I am visiting from out of town and this was my first place that I stopped at for dinner. It was super quiet as we were the only patrons that were in there at the time, but it definitely got busier as the night progress. I believe this place is open till 2 AM which is probably why as a night progressed it got way more crowded. The service: The waiter, I forgot his name I'm sorry, was super sweet and very insensitive. The food: We ordered so many things on the food menu, but the absolute star of the show was the Ramen. The broth was the best I've ever had and I still think about it two weeks later lol it is beef flavored based and it had the perfect amount of ingredients. If you want to add beef to it, it is extra. This is a great late night spot to eat yummy food and hangout with friends! They even a karaoke room! They do have daily happy hour deals that run from 5p-8p. My friend and I shared the tacos, karaage, and budae jiigae. The karaage batter was not too heavy and the chicken came out fresh and tender. My daughter and I went to Starry Night last evening. This restaurant seems more like a weekend night spot, but we enjoyed our experience. We shared the chicken teriyaki and dumplings. The dumplings have a spicy sauce on them, so they are not for everyone. I would probably return, but this place is not particularly unique. Food and service were good but nothing super remarkable. We tried this place recently and were impressed! We had it on our restaurant list so were pleasantly surprised when we found out it was more of a pub / club vibe for a hangout spot. We were seated quickly and ended up trying the drink/food special they have. We tried a variety of plates and enjoyed the ambiance. YES I will be back! My friends and I were trying out several different dishes and were pleasantly surprised particularly by the sea snail noodles - refreshing, flavorful, and spicy. One of my other favorites was the corn cheese rolled egg...SO savory and fluffy! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The service was amazing (the free popcorn that they give you while you wait was so addictive) and I could tell they were doing their best to take in customer opinions and listen for opportunities to improve. Service was so amazing here! We rode here with a group of 5 and had a blast! Food came out fast! Servers are very interactive and it's a very relaxed atmosphere! The food was pretty filling! We were a bit hungry and shared 3 entrees with the 5 of us (2 ate already lol). They serve popcorn as an appetizer with great seasoning! They offer draft Sapporo which is always a good sign! The parking is in a very huge lot, you won't have a problem! Servers even made sure we got left saftey, walking us out since it was pretty late at night! I came here on a late night after watching a movie at the IMAX theater here in Chantilly. The service was phenomenal! My server, Lala was the sweetest thing. She made sure to double check on items I wanted that she was unsure about. I believe she made my drinks which tasted amazing as well. I like spicy food so I wanted to try their chicken feet which was so good. It definitely had a kick to it. The star of the show was the spicy seafood soup. My goodness, it was so good. I was able to add more spice to it which I appreciated. I didn't want to stop eating it but I was getting too full. Overall my experience was 10 out of 10!
