The ebikes are the reason I came to check the place out. The service was fast easy and these guys want to help you find the perfect bike. Which is helpful for when you are picking up your helmet or whatever you need. Evan helped me out and answered every question I had. Which was a book worth. He was fast and to the point with no bs. We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes. At checkout, the cashier was very friendly and was talking to my little one about her first experience with real skiing. She was so nice. However, there was one cashier working, in the entire store and dealing with return. I watched as five employees stood in a circle laughing and not helping anyone. One employee was alone at the epic pass counter and asked if she could help the lone cashier. She said no and looked away to ignore the problem. Finally, when the line was getting longer (by one person) the lady sitting down wondered over to front registers and motioned to check me out. When I asked it would have been nice if she would have helped me said, I was doing paperwork. By the way there were less than 15 customers in the entire store. This employee seemed annoyed to have had to get off her off her chair. Usually, this location has good customer service. I guess it won't be long before retail stores have self check out. It would be quicker and save the company some money. The Bike shop provided excellent service. They were friendly and happy to help. Thank you. The front of the store needs some retraining.

He was extremely knowledgeable about MTBing and the market of e-bikes. When I came to the showroom he spent over an hour talking with me and letting me test ride a model on the floor. We ended up building a custom eMTB bike and walked me through all the component specs options that fit my size and budget. It was a great experience and highly recommend James and Arvada E-Bikes!!
