Been here a few times and it's always clean, welcoming and staff is very attentive. They take the time to ensure the customer is happy and comfortable. Regardless of who tends to you, staff members will ask that you're satisfied with their work before completion of your service, make adjustments to your liking, and even check they don't unintentionally cause soreness during the shaping/ cuticle treatment -which can really stick out to a customer and shows how intentional they are. After originally coming here due to its convenient location to my residence, I was very pleased with the results and service. These are probably my favorite mani/pedi designs ever! My cousin and I tried 7 Nails for the first time based on good reviews and so close to home. We were welcomed in and sat for our pedicures immediately. The shop was busy, but we only waited a few minutes before the techs got started on our feet. I have a broken toe nail and Trish worked magic to add a thin, natural looking tip that is protecting my nail bed while it regrows. She then gave me GelX tips on my nails, creating the best plant design I've seen. I love them! My cousin's nails look great too! We won't be going anywhere else. read more

The absolute best in Spring Hill! I am born and raised in Columbia... 3 generations in and this is the best place we've ever had come to Columbia- Spring Hill area. Natalie is freaking amazing and her attention to detail is outstanding. She is by far my favorite but everyone else has done an outstanding job anytime I've been there as well. I love 7 Nails Spa! I have had great experiences here. I've been coming every few weeks for several months now to get pedis and dip nails. Trish and Natalie are wonderful! I have never had a problem with their work. There was once I had an issue with another gal, but Natalie made sure the gal fixed it for me. They are friendly and welcoming. I always appreciate having a space so close to home where I can come and relax and know I'll be well cared for. The wine offerings are a plus as well. read more

My experience at this spa was wonderful. They took me in immediately as my appointment requested. My nail tech was professional and took great care of my fingers as he was doing my nails. He could see the results of arthritis on my fingers and was conscientious not to hold them with too much pressure., I requested a special design for 2 fingers and they came out as hoped for. Made a pedicure appointment on line. Received confirmation right away. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in the salon. Quite a few customers in the salon when I arrived but I was seated at the pedicure chair right away. The spa part of the pedicure was quite nice, but I did have to ask her a couple of times for a softer touch. A male tech did the polish and did a terrific job. I loved the ability to just walk in and have service! I loved my wine, and TV games shows on tv too! They were so friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasant surprise!! This was my first time stopping in and Natalie did my dip manicure. She was quick and efficient while still taking her time to make sure my nails looked great.
