Breakfast was unbelievably good! A perfect omelette without a brown spot to be found. The potatoes were delicious too.

Came during happy hour. Everything was reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious. We had an assortment of what was on the menu. We shared the sliders, oysters, chowder and olives. Everything tasted great. I'd say the slider was ok. Would definitely come back. Customer service excellent. Waiter was Johnny.

Chowder and grill cheese, you won't be disappointed

Lovely leisurely lunch in a warm comfortable dining room. The lunch was leisurely, not for our choosing but seems the intended speed of service. The chowder was really amazing and with a grilled cheese sandwich a 10. Not a cheap repast but elegant and relaxing. Allow 2 hours for service.

Came for a work lunch and was underwhelmed. The ambiance is calm and well-decorated and the service is great, but the food falls short. We ordered the focaccia for the table and I had the bavette steak but both were just ok. The steak was cooked longer than I asked for and I didn't think the salad flavors went very well together.

We have met friends here for lunch and/or libations on numerous occasions. Let's just say that the location is perfect as is the service! Ambience is what we like a beautiful view of Elliott Bay in Seattle downtown literally a block from the Piles Place Public Market and across the street from SAM. Yet it's quiet and comfortable enough to have a real conversation with people. Today I had the Niçoise salads and it was over the top great! Lots of seared ahi and of course Nicoise olives. Plus tomatoes and green beans. Want a quiet place to actually speak with someone special while enjoying a great view and great food and great service? In Seattle? This is it!

Nice place to get together for business and have a nice meal. They were a little slow serving us but everything else was fine.

It's part of Four-Season hotel. For brunch, other than the price, I found no complaint and finished very satisfied. Great cooking that emphasized ingredients, not seasoning, great Four-Season services, good standard coffee (no need for espresso), and everything in beautiful presentation. If you have a special occasion and want to impress, this is a good choice. I think brunch is weekend only. Tiramisu is the best I had. And I had many many before.

Amazing drinks and Amazing chowder + oysters at Four Seasons seaside tavern for a pre dinner birthday drink

The food was unexpectedly wonderful, the service was excellent, the view was beautiful! The tavern was warm, relaxed and chic. We came here for pre dinner drinks (we went out to have dumplings) and not only were the drinks wonderful and on point, the menu was too tempting not to try a few things. We got Oysters, which were some of the freshest I've ever had, and I'm from a sea side town aka Santa Barbara. They say Seattle has some of the best seafood in the US, and now I believe them. The chowder was delicious and fresh as well. For a hotel restaurant we were happily surprised. After dinner we took a tour of the newish Four Seasons rooms & Pool and will definitely be back to stay!

We had such an amazing date night here. Great happy hour. Great ambiance, service, & food. I'm a vegetarian and I'm still thinking about the mushroom risotto. Most of the cocktails were great, just a note that the limoncello tasted a little off? I've had it before (and also have been to Italy). I'm not sure what went wrong there. So I'd probably avoid that. But other than that we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Service was top notch, great selection of wine and cocktails. Some food was intriguing, but mostly appetisers. Mains were disappointing and flat. Not worth the price. Live music and nice atmosphere.

The food was pretty decent - really enjoyed the goldfinch burger (though it was very messy to eat and didn't stay together well), the fries, and also enjoyed the Caesar salad and goldfinch chowder. The service however was not great. The hostess was incredibly rude and kept trying to turn us away despite the fact we had a reservation. She claimed she couldn't find it and kept telling us to leave until we showed her the confirmation and then she said ok she would "squeeze us in." Wth? Not at all the service I expect from a 4S. The server forgot about my wine and rarely came to check up on us. Over all, fine food if you're in a pinch but go elsewhere if you care about good service.

Check out Goldfinch Tavern located in the Four Seasons on Union Street. They have the best Cioppino I've ever tasted! Believe Me! You will Luv it! Seafood was so fresh and the broth had the perfect texture and flavor! They even had live Jazz music for a perfect relaxing and chilly Seattle evening Seattle

Christmas Dinner 2024 Wow! Our first time participating in Four Season Hotel's Christmas Dinner at GoldFinch Tavern was truly an enlightening experience! It's a HUGE BUFFET of appetizers and salads, you choose your main entree and then enjoy another HUGE dessert buffet! What an incredible opportunity to indulge in the spirit of giving! Needless to say, I took ONE BITE of our entree and then promptly asked for boxes to bring home, feeling grateful for the abundance of food and the chance to take some home! Too much to eat on the buffets, but what a wonderful problem to have! LOL

The whole space has this intimate, luxurious atmosphere that makes the experience feel special the moment you walk in. We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The First Gentleman was attentive and we got our drinks and an appetizer timely. We ordered our second appetizer with our first server and thats where the service deteriorated. I could hear the table next to us ordered the exact same appetizer as we did 10-15 mins after we did and a new server who must had just clocked in brings them the order literally within 2-3 mins later and the male commented, "oh that was fast" and I thought to myself they got our order. Another 10-15 mins go by and I had to ask "do you know how long our order will take to which she seemed to get annoyed. It could have my energy because by that time I was annoyed. I'm not sure what happened to our original server but he must have gotten off. About 5-10 mins goes by and here it comes. That confirmed the table next to us got our order because of how long it took. They never apologized for their mistake. Doing all that time they never came back to see if we would like another drink. I had to flag someone down. The clincher was we got our bill and there was 22% service charge. That was on me because if I would have seen it I might not have gone. I'm not a fan of automatically charging a service charge. I'm a great tipper but it must be earned. By than I was really annoyed and thought to have a conversation with the manager but let it go. I would not go back. The craft cocktails are spendy but I had no problem with that because they're creative and they earned it by being creative. But the energy and the environment wasn't like the other speak easy bars I visited. It was boring and to top it off the service charge of 22% and the service that came with it sealed it for me. Make sure to read the website on their thought around the 22%.

When the city reopened in 2021, I was eating here almost every day; partly because of convenience, but mainly because the food and service never miss. I've hosted everything here: birthday celebrations, after-work hangs, and dinners with friends and colleagues. Every single time, it's a hit. People walk in, fall in love with the vibe, and walk out talking about the food. The consistency is unreal. They even order food to go. The flavors? Bold, intentional, and layered in a way that makes each dish feel crafted, not just cooked. The presentation is always stunning; plates that look as good as they taste. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they send out. Drinks are equally impressive. Their cocktails are balanced and creative, the kind that make you slow down just to appreciate the mixology behind them. And for anyone planning group outings: reservations here are a breeze. They're incredibly accommodating with large parties, and the service stays sharp even when the place is packed. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced; they know how to take care of people. Dead Line checks every box: atmosphere, flavor, presentation, service, and seamless hosting for big groups. All the flavors worked so well together and the arepa itself was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork was sweeter due to the marinade and not salty at all which i preferred. Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year.
