This was my first visit to GM nails and I wanted to try the the SNS "dip" powder. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked to use hand sanitizer. I was shown a wide variety of nail colors and instructed to take my time. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. My nail tech explained the process and was absolutely METICULOUS in her work. She was gentle, through and professional. A definite must in my life!

This place is great! The waiting area chairs are nice and they offer refreshments while you wait. I was a walk- in client but they wait wasn't long at all. The results greatly succeeded the picture I showed my mail artist, Trish! She was super personable but also professional. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she helped me pick out the colors that would work best. She always made sure I was comfortable and was very careful to trim my nails without hurting me. I couldn't be more pleased with the results I walked out with:)!!!!

My daughter and her grandmother went to GM nails in Springhill Tennessee for a nail dip. She did not get a manicure with it. She ended up with six of her fingers becoming infected. She and my mom went back to GM nails to talk to them about it and they blamed her for everything under the sun for it happening, which none of it was true but they refused to take responsibility it. They ended up giving her a partial gift card, but no one in our family is going to use it.

Both times I came here I had an appt and still had to wait 30 min. Both times I had gel polish chip off of my toes and my dip nails fell apart after a week. They look good for a few days then by day 7 nails are broken, top coat is faded and they look awful. I paid $55 for dip nails with 2 repairs from last time and they look awful within a week. I wouldn't come to this nail salon again and I gave them 2 chances.

Gel manicure/customer service review: I've been pleased with the job they've done with my gel manicure, but unfortunately I won't be returning due to their customer service both times I've gone there. I understand everyone has different experiences and may have had wonderful encounters - I just can't say I have, in both tries I've given! Walk-ins are welcome; however, they're rude if you walk in without out (again, maybe this is just my experience). I requested a mani/pedi during my walk-in visit which did seem to be their busy time. Whether it being misheard or misunderstand, upon finishing my manicure, I asked about the pedicure. The lady insisted I did not ask for a pedicure and repeated to her client that I did not ask for one (not sure why that had to be repeated/shared with the client she was working on). I found it to be very rude and unprofessional! Hoping to find a nail salon that offered great work and customer service! read more

Refused my request to not use an electric drill on my natural nail bed. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Asked not to use a drill and they gave me an excessive amount of grief and argument, insisting they could dip my nails and use the drill. No. I don't want dip. I want a gel manicure. My wife has tried this place 3x. Today was the last time . Not only did the inexperienced boy do a HORRIBLE JOB with her pedicure- painting her nails, but every nail was cut unevenly. The Vietnamese all talk about you- as you are sitting there- and you know it! Do yourself a favor. Cross GM Nails at Belshire off your list if you are in Spring Hill TN. Worst pedicure/ manicure place ever. read more

My daughter and her grandmother went to GM nails in Springhill Tennessee for a nail dip. She did not get a manicure with it. She ended up with six of her fingers becoming infected. She and my mom went back to GM nails to talk to them about it and they blamed her for everything under the sun for it happening, which none of it was true but they refused to take responsibility it. They ended up giving her a partial gift card, but no one in our family is going to use it. read more

I always make an appointment with Ten. He spends a lot of time on my gel manicures. They are perfect. My only concern with gm nails is not him...but people who handle the phone. They rarely identify themselves as gm nails. read more

This used to be my go to place but my gel toes that I paid extra for (totally fine paying extra!) have been chipping already and it's been a week. Out of town so I can't go back to get them fixed. The older lady who did my dip mani cut me so deep on 3 different fingers i was in pain for about a week after and my nails have so many bumps and bubbles. If this was amazon and I could file for a refund I would in a heart beat. Extremely unhappy. read more

Trisha is amazing!! She did my dip and my pedicure so well. I play basketball, so my feet were in rough shape. She got all of my callouses off and even was able to even out a broken toenail I had. She was also very considerate and asked if I liked my nails after each step. She's so, so good! read more

Today I was happy to receive a phenomenal gel manicure, but what really blew me away were the Covid safety protocols in place. Temp checks, mandatory hand sanitizing at multiple stages , and partitions between clients and technicians. I don't get my nails done often but I needed something to lift my spirits, and my results were great. I will be back. read more

My absolute favorite salon. I drive almost 30 minutes every 2 weeks to come here. Everyone is so kind and caring. It's genuinely a great time everytime I am there. Not overly friendly staff but I'll just bring my headphones next time. I did receive one of the best manicures Ive ever had by Jenny. She was very thorough checking to make sure each nail matched the length on the opposite hand. I got them dip dyed which I love because it's no odor and is completely dry when I leave. I love this place and prefer to go here. However, I feel like they are short staffed for the space. They have so many stations but only 3 or 4 people working. The wait is always so long unless you hit it just right. I really don't enjoy having to wait 30 minutes just to get my nails done...but they are worth it if I have the time. read more

Way over priced! My manicurist barely spoke English and would have to have another guy try to translate for her. It was a little frustrating and they would discuss prices in another language and say "no, it's this price" but the amount I was originally quoted was lower. Floors were sticky, and it didn't seem super hygienic. Won't be going back. So dissatisfied and disappointed because it was so close to my home. read more

The nail tech (pretty sure the owner) literally yanked them off my nail beds. OUCH! Why not just soak them off? They were meant to be soaked off. Then charged me an extra $5 to rip them off and damage my nail beds. She passes me over to another tech who proceeds to file my nails sooo crooked. Whatever, no big. 2 days later and now my pinky nail is CHIPPED!! Right before I'm about to go on vacation. I will no longer support this establishment and will be looking for a new salon who values customer experience and quality work.

Ill swear by this nail place till the day im out of Tennesee. I've lived here for 4 years now and there hasn't ever been a place to come even close to comparing. They are amazing, always consistent with their work, fair prices and get you in and out as fast as possible. I absolutely love this salon. And if i could give 100 stars to Jenny i would. She is top tier, a perfectionist at its finest... every nail salon i go to i have to constantly tell myself to trust the process, with never a happy ending to it. IVY! IVY! IVY! I seriously cannot gatekeep this woman, no matter how much I want to! Ivy is hands down the BEST nail tech I've ever had. The level of detail, precision, and genuine care she puts into her work is unmatched. She's done my nails twice now, and both times I've walked out absolutely obsessed. Just had another fabulous dipped manicure by Tammy at GM. These guys do a consistently amazing job. The topcoat they use stays shiny for weeks on end. Tammy id so incredibly meticulous about her work. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more
