I recently moved and the workshop is out of commission so I took a wedge to get reshafted. First visit, they said it was done. Took it home, next day, first swing the epoxy cracked. I brought it back and said please redo this, I don't think you guys prepped the tip or put beads in. I waited a WEEK without a confirmation text or email it was completed. Called and they said it was ready for pickup. I went in and NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Colin at the store promised me they would make it a top priority to be fixed and apologized. A few days later I go to get it again. Waited 72 hours before I hit it just to make sure the epoxy would cure. Go to range THE EPOXY CRACKED FIRST SWING. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing they hire a bunch of kids who have no knowledge about the clubs they sell or the repair work they are doing. So so so frustrating because I love these stores. Greg and Colin please do better for your customers.

And that's what Colo G&T gets . . . some huge appreciation and the highest rating possible. So what did they do to deserve this kind of recognition? Here's the story: We've got a place that requires a bunch of work on the land--like maintaining ditches, moving slash, hauling stuff here and there on pathways too narrow for a pick-up. And to do that we've got an old gas-powered golf cart that's seen it's better days. Was driving it last weekend and got a flat. Not so unusual a thing but what made it a problem is that the tire couldn't be patched and wouldn't hold any pressure. So I had to get it replaced. And since there weren't any such tires in the small town we're near I knew just who to call (since they'd replaced the solenoid in this cart just a couple of months ago). Colo G&T. They're down in south Denver / Centennial and my honey happened to be in Denver at the time and was coming up to our place the following day. I asked her to stop off and pick up a new tire and while she was at it also to get a spare rim and an extra tire in case that same problem I'd experienced happened again. So she went down to Colo G&T to pick up all this stuff. Her description of how Rudy the parts mgr took care of her and treated her so nicely was just great to hear. Its wonderful when people in business are nice to you. I certainly appreciate it. But when they're caring and helpful to those I love then my joy knows no end. What a great person they've got running their service / parts area (Rudy). And what a wonderful image he's creating for this business. Bottom line: You totally rock Colorado Golf and Turf. Left realizing I'm more like a guy named Greg who owns one club and uses it for everything. But credit where it's due--this course is a stunner. Rolling fairways, sneaky water hazards, and greens that politely reminded me I'm not on the PGA Tour. Staff? Legends. Friendly, chill, didn't judge my bunker residency. Pace of play was smooth--nobody breathing down your neck unless it's your own swing thoughts. 10/10 would return for another round of "why do I do this to myself?" Highly recommend if you love nature, self-reflection, and chasing balls into the woods.
