Super good spot, wish we ordered more food Definitely recommend Service was good nice servers Everything fresh

Stopped in for a quick lunch this afternoon. I haven't eaten here since before the pandemic. The decor is dated and it could use a good scrubbing. I was greeted right away and seated. There was already a small group in the restaurant. I planned on ordering off the lunch special menu. So the first thing I noticed is that the pricing has changed. What was $7.50 lunch specials are now $12.50. The choices were varied but I stuck with my old standby of broccoli beef. It came with either steamed or fried rice and a cup of egg flower soup, which was yummy. The meal was very tasty and the portion size was generous. With a soft drink the bill was $17.25. Not the cheapest but it was good.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Place smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. There was a fortune paper inside the soup they gave us. We had no fortune cookies whatsoever. You can see the fortune on the side of the bowl in the picture attached. Unsanitary and unacceptable. We left before even finishing our meal.

Full Moon Palace's Sweet & Sour Shrimp with the soup, eggroll, and chow main was really delicious. I haven't been here in over a decade I forgot about it until my pal said let's go there for lunch. What a great idea. The food is made to order so it is at maximum freshness. Everything comes out piping hot. This is a must try Chinese Food Restaurant it's classic with all the favorites.

I ordered a wor wonton soup, 2 orange chicken plates with chow mein/fried rice combo with egg roll. When I came in the restaurant I was greeted by staff and they had my food ready. I didn't want to head to Elk Grove so this place caught my eye while sifting through dining options. There are not many options in Galt anyway, but T2yan piqued my interest as I haven't had Chinese-American food in a hot minute. With the mixed reviews, I set my expectations and bar low. It was a rainy day so I was able to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. It is located in the same strip mall as Raley's and conveniently located by the 99 and Twin Cities Rd. Upon entering T2yan, I noticed that it was very clean, cozy, yet spacious, with plenty of seating. Aside from a few other people dining in, I was the only other customer. I was seated quickly and handed the lunch special menu. I found it amusing that they even served cocktails. As you can see in my attached photo, the layout of the menu was quite modernized compared to other Chinese-American menus I'm used to, but I liked how each of the lunch special items had photos next to them. I also noticed that the lunch specials came with either fried rice or chow mein, so when I ordered my Mongolian beef lunch special, I asked if I could do half and half. It was a $3 upgrade to do so, which I was fine with paying. I also didn't have a choice of soup for my lunch special, so when it arrived, I was intrigued. It was very homey and not a soup I've ever had in any lunch special. It was a tomato-based soup with some crumbles of pork (?) in it, but it was comforting and I finished my bowl. However, I wish I could have had hot and sour soup instead. Shortly after, my lunch special arrived, and it was a heaping plate of deliciousness. The noodles were excellent, and the Mongolian beef was sooo flavorful. I did not like the fried rice as much, and I had to add soy sauce to it as it wasn't very seasoned (which I don't normally do). The rice was also older (which is fine for fried rice), but it was a little harder than usual. The egg roll was fine, but nothing to write home about. Now knowing about the condition of the fried rice, I will probably not upgrade to half and half again. I did not finish my food and what I took home was a perfect amount for leftovers the next day. The service was standard, and my total before tip was approximately $18, which was a little pricey for Chinese-American food, especially a lunch special, but given the limited options that Galt has, I am not mad about it. While I do not see myself returning to Galt in the foreseeable future, as there's not much to do there, if I am ever in the area again, I would be down to try some other lunch specials (and their hot and sour soup).

Simple tables and chairs, 2 bathrooms (with disposable seat covers available), and disposable plates, forks, cups, etc. Floor was just a little sticky. You just walk right in, grab a plate, and start loading up. Once you sit down, someone will bring drinks. While there, many people came in for the to-go options. When we went to pay our bill, they also offered a $4.95 kids price. What? Not sure how they survive! Would definitely come back if I were a local.

The place is very well done. Not a fancy place, but it does look a bit upscale. The bar looked very nice, and they have both indoor and patio seating. I'm seated right away, and my server brings me a menu. The menu is Chinese, but very high-quality Chinese. Off the specials menu, I decided to order the cherry pork. I also ordered a cup of egg drop soup, and some steamed rice to go with the pork. The soup comes very quickly. I love a good egg drop soup, and this was extremely good. The flavor was amazing. It had some tender chicken in it, it had a little bit of mushroom in it, and it also had small pieces of tofu. Tofu takes the flavor of what it is being cooked in, and that was definitely the case here She brings the cherry pork, and oh my God, the serving was huge. That was easily a shareable portion. The pork was crunchy, not over breaded,, and tender, and tasty on the inside. The cherry sauce was savory, and just a little bit sweet, and there were actually real cherries, big ones, in the sauce as well. The cherries were not overly sweet, and the flavor played extremely well with the rest of the Dish. The rice was done perfectly, and went well with the pork. I barely made it through half the Dish, and I had enough left over for two more meals. The price was a little bit on the high-end, but hey, this is the delta. Plus, for the quality, and especially the quantity of the food, it was definitely worth it. I want to come back. Thanks!

The bao veggie filling is different than the dumpling filling, and it's very delicious. They have standard Chinese dishes in addition, but I have not ventured far into the rest of the menu. Unfortunately I cannot as of yet share whether any of this, or the dipping sauces are vegan friendly. Hopefully on a future visit I can find out and report. The dishes I have so far mentioned are vegetarian friendly. Not sure on the dipping sauces. Possibly? The price is pretty decent for what you get. One order of bao or dumplings is plenty for two people. They are about $13 each. I like how the takeout containers come in a reusable canvas bag. Ordering over the phone has been smooth each time. So, we keep coming back when the hankering hits, braving what can be a busy parking lot.
