We give this place 5 stars for great food and service. The lady in the front was so nice to accomodate us. She let me, my hubby, and son dine-in even they're only accepting take out. (We didn't know ) The service was quick and food also taste good. We enjoyed our first time here. Wish they could re-open for dine-in and business keeps doing well. We recommend this place.

Under new management. The food quality is not the same. The salt and pepper pork has a completely different batter.

SUMMARY: Good deal for take/out food in this era of high inflation. PROS: Was impressed with how fresh the vegetables were in my Beef w/Broccoli order. Plus a nice balance of flavors. Also, was surprised with the Yen Ching Fried Rice, as it was both filling & flavorful. Finally, the served portions equaled, if not exceeded, the charged prices. CONS: While I was waiting in the dining room for my orders, I was freezing. I don't think they even bothered to turn the heater on, or maybe it just wasn't working. But you can imagine that if you ate in the restaurant, your meal would go cold in a matter of minutes. It's a total shame, since the interior decor is rather nice. Also, while I enjoyed the aforementioned Yen Ching Fried Rice, I felt that the Yen Ching Chow Mein was not on the same level. While the flavors and ingredients were basically the same, I felt that the noodles chosen by the chefs were not top quality, especially taking into account that this is supposed to be one of their signature dishes. SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: Sprinkle some fresh Sesame Seeds on the Dry Fried Chicken, and the dish will look visually appealing. And please turn on the heating in the restaurant during Winter. SUMMARY: If you want good Chinese food at reasonable prices, this place is definitely worth a try.

If they had a different vegetarian dumpling flavor to choose from for a little variety, that would be awesome, but for now I'm well pleased with what they do have. We have thus far only ordered take out, and have not dined in. I've tried and liked the vegetarian versions of the egg roll, potsticker, dumpling, and steamed bao so far. The bao veggie filling is different than the dumpling filling, and it's very delicious. They have standard Chinese dishes in addition, but I have not ventured far into the rest of the menu. Unfortunately I cannot as of yet share whether any of this, or the dipping sauces are vegan friendly. Hopefully on a future visit I can find out and report. The dishes I have so far mentioned are vegetarian friendly. Not sure on the dipping sauces. Possibly? The price is pretty decent for what you get. One order of bao or dumplings is plenty for two people. They are about $13 each. I like how the takeout containers come in a reusable canvas bag. Ordering over the phone has been smooth each time. So, we keep coming back when the hankering hits, braving what can be a busy parking lot.

Simple tables and chairs, 2 bathrooms (with disposable seat covers available), and disposable plates, forks, cups, etc. Floor was just a little sticky. You just walk right in, grab a plate, and start loading up. Once you sit down, someone will bring drinks. While there, many people came in for the to-go options. When we went to pay our bill, they also offered a $4.95 kids price. What? Not sure how they survive! Would definitely come back if I were a local.

The hot and spicy green beans were delicious (requested less gravy/sauce) and I ordered BBQ Pork Chow Mein with Small Noodles (similar to the soy sauce chow Mein I have had at other restaurants) there was an additional charge of $3.. but I'll pay that anytime over regular noodles. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is very casual. At some point it could probably use a makeover, but as I've always said, I've never dined anywhere where it had to be fancy. I imagine it's how they keep the prices more reasonable; but decor hasn't changed since we patronized the Italian restaurant 20 years ago.
