If I could get this place zero stars, I would the rudest establishment I've been too in a while. I had made an appointment the night prior letting them know that I were fine with that. I come in telling them. I have an appointment at 9:30. I believe Lisa was the one that was taking care of me and I believe Hannah is the one that controls the front end of the store answering calls and stuff like that they were talking back-and-forth to where I understand them and what they're saying, but I know that they're talking about and I'm already unhappy because of the way she doesn't know how to do builder gel she's applying a thick coat telling me that the structural support of my is bad and telling me that she needs to do an extra thick layer even though she typically only does one layer of builder gel well, if that's the case, why am I spending extra for just one layer of builder gel but as she proceeds to on there now my nails are completely loss of Apex there is barely any shape to my nail. If anything it is tilted down and then complained about the fact that I wanted a more complicated art and on their page on Google it says that nail art is accepted here and they do it kindly and they so good at it. All the reviews on Google must be false and fake because they treated every other customer in there with respect except for me as a new customer, they didn't offer me water. They didn't offer me any beverage. They just sat me down. Had me pick my and basically had a whole attitude and said oh well this is gonna be expensive. Are you sure? Basically implying that I can't afford it or because she just doesn't want to do the nail design if I made an appointment saying that I wanted a Gel x then why are you complaining about the fact of having doing a nail design? Don't take appointments then. I just wanted a turtle shell design with a blue French tip but instead they wanted to argue with me because she started painting the French tip first and when I was like shouldn't you do the like just doing the blue go talk back-and-forth to where I can't understand And then finally I just snapped and I straight up said just do the French and they finally calm down after that they didn't say anything else back-and-forth and then when I left, I didn't tip I usually tip even though the service is bad. I was so offended and so mad that I was treated like this today I highly recommend not coming here ever go to be well organic nails in my personal opinion they treat you like human. If anything he recommends you do acrylic instead because it's cheaper and it gives you a better Apex I have never once had gel but now my experience is that I don't want it ever again because of the fact of how inexperienced she is Lisa and Hannah I count them both accountable because they both agreed that I should get builder gel but then I'm getting told that it's actually not good for my nails anyways. also not to mention that it says on their website on Google that a new customer gets $10 off. They didn't apply that to sure they don't a lot of new customers that come in are you they are taking you for your money and that's all they care about. They don't care about the customer feeling wanted and welcomed and included. They want your money and they want you to get out that's the type of establishment that they're running but with the prices that they're asking for that is crazy. read more

Got a pedicure done the other day. Everything started okay, but once the clippers came out, she took it upon herself to try to remove my side nail (which normally isn't done without certain licensure as it can cause infection and irritation and/or asking if the client wants it done) which has now left a deep angled cut on my nail which is piercing the skin on the side making it painful when applying pressure (aka walking as it is my big toe and the far side of it where the most pressure is applied). Disappointing as I came as a christmas present with my mom. They also forgot to apply her top coat on we figured as once we got home (after waiting in the salon an extra 15-20 minutes to wait for them to dry) her polish on her big toes slid right off while mine were completely fine. The polish on our other toes wasn't even fully on the entire nail, just in the center on most of them. Don't be distracted by the pretty looks of the salon. Also the massage chairs kept changing settings and/or turning off about every 30 seconds. This experience was ANYTHING but relaxing. read more
