But what I think is even better than the food is the service. The young lady that takes our order is tops. She is always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu options and suggestions. A typical Chinese take-out with five tables for guests that wish to dine in. The cashier was very friendly and greeted regulars by name. They are very amenable to customizing orders. For my visit I ordered the Mongolian Beef combo at regular spicy level. It came with fried rice and an egg roll. The rice had plenty of vegetables and pork pieces. The egg roll was good and they have packets of duck sauce and Chinese mustard on hand. Dine-in orders are served in to-go containers which is handy for taking home leftovers. There are napkins, and plastic spoons, forks, and knives on the tables, plus little pots of chili sauce. I noticed that the Mongolian Beef and Beef on Sticks lacked the touch of sweetness that I'd experienced at competitors, but the savory flavors were good and the ingredients seemed to be of good quality. Food has gone downhill. Mongolian Beef was mushy beef and lacking the crunchy rice noodles on top. Shrimp with garlic sauce was so skimpy that it was more like hard broccoli with garlic sauce. Aside from the entrees leaking into the bag, all over the greasy egg rolls, this was a pretty awful take out experience. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money and anxiety, buy frozen. read more

Honestly, would have given this place higher rating cause soup is good, but I'm a little frustrated about the soup I ordered cause I feel like some one just didn't care. Ordered the Subgum wonton soup (wor wonton soup), read it 4 times and even now reviewing it and says on their site and on all ordering sites, "wonton soup w/ shrimp, roast pork, chicken, and veg" simple. Pay, get home stoked to munch on it cause sick and can only really have soup right now. Where the hell is half the ingredients. Shit cost me 9 bucks for 2 wontons, no shrimp, tons of veg, not much chicken, but good amount of pork. Come on guys....one job....add the shrimp and more then 2 wontons to a wonton soup. The lady at the plexiglass window had good energy and a friendly smile. Making me feel welcomed and invited. I placed my order, paid and waited. If you are new and using a card to complete your transaction, there is a very small opening that you have to slide in so they can swipe your card behind the plexiglass. The food took like 10-15mins to make. 4/5 rating because some of the wings had too much breading for my liking. I'm not sure what flour they used but some of the wings were not crispy. Next time, I will be more specific :) If you taking it to go, do not forget to pick up your napkins, sauces and plastic ware. read more

We always order delivery. This place is amazing! The food is delicious. All the dishes we have tried are chocked full of ingredients. They don't skimp! Also very consistent. You get so much food we can usually get two meals out of one order. Service is fast. We are always amazed how quickly the order arrives at our door. It's always plenty hot too. We've only done takeout here but have ordered a few times over the past couple of years. Lately(now 2024) it has gotten a lot better. The first few times a year or two back it wasn't great. The last two times we ordered (New Years Eve 2023-24) it was really good. Not sure if they've changed hands or just gotten better cooks but I would order from them again on a heartbeat. Let me tell you my daughters are at their grandfathers for Thanksgiving. I am by myself with my four cats and my dog I took a long, long shower got off the shower, blow drying my hair and said to myself I want some lemon pepper wings first place that came to my mind was them and they went above and beyond and stayed open and made my food nice and fresh. Just so I can enjoy some late night food and to me that is just a blessing because nowadays people want to close before they're closing time. Up past their closing time to accommodate me was amazing so I think you and your whole amazing team always looking out for me. I ordered the beef and broccoli combo with fried rice. Delivery was fine, and so was the egg roll! The beef was not edible. Even when cut in small pieces, you couldn't chew it ! Then I ate some of the fried rice. Half of it was not fully cooked, and I had to dig raw rice out of my teeth!! Is that how you want to start your meal? Worst food I have ever had ever! Literally!!!! I ordered two of the lunch combo deals. I ordered the general tso chicken and it was super dry tasteless no sauce no flavor. The fried rice that came with was the worst fried rice I have ever had from a take out Chinese restaurant. It tasted like they thawed the frozen rice out and warmed it up in microwave. Rice was tasteless. The cashier girl who took my order was very rude. She seemed like she hated her job and she was doing it just for the money. She hangs up the phone in a heartbeat after you finish you order without saying thank you or anything. One and only good thing was that the soup was okay and drinkable.
