and had pleasant experiences each time. No small talk, just fast service. You can expect to be seated quickly (I've never made an appointment) in their reclining seats, threaded in 5 minutes or less, then treated with some skin-soothing lotion. My skin does tend to break out a few days later (huge bummer...) but I'm always very happy with the final shape. They accept card payments.

I also had bangs that were slightly uneven so I asked her to fix that. The lady who cut my hair asked if I wanted I blow out, I told her no, I wanted to walk out with wet hair to see how it would dry naturally since that's what I do regularly. She was apprehensive but I was firm that drying naturally was what I wanted and that I didn't want to the appointment to take longer due to drying. She cut a good 8 inches off, the left and right sides were different lengths, the layers were super choppy, random, and uneven. The ends were not thinned out how I wanted and she didn't touch my bangs. At the end she said "I know you didn't want a blow out but I'm going to do it anyway" literally. She curled the ends and when I left I noticed the ends were uneven. I don't know if she curled them thinking I wouldn't notice but it was hard to miss. I was really sad to lose that much of my length since it took me so long to grow out and I wasn't expecting to get it cut, only a trim which by the way was $90 (partly because the cut was an hour and drying was another whole hour so I had to pay for 2 hours even though I didn't want the blow out) but I went back in because it was too bad to wear in public and this was less than a week before Christmas. I went back in, I told her my hair was really choppy, she said "well you asked for layers" I told her "but this isn't layers this is random pieces of different length, there are longer pieces on top of shorter pieces. She got really defensive and said I kept "moving my head." No I didn't and even if that had been true blaming the customer is just a really bad way to run a business when I'm just asking it to get fixed. I told her I wanted my bangs fixed as well and because they were uneven, she said "you came in like that" I told her "I know but I wanted you to fix them" during this argument the manager came in and had me sit down, he told me they could fix it and had another girl start working on my layers, he said that he would take care of the bangs. The Second Lady working on my hair in my opinion was really rude, she pointed out some grey hairs and I said "I know I have more of them in other places" she said "how old are you?" I told her 25 and she made a face that seemed extremely judgmental. I also notice while she was cutting my hair, she held the scissors and comb in the same hand and while combing my hair I saw her accidentally cut pieces an inch away from my scalp and I felt the scissors tug as I saw her wave LONG pieces of hair away multiple times. She also kept commenting on how thick and tangly my hair was which felt insulting. As I was in there the second time, TWO other customers came in separately saying they were coming back because they had issues with how their hair had been done, the manager didn't respond with "ok let's fix it" even when I noticed the customer wasn't trying to argue they were willing to pay more they just wanted more done, but the manager was very defensive about explaining "this is how it's done" blah blah blah when in my opinion it would have been better to say "what you asked for is ____ this is what we did but if you want more than that would be ____ it will cost more to get you want you want but we can definitely do that if that's what you want". By the time I was done I had been in there for over 2 hours just with the second time I went. I didn't have any layers when I left they basically just cut my length to the shortest piece the first girl left me with which made my ends sprawl out since I had really thick hair and my hair was about boob length now, my bangs had more heft but I didn't like the way they framed my face, to be honest I just wanted to get out of there, I had clearly made a huge mistake going back. When you go to a hair stylist, make sure you go to a place where you know they will LISTEN to what you want, not do some random stuff or get defensive when you asked for something different. I didn't take a picture of my hair after the second appointment, the length wasn't badly cut it just wasn't what I asked for, not thinned or layered at all, and like 13 inches shorter than what I wanted, I've had it cut since then by a hair stylist who LISTENS to what you ask for.

What better than to this amazing place at the mall called Namaste eyebrow art. Let's start off with how clean and nice this place is. We walked in and got immediately greeted by both lady's doing the eyebrows. We took a seat in there comfy couch and let me say if it was turned on I would have probably slept so thank god for tit not being turned on. So today both wifey and I decided to get them done. Not bad honestly plus tip we paid each $17 so yes not bad. The lady that did mine took her time and told me how to help her to get most of that stubborn hair out. So yes it was nice to have someone talk to me and inform me what they are doing before doing it. Wifey also had a few things to say about her person. "Mine was really kind and asked me what I wanted done in mine" obviously I told her please just a clean up nothing else. The lady that did her eyebrows took her time and also asked if she wanted aloe gel at the end to calm down the puffiness. We both said yes as this did help out. Now the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved???? Ladies and gentlemen yessss!!! This place has earned the seal of approval from us we will definitely be back here every month to get our eyebrows fixed. Thank you for such amazing customer service!

I went in for a simple eyebrow threading, something I've trusted them with countless times, only to find out--AFTER the damage was done--that they had a trainee work on me without my consent. If I had been asked, I would have absolutely said no to having someone inexperienced touch my brows. Instead, I walked out with uneven, over-threaded eyebrows that will take weeks to grow back. No warning, no apology--just an excuse. It's beyond disappointing to see a business I supported for so long show such little respect for their customers. If they're willing to risk loyal clients like this, I can only imagine how they treat new ones. Take your business somewhere that values consent and quality work.

When I returned and reached out again, she pressed me repeatedly about whether I had already seen her before. I explained that I hadn't, since her June time via our text didn't work, but she kept harping on it. Then it became hard to schedule her and I had to send follow up text message. I thought the issue had been resolved, but when I arrived at her studio, she brought up the same question again and kept harping on it. I finally had to shut it down by suggesting she check my Groupon account to confirm. The only brief conversation we had was her asking how far I lived from the studio and telling me to text her when I was ready to book my next appointment. I also noticed she seemed very reluctant to assist with the placement of my finger during the threading, almost as if she found it unpleasant to touch me or to spend more time explaining to me. I've never experienced this before. In the end, we just let my finger be in imperfect positions while she threaded carelessly. The threading itself felt extremely rushed and turned out uneven. I didn't say anything at the time because I just wanted to get out of there--she made me so uncomfortable that I felt my whole body tense up.
