If you can customize a drink for your customers please do it. Since you have dirty brown sugar drinks I come a lot more often but for me to feel less guilty, I'd prefer my drink have extra black boba instead of milk foam. You said you couldn't do it. I don't think it was too much to ask. Service is always good but please being a little more flexible and put a smile on your face so we feel welcomed there. read more

The boba is super good and the employees are nice!! I love the location and the inside looks really nice.

My friends and I were looking for a boba place to chill at that wasn't closed at 10pm on a wed night and headed to gong cha. I ordered the honey green tea with less honey and it was so refreshing. The place is also really nicely decorated similar to a cafe you would see in a Korean drama. When the weather is nice out you can also sit outside in the front. Service was great and fast. Will definitely be back. read more

Modern and nicely design. We tried different drinks on Saturday and everything tasted amazing! So glad to have Gong Cha in Dallas.

Great service! Great drinks! All the staffs are so nice and attentive to help. Favorite bubble tea place so far

I've been to this location a couple of times around early / late afternoon. The staff is professional and customer friendly. They've kept the store clean and organized. Noise level is okay considered that this is a place for hanging out. The drinks are reasonably priced compared with similar stores. One thing I like about Gong Cha is that they let you pick the level of sweetness and ice. Good luck with that in most other stores. read more

First look, this place is super cute! I love how you also get to sit outside on nice days. I've tried the new one in Richardson but I just... don't like it as much as this place. The milk tea is perfect. It has the right amount of tea flavor, not too sweet, not too creamy, highly recommend! Their passion fruit sparkling is also really tasty and very refreshing! This place does get busy but I still feel they are able to provide a quick service nonetheless. read more

The location and closing time are great. My only issue is, i barely find good items on the menu. Most of their drinks don't taste that great. I've tried 5 so far, and one or two were OK. The best drink so far is the passionfruit yogurt with boba. You pay more here for less value. But as i mentioned the location, hours, and atmosphere are great. It's very clean and modern. Great for studying. They don't have food, so not convenient for students who prefer food selections. However, there are many restaurants around so it's not too bad. read more

Gong Cha - Bubble Tea Near Me - Plano, Texas

Pretty sweet selection of fine flavors that you can't find everywhere. I really liked the place, it was relaxing and the staff was really nice. Seems like a good place to hang out with your laptop or something! read more

My friends and I stopped by on a rainy Friday evening. They are open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, which we took full advantage of that night. It is located next to Mango Mango off of 75 and both places share a decently sized parking lot. The decor inside is earthy, with wooden panels on the walls and wooden furniture. They also have board and card games available (yes!). I ordered the Wintermelon Tea Latte, while my friends got the Wintermelon Tea and Oolong Tea, all hot. I enjoyed my latte, but wished it was less sweet. Most of their drinks are customizable, but I was told the wintermelon tea is pre-mixed... boo. Service was good, as the staff was friendly and our drinks came out moderately fast. Next time, I want to try their classic milk tea with boba. read more

I lived in LA for 5 years and somehow never got into the whole bubble/boba/milk/etc tea phenomenon, so when this place opened up really close to home I figured why not try it out. The place is clean and inviting with lots of tables and plugs so a good place to spend some time with your laptop and do work. They also have back pillows in some chairs, which is a nice touch. Anyway I stood for awhile trying to figure out what to order, and the person at the register was very helpful in answering my questions. I ended up with a hot milk foam earl grey tea. I loved it!! The tea was awesome, it tasted so fresh and like the leaves are of good quality. It came out piping hot which should be expected but not always happens at all coffee shops. And the fact that you can choose your sweetness level is great if you are trying to cut back on sugar (at 70% I clearly wasn't LOL). For those that are unaware like I was, milk foam is like a slightly salted creamy foam they put on top. The line got really long while I waited for my drink and I hope they maintain a solid customer base. I will certainly be back sometime to try something else! read more

They have the most fresh tapioca and the freshly brewed tea amongst all boba places in town. This is my favorite boba place in Dallas!

Drink was not made to our liking and when we asked them to make a different drink they responded with terrible customer service and said they couldn't help. Would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Love everything about this store! Heard of gong cha in Houston and was excited that it opened in Plano. The place looks nice inside and my drinks came out as expected. Jasmine milk tea, Earl gray milk tea, and wintermelon tea are my favorite- must try! read more

Worst service ever!! If u wanna a milk tea, be ready to wait for at least an hour! We came here @11, and we waited 15 mins as they said the payment system was not working or not connected to the parent company. Meanwhile, no waiters thought of customers, at least they shud start making the tea instead of letting customers wait. 8 waiters were just staring at the screen?! Then when we finally started ordering they told us that we need to wait for another 10 more mins to wait for pearl ready?! It's been 30 mins already, how come they still didn't get it prepared?! We wanted to order something else without boba, and we were told that we need to wait for another 10 mins?! There were only 6 milk teas been ordering before us?! Ridiculous!! We didn't order anything eventually as we didn't know how much more time we actually need to wait! Won't come back for sure. How can we trust those lazy waiters to make something good?! read more

Love the pearl milk tea here and the strawberry series is also good. Prices are a bit higher than some other places but worth the difference. read more

This is an international boba tea chain based in Hong Kong, specializing in Taiwanese drink style. This place is legit. The Plano location is probably the best location. It's nice decorated, pretty spacious, it's open late. It's a cool spot to chill. They offer games and free wifi. The boba tea here is very good! My favorite is the regular milk tea, and their matcha tastes authentic too. It's also right next to mango mango dessert place! Will come back here again! :) read more

Love this location (compared to the one in Richardson). The staffs are so patient and friendly. They wear proper clothes to work and even spit guard, not in tank tops and shorts like those from the Richardson location. Plano Gong Cha is consistent with the way they make their drinks. The system works effectively. Every time I go to the Richardson location, it takes sooo long to take an order. read more

To start off I love the interior. It's clean, spacious, and gives a homey feel inside. Great for a study spot and it's open late. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. So far imo their drinks are meh. I'm still in the process of finding a drink that I actually like. I've tried the Mango Green Tea, Wintermelon Tea, and the Oolong Lychee Tea. Otherwise I'd still drive an extra 15 minutes to study here versus my local Star Bucks. read more

Cute boba place right off of NCE, I ordered the green tea foam with boba and it was pretty good! Will have to come back and try more flavors. They service was really friendly and there is lots of seating in the shop. Clean kept facility and looks like a good hangout spot for studying or friends. read more

Honestly I totally dig this place. It's definitely more focused on tea rather than milk and sugar like many other bubble tea places. Interior is very well lit, with tile floor and wood plank walls. It can get a bit crazy and loud at times, but it's still a decent place to work with lots of seating. The drinks are fantastic, and one nice touch is the ability to control sugar and ice levels. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to stop to this place since she wanted me to try boba tea really bad. I got to say it was indeed real good, clean place. However, this place has EXTREMELY POOR costumer service. "Hi" I said to the lady attending me, she ignores my greet. I thought to myself maybe she didn't heard me. Stares at me, I guess waiting for me to place my order, so I smile and tell her that this is my first time here. While I was with bother and sister. My girlfriend was waiting outside in the car. We order three mango milk smoothies with BOBA, regular sugar and all that good stuff. I also ordered a green tea w/milk and PERALS. After I get my order and go back to the car were my girlfriend was~ she notices right away the her order is wrong. She tells me that her order (green tea w/milk and pears) has BOBA, I said, I told her to add pearls not boba. "Pears are translucent not black," she said. So I went back inside shop and tried to tell the Pathetic Lady that was taking my order that there was a mistake in the order. "I order a Green Tea w/milk and PEARS, not boba. She gives me a blank stare and tells me that I did indeed get pearls, "they are black pearls" she later added. "My girlfriend is telling me that this is boba, not pearls," I said. "Can I have it change, my girlfriend wants translucent pearls" and tell's me will have to charge me for a new order. I could not believe they refused to change it so I go back to the car. At this point my girlfriend was extremely upset and decides to go back with me, and tell the lady that her order is wrong and she wants it changed. Another lady now saying it's going to be $0.25. lol Are you kidding me I though to myself, so we said that's fine, she end up charging $1 instead. So my girlfriend got her drink replace for a 1 instead of buying a another one, I leave another dollar tip on the tip jar and leave. GREAT PLACE and TEA However that employee needs to be fired. read more

Literally the best. Me and my brother visited this place every single day and got the same drink for the last month and it still has not gotten tiring.(Earl Grey Milk Tea with white pearls) The baristas make it taste great and efficiently as I could order 5 drinks and get it within 2-3 minutes after paying. #gongcha4life read more

The customer service was fantastic. I got the green treat with cream. It was really really good. I'll definitely be going back. I like this place better than Share Tea which is close by. read more

My top pick for bubble tea in DFW. I love their black and jasmine teas. Very authentic and brewed fresh. Their bubbles are soft too which I like. read more

We ordered 5 drinks, 2 Mango Green Teas, a Milk Tea, Earl Gray Milk Tea, and a Carmel Milk Tea. ( as I remember ) The teas were watered down. There's no taste other like a little honey. We've been to Bobaland, Sharetea, etc. This is the weakest of them all. Hopefully you can do better with experience. read more

drinks are super creative and not too sweet like regular boba places. highly recommend!
