Depressed…read more So when you find a business where the people treat you incredibly well and give you the best in service with greatest of kindness, you really need to show some appreciation. And that's what Colo G&T gets . . . some huge appreciation and the highest rating possible. So what did they do to deserve this kind of recognition? Here's the story: We've got a place that requires a bunch of work on the land--like maintaining ditches, moving slash, hauling stuff here and there on pathways too narrow for a pick-up. And to do that we've got an old gas-powered golf cart that's seen it's better days. Was driving it last weekend and got a flat. Not so unusual a thing but what made it a problem is that the tire couldn't be patched and wouldn't hold any pressure. So I had to get it replaced. And since there weren't any such tires in the small town we're near I knew just who to call (since they'd replaced the solenoid in this cart just a couple of months ago). Colo G&T. They're down in south Denver / Centennial and my honey happened to be in Denver at the time and was coming up to our place the following day. I asked her to stop off and pick up a new tire and while she was at it also to get a spare rim and an extra tire in case that same problem I'd experienced happened again. So she went down to Colo G&T to pick up all this stuff. Her description of how Rudy the parts mgr took care of her and treated her so nicely was just great to hear. Its wonderful when people in business are nice to you. I certainly appreciate it. But when they're caring and helpful to those I love then my joy knows no end. What a great person they've got running their service / parts area (Rudy). And what a wonderful image he's creating for this business. Bottom line: You totally rock Colorado Golf and Turf. Thank you for your help and in getting us back up to work in no time.

I asked Abbie for some assistance with the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) or…read moreManufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) which refers to the original ownership document for a vehicle. Well my cart is a 1997 and the manufacturer provided a statement for me. Abbie could easily have brushed me off but followed through with contacting Club Car. She went out of her way to assist me even though I had not previously been a customer. Well I will become a customer in the future if I should need additional help with my restoration. My mission has been to try new courses each time, although I admit, I have my favorites. This course checked all the boxes because it(s) 1) Close to home - and bars/restaurants!! Located on the north west side of Bowles (and Federal), this course is a stone's throw from downtown Littleton, The Platte and St Patrick's Brewery! 2) A more challenging course! Being that there is no Par 3, each hole is designed to put your best skills to use! Many holes feature water or excessive sand pits, so better get your practice in! 3) The perfect spot to practice! With a full fledged driving range and putting green, there is a spot for everyone! 4) Decently priced - for residents! To actually pay resident price though - a South Suburban member card must be shown. $20/person for resident and $22 for non residents Friday - Sunday! Carts are not charged per person either! 5) Pristine greens! This course was so well kept, beautifully landscaped, and so lush with greenery everywhere! Staff was a little pretentious, but made our encounter quick and easy! I know we'll be back to get our game on! #golfgirl

So Littleton Golf course is a step up from an executive course with 9 par 3's…read more It really isn't a challenging course if that is what you are into. The course is in good not great shape. Traps are nearly hardpan If you want an easy golf experience this would be the place.

In July I had a new rear hub installed on my bike. I rode until Oct 4 (a few times in the rain)…read more on Oct 5 I tore everything in my shoulder and couldn't ride. My bike sat in the garage until I was able to ride again in March. I pulled the bike out and the rear wheel wouldn't spin. I took it to the shop who did the work (C3 outside of Golden)- the tore it apart and found the hub seal had failed (their words). he tried to rebuild it but couldn't, it was totally corroded. He told me they'd send it to Shimano to warranty but that they doubted they would?! He said it would be at least a few weeks, and Shimano would blame the user for not maintaining it properly. I have had great service in the past at Pedal bike shop so took it to them - with the receipt from the purchase in july. They kept the bike and were doing the same thing as C3. They were denied but fought with Shimano on my behalf and they finally agreed to warranty the hub because the seal had indeed failed. They did the work and I got my bike back. A week after getting my bike, I got a call from the mechanic at C3 who told me - as expected - that Shimano denied the warranty claiming it was 'misuse'???! what.. 2 months? I can't ride my bike and get it wet? how did the water get in the hub? from abuse or misuse?? Replace in July and ridden just over 2 months? When I told him that I'd already gotten my bike back and it had been fully warranted by Shimao (because of the diligence of the Pedal staff), he went silent. He just said, "I'm glad you got your bike back". Why would I go anywhere but Pedal? Clearly, they strive to make things right for their customers - they don't just roll over and say they can't do anything. Pedal is the BEST!!! I had always been a Shimano guy - I couldn't be more disappointed in them and will be writing them a letter.

Every time I have used this bike show for service, there is a problem with my bike when I get it…read moreback. When I have tried to get help, the shop has acted like they're doing me a favor for fixing the problems they caused. The company tried to call me out for writing a bad review on another platform when I had yet another problem with the bike they sold me. They were condescending and told me I was wrong, my charger isn't a charger issue. They have never once offered an apology for any of the incidents they have caused. I purchased two bikes here but I will never visit again, particularly after being treated like dirt by their service lead They need service industry training for sales and support.
