There isn't anyone to assist in the shoe dept. 10+ customers walking around with no help in sight. I left the store, went into the mall to find what I wanted but couldn't. Went back to Dick's and still nobody around. I went into their store-room to find two employees on their phones. One of them found the shoes I was looking for. I found a manager to offer feedback, but he acted like I was taking him away from his job... not really interested in hearing about it. Have fun on your decline Dick's. read more

very unfortunate that we've never been to this location & we were approached by a cop (who was very sweet) who let us know the store called her because they recognized us as frequent flyers.... again odd considering we did nothing wrong and never been to this location before. do better. read more

Walked in looking for Boost Oxygen can for a relative visiting Colorado. Walked in and a lovely lady Sharon asked if I needed help I said yes, she took me right to it, explained it and checked me out. In and out in 5 minutes! Thanks Sharon!!! read more

We ordered, on line, a bike from Dick's. The only store within a hundred miles from our home was the Dick's in Littleton. I received an email saying my order was ready so the next day, I drive 1.5 hours to pick it up. I arrive and it isn't built. I was not happy. Long story short, manager Karen made things right. Good job Karen! read more

Called to return a backpack and replace it with another one. I believe her name was Shannon, her and some other employees had a selection of backpacks for me at the front when I got there. Super nice and helpful people. read more

Everyone was so nice especially the day after Christmas. Kayce was our cashier and she was so s helpful and kind. She brightened our day and I appreciate her knowledge. She definitely deserves a raise!!!! Thanks for making my day a little brighter!! read more

This place!! They DO NOT stand behind their products, they have zero customer service, and the quality of their own servicing of stuff they sold it terrible!!! My husband bought me a $300 bike less than a year ago. It's AWFUL. I called to get help, and not only are they "backed up", she told me I'm SOL. So, I'm in the market for a new bike again. DON'T buy a bike from this Dick's. They couldn't care less about their customers! read more

DICK'S Sporting Goods - Super comfortable ride No matter how tight you tighten, it constantly moves. - Sporting Goods Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Not one salesperson offered help yesterday 8/3/2023. And the music - gawd it was loud and awful!

Just spent over $100.00 in the SouthWest Plaza store in Littleton. I asked for a veterans discount and I was told the Manager does not allow discounts to veterans. Checked this out on the internet and found out it is up to the individual store managers to offer discounts. Why isn't there a corporate policy on this? I assume the store manager at the SouthWest Plaza store does NOT like veterans.. I shall never go in to this store again if this is how you treat veterans!! read more

I'm waving money and practically begging employees to take it! Alas, customers and their money aren't important here. I need a mens XL full-zip hoodie in black. I have cash. I need to find this item and get this purchase made. Finally, an employee appears! "The store is closing in fifteen minutes, ma'am." "Obviously! Please help me, I need a mens XL full-zip hoodie in black." Blank stare from the employee. I stare back, turn and leave. read more

Went there to get tackle football gear for my son. Was in a rush also. Staff started to help, but then was called to help the registers. No other help came. Had to figure out all the stuff that was needed to get and where the items were. Went to check out and they only had a few people in line and 4 registers open. I complained to cashier who was apologetic, but mgr/head that was standing behind her didn't say a word. Spent $400, and nothing. I go to these stores for Customer Service, get help by staff that knows their products and to make sure things fit. Otherwise I would have saved money and bought off of my amazon prime acct. read more

I've been waiting two weeks for a tennis racquet to be restrung; the team I have been dealing with has been pleasant, but have been unrealistic on their timelines. I was told it would be a one week wait when I dropped it off....still no racket 2 weeks later. read more

They don't seem to carry size small, medium or even large in women's Nike, just XL and XXL... we also waited 15 minutes to find someone to open a dressing room- searched the store and couldn't seem to find anyone to help us. Won't be back to this location. read more

I called on a Saturday to hold a pair of indoor soccer cleats for my daughter. I informed the employee we'd be in Sunday to try them on. He confirmed they would be held. Unfortunately, the cleats were not held, nor available in store. This was disappointing because my daughter started practices that week, and we had no cleats. Once the employee in store found out about the situation he first searched the entire store to make sure the cleats weren't misplaced. When the cleats couldn't be found, he informed the manager, John. John and his staff made sure we found a pair of cleats that my daughter loved and felt confident in! This experience was refreshing as a customer! These employees working took pride in their service and the company they work for. In turn they made my family and I feel valued. Thank you John, and the employees who helped us, your acts of assistance didn't go unnoticed! read more

I placed an online order for an exercise bike for pickup at the Southwest Plaza store. While heading over to pick it up, I received a message saying the order was cancelled. I went into the store and was told even though 4 bikes were shown in inventory they were on hold waiting for customer pickup. Dave and Annie stepped in and spent 25 minutes calling other stores and did find the bike at another store and put it on hold for me. I was planning on leaving the store with a bad experience but after Dave and Annie stepped up and found the bike for me, I left the store feeling good that they had provided real customer service. read more

Got what I needed for Christmas, super easy with their online shopping and in store pick up option. The place was a bit hard to find until I realized they're one of the main department stores inside the mall. The staff was courteous and polite. read more

Went in for some tennis (court) shoes. The men have about 9-10 different options. Different colors and styles. Women have one option and it's ugly. I tried on some other ones after I had to hunt down the guy who was totally clueless about offering me a different option . I sold shoes back in the day and we were taught how to help customers determine their needs. Gah, I sound so old but I miss the days of customer service. read more

I'm so sad Sports Authority is gone. Dicks has always had the worst Customer Service and that is still true today. Jessica the cashier looked absolutely miserable being at work and useless. I try avoid this place.... to be clear, all of the stores. read more

I came here for an item on sale and couldn't find it, and could not get help. I hit the little button to call for help 5 times, walked around and couldn't find a single associate. He website said it was in stock but hey either have it hidden or it is wrong. And since they couldn't help me they lost a $500+ sale and all my future business. I have not been happy with Dick's the last few times and this is my final attempt to go here. I will spend a couple hundred more to give my business to someone who cares. Farewell Dick's, this is why sports authority failed and I believe you are not far behind them. read more

I'm so over dick's being pushy about signing me up for their scorecard. I'm done shopping here. Today, when I declined, the formally nice, perky cashier became a bitch. So they just lost a customer who used to shop at their store often. read more

Don't even get me started, I will never be going here again, so let me tell the story. I was in dicks with some of my friends; only like 2 and we were looking around and laughing and having a good time, this rude blonde lady came up to us and said you guys have to stop laughing this is a store not a play ground. Excuse me,do not tell me how to live my life we can laugh all we want, and you can't do crap. Then she came up to us and told us she is gonna kick us out now, at this point she needs to get fucking fired. You can't tell me anything and even if we were younger she does not have the responsibility to kick us out. I'm sorry is it a rule or something to not laugh in the stores? So I'm done. Never coming here again. Apparently she has such a miserable life and has to pick on us. Have fun with the business, not coming here fam. read more

I just want to say that the customer service here is fantastic. I bought a shirt last night and had a minor issue with the product. I honestly didn't think dicks would exchange my shirt but guess what they did. I am so thankful. Great store. And may I add, they Always have what I need read more

Santa brought us a Joola ping pong conversion table for Xmas that he got through Dick's Sporting Goods. The delivery service through Dick's was excellent. We have already had some EPIC ping pong matches. Thanks Dick's and Joola!!! :) read more

The merchandise is cool, they carry a lot of different things. Some of it seems a bit overpriced but maybe that's just me. They really need to chill out with the whole scorecard thing though. Wonder why retail is dead? Go in here and see! Lots of pretty things, and no one to help you. And if you are lucky enough to have someone help you, they have no clue how to do that.
