Start with the fact they have expanded to have a complete line up of head/shaft options. Everything you can get is under one roof. The complete fitting took just over 90 minutes. I was pleased with the results inside, and went from driver to putter. Let me say I am a golfer who is not excited about woods/driver sound. Just performance. They are easy to hit and go in the intended direction. The irons are definitely a notch above my other sets in accuracy and ease of play. The big surprise was the putter. Tried three, settled on one. That is my go-to putter. How good? I don't practice putting and with the ideal weight and length I putt very well. Now the kicker. I liked the clubs so much, sent the Mrs in, and same result. I spent $5000 on my PXG equipment. I bought the irons, 1-3-5 woods, hybrids, STAFF BAG. 2.5 years later the $600 bag is falling apart! I called PXG and was laughed at for asking for their assistance. When I was spending $5k they were as nice as could be. Now, I need their help and crickets. If I would've known this beforehand, I would've never done business with them. Its sad! read more

I treated myself to a set of fitted clubs as a celebratory gift to myself. I ended up going with a full bag fitting and the entire experience was amazing. I'm still new to golf so all the additional input I received during my fitting was great. After getting my clubs, I proceeded to shoot my best round thus far. I have been looking for new Clubs for a while and have been to numerous golf stores. I have been playing off and on for over 50 years and I have always purchased clubs off the rack. I decided to go to PXG because of the great customer service reviews however I did have some reservations regarding the prices. My current clubs are Taylor Made Burners. I was fitted for a Full Bag by Craig Phillips at the Denver Co store and he made the experience amazing! I must have hit over a 100 balls with numerous shafts and weights until we got the right combination. Craig was very knowledgeable about the PXG product and not once did he throw the competitors under the bus. Instead he focused on the benefits of the product he was introducing me to. Craig was also very helpful in giving me some technique opportunities to help with my swing. Once we were done we looked at what we had accomplished and went over pricing. The reality is the PXG line was no more costly than the Titleist or Taylor Made when looking for a custom fitting and not just buying a sale item off the shelf. My clubs are due in 2 weeks and I will update on the performance of the PXG Gen 5. If they are 1/2 as good as the service and fitting the Golf Gods will have smiled on me. read more

I wasn't sure if I needed new irons but after spending an hour plus with Craig Phillips today in the swing bay, it was clear that PXG could improve my game. Craig took the time to make changes to the with shafts, weights, grips and club heads until we found what worked for my swing. Craig also gave me some tips on my hand position which helped my swing as well. I ended buying the irons and wedges and feel as though I got a great deal on them. Went into PXG for the first time a couple of weeks ago to check out the store. The place is impressive to say the least. On my first visit I grabbed some clothes and a glove and got some information about the club fitting process. Cody was very helpful my first time in and gave me all of the details I needed to make a decision on whether or not I would get fitted for clubs at PXG. Now I'll say that PXG gear and clubs are certainly not cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for both in quality, and professionalism in my experience. I went back the following week for a club fitting with Brian. I told Brian I had a good amount of previous experience but hadn't had my own clubs or played seriously in years. He made the fitting process not only simple and easy to understand; but he made it an absolute blast. He gave me some tips on my form that have already helped tremendously. The fitting took around an hour for a full bag (putter through driver) and I was told the turnaround on the clubs would be 7-10 business days. I got fitted on Tuesday and placed my order right then at the store. To my pleasant surprise, my clubs had shipped out from the factory a mere 3 days later on Friday; with an expected delivery of the following Monday. I will try to update this review when I receive the clubs, but to say I'm impressed with the experience thus far would be an understatement. If you're looking for top quality gear, clubs; and (most importantly in my opinion) service, PXG is without a doubt the move. read more

To whom it may concern, I had been wanting to purchase my first custom bag of clubs for a while now, I made an appointment at the PXG store in Centennial Colorado. After arriving and starting my fitting I had an emergency situation happen, Austin and the whole staff was nothing short of spectacular in getting me out and re scheduling my appointment. After getting back in, and having a great experience we had come up on a time crunch to get my new clubs for a trip I was taking, they went out of their way to get me all my clubs in just a few days and made sure everything was perfect. The whole staff went out of their way to make sure that my experience was absolutely fantastic. I love my new clubs and even came back in to get a few add on toys, and two more custom wedges. If service quality, and knowledge are what you are looking for look no farther!!! I have already sent friends their way and will continue to do so!! I bought my PXG clubs on line before store opened but hadn't gotten a putter yet so decided to head down and get fitted for the putter. Ryan helped me out with putter for my stroke and thought I needed 2% adjustment from standard putter I was testing because the toe of putter was slightly up on stroke. He order it custom to be delivered a week later. I loved it making way more putts would recommend you do the same. read more
