Gom Soon Ah is located inside Lotte Plaza as part of their food court offerings. The menu is pretty extensive, offering Korean dishes (such as kimchi jjigae, haemool dwengjang, and hwang tae booguh guk), Korean-Chinese dishes (such as jjambbong, bokkeumbop, and tang soo yook), and appetizers (such as mandoos and pajeon). They also offer catering/big take-outs. Our initial visit here was pretty good; however, our subsequence visits were either mediocre or less than. We usually order: +Jjajangmyun - the noodles could have been drained more and cooked a little less, as they were slightly mushy; the sauce itself is more on the sweet end, and it contained more potatoes/veggies than the meat +Jjambbong - this had no flavor and was super bland; no spiciness, no depth of the broth, and the dish just seemed haphazardly put together +dol sot bibimbop - this came with some bulgogi, which was a bit more of a chopped style; the gochujang sauce was more on the sweeter end, but it was thick, and don't hesitate in requesting for more; rice could have been cooked better There's complimentary ice water and hot corn/brown rice tea next to the cashiers, which is a great addition. The biggest issue is the consistency, and perhaps the menu is too extensive to focus on items that they could focus on and make it better. Service has always been super friendly, and everything seemed to be made to order. Plenty of parking in the large plaza lot. +complimentary hot corn and brown rice tea! +friendly service! +located inside Lotte Plaza +plenty of parking in the large plaza lot

Galbi Tang + Dolsot Bibimbap

We were just browsing inside Lotte Market and decided to try it after looking at the menu. I wanted to try the Galbi Tang as well as the Dolsot Bibimbap. The portion size was more than I expected so it was worth the price. It came with a good amount of meat and the broth was flavorful! Both came with small banchan side dishes that were fresh and tasty. There are several tables available for dining in the food court. The service was quick and their staff were friendly and helpful.

Jajangmyeon

Yummy Korean food located in the Lotte food court. Got the jajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, and the bulgogi. The portion for the jajangmyeon was huge and the flavor was quite good. The tangsuyuk was nice and crispy too and I liked that the sauce came on the side so you have the option of either pouring the sauce on or dipping each piece in. The bulgogi was well marinated and a good portion too. Service was pretty quick too after ordering. Ambiance is alright, fits the expectations of a grocery store food court. There isn't too much seating though so it's good to come here as a small group. If you're already grocery shopping at Lotte, you might as well stop by and come here to eat!

Great Korean food, good prices, fast and casual food court setting. Setting (Lotte supermarket) is clean and organized nicely. Good place to shop afterwards too. Tonkatsu: might be the crispiest Tonkatsu I've had! Unique breading (slightly sweet- curry?), chewy rice, served with miso soup, lettuce, kimchi, radish. Bibimbap: Excellent and authentic. Extremely hot, sizzling big portion with lots of fresh vegetables. Served with miso, kimchi, radish. About 15$ for each. Definitely worth it!

Recently opened on the beginning of the year, located inside Lotte market. Ordered their spicy Galbi tang. Was pretty good for food court food. Will come back and try something else.

May look like there wasn't many customers but there actually was! Most of them eating and some shopping in the lotte market...and they were all Korean so you know this place is legit. Customer service was great, the young man was very polite. There are so many dishes to choose from from stews to noodles to stir fry. I ordered the 3-2 gopchang soon (soft tofu stew with beef intestines). It was delicious but only able to eat half. The menu had a chili pepper next to the name meaning it's spicy maybe. Mine was not spicy at all...next time I will ask for more heat lol. Came with container of rice, kimchi and pickled radishes. Will definitely be back to try other dishes for sure.

Bone Broth Soup

Located inside Lotte Mart of Chantilly, this small restaurant is one of several in a food court. Don't let that fool you, the flavor of these dishes would easily beat out some stand alone Korean restaurants I've been to. This is my second time back and they continue to impress! Ordered the soybean stew (된장찌개), bone broth (설렁탕), and the chicken dish (깐풍기), NR33. Each dish was very flavorful and the service was quick and courteous. The only downside was the extremely small portions of the side dishes you receive for each dish (kimchi & pickled spicy cucumber). Although, if you ask for more, they gladly give you more at no cost. Will definitely be coming back!

Jjampong - Seafood Noodles

Jjampong noodles was fresh, seasoned perfectly and had generous portion. The fried chicken dish (Kkunpungi) was a bit too sweet for me. However, the chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly.

I do really like the online menu, where you can see big clear pictures of each dish. Inside the restaurant they do have small paper copies of the menu (without pictures) that you can use to choose your order before entering it on the kiosk. Taste of Korea is strictly self-service. You place your order on the electronic kiosk inside the front door. You also pick up your order from the counter and bus your table as well. Water is self-service too, which is good. I ordered the B5. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimap. It was pretty good and I especially liked the banchan that came with it. But as I mentioned, the portion size was small (and the amount of beef skimpy), though you do have the option of adding extra ingredients for a price. Some pieces of the meat did have an off-flavor. There was a cup of broth (not miso) that came with the bibimap but it had no flavor. It was like drinking warm water. JP ordered the C6. Korean Style Pork Belly. The pork belly was very good and this dish also came with banchan and broth. We also ordered the Spicy Baby Octopus. It wasn't super spicy but it had a very delicious sauce. But probably more onion than octopus. We also ordered the Chicken Bulgogi, which was excellent. However, these two dishes only came with rice, and not banchan. I doubt we will come back because of the price vs. quantity ratio.

Along with these dishes, you can choose a side so we opted for both the yellow radish which is crisp and delicious and the kimchi.  We also ordered spring rolls.  Although it took a little longer to have our order called than I would have expected, everything arrived hot and soon trays covered our little table.  Each dish was different and each was tasty and a very generous serving.  For the bibimbap, make sure to add the sauce to give it that flavor punch.  The bibim Guksu also has a great sauce.  There are a lot of yummy noodles.  Our favorite was the ddukbokki which not only had a great sauce but such a wonderful texture.  There was no way we could finish everything but, not to worry, because Sirok has easily available to go containers.  We appreciated not only this convenience but also the fact that they had a cold water dispenser so you didn't have to buy bottled water if you didn't want to.  The parking lot is large and right outside.  We will be sure to be pulling in to a space sometime soon to try some of the other dishes on offer.

And I can say this as I have made kimbap many times myself, it's really an effort when you have multiple ingredients, so I thought it was worth it, overall, quick and easy yet delicious Korean street food option!

The menu was extensive, filled with lots of homey options that I don't usually see in other restaurants. After ordering, we were served six different banchans, all of which were incredibly homey -- light and not too savory. My favorites were the acorn jelly (which was mixed with salted seaweed and sesame seeds) and the white kimchi. Honestly, all six were really solid. AL TANG - 19.99 Super savory with lots of "sea sweetness" and umami, this stew was rich and piping hot upon arrival. I've never had al tang before, but have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't love the texture of fish roe (kind of reminded me of the texture of cooked chicken lungs). By the end of the stew, I thought it was too salty, so I didn't end up finishing it. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't get it again. My friend got the mackerel which he loved. I'll look forward to other items on the menu next time.

Galbi deopbap- it was mostly onion with slivers of meat that had a lot of fat. Meat weren't the usual La Galbi cut either- it looked like they were just leftover trimmings of short rib! Very mediocre taste also. I mean compare my photo to what's displayed on Uber Eats menu. KFC- biggest issue. Wings came naked WITH KETCHUP packets... they were bland and not even really that crispy! So I called the restaurant and then asked to please fix this, at least refund for the wings. They go on to say "well you should have chosen the sauce because some people want them naked." Well guess what, there's no option to "choose" sauce on Uber Eats. The lady confirms it and says they still can't refund but I can come to the restaurant to pick up a new order. I mean I'm not going to leave dinner table to pick up this order that THEY messed up and waste an hour. I asked if I can talk to her boss and she says she's not here. The lady agrees they messed up but still refused to fix it. Not sure what to say. I understand sometimes people have bad days and food quality may vary but it's pretty upsetting they straight up refuse to fix their issue. First time ordering here but very disappointed, not only because of the food but the because the way they handled the issue- clearly they don't care. Will not be ordering again.

The service was okay, it took a while for the dishes to come out and for us to get water. We also let the waiter know that we have a vegetarian in the group and he let us know he was pescatarian and gave us his recommendations. We ordered the miso mushroom udon pasta, which came with fish flakes on top. We asked for it to be re-made without fish flakes and he apologized. In terms of the food overall, the portions were small for the price. The tofu curry came with 4 pieces of fried tofu and a small portion of rice and curry. It was also kinda bland, but was fixed with sauces on the side. There was a good amount of vegetables in the curry though. The pork tonkatsu appetizer and cucumber salad did taste flavorful and were crispy, would recommend. They paired well with the sauces that came on the side as well. The mushroom miso udon was different. The sauce was creamy and umami but needed some spice. Overall, the food isn't really conducive to vegetarians, but the ambiance and vibe are nice for a happy hour.
