After several weeks I got $50 back, and finally emailed them that I was going to have my mom go in and use the remaining $100 just to not have to deal with this any longer. They let her use $50. And said that's all there was. So they're still hanging on to $50 with no sign of a resolution. Not to mention, my mom said the atmosphere was completely unprofessional- with some techs just doing each other's nails and not servicing their customers. Instead of addressing the issue differently, my technician switched me mid-service with the exact technician who was causing the issue for the other client. So essentially, I was handed off to the person whose work had just made someone else cry in pain. From that point on, my nails burned the entire time they were being done -- and they are still burning two hours later. That is not normal, and it is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the color I received looks nothing like the sample I chose. It's completely different and does not flatter my skin tone at all. When I raised concerns, they apologized, charged me the full $60 anyway, and offered a $10 gift card. I left with painful nails, a color I didn't ask for, and the clear impression that my comfort and satisfaction did not matter. They have lost my business.
