I LOVE THIS PLACE! Listen, I don't know how the stars aligned for a dazzle dry mani without an appointment, but boy was I grateful! There isn't a lot of colors to choose from for the dazzle dry, but I do love this as a non-toxic option and it feels thick like gel, and lasts a long time if the nails are prepped the right way. 14 days, 17 days? maybe even longer... They guarantee theirs for 7 days at this salon. The ambiance is unreal. It's so cozy and inviting and smells good (it doesn't smell like toxic chemicals like most nail salons). It's quiet and soothing. I almost fell asleep lol. I have my fav girlie but gonna have to gatekeep so I still have availability to get in spur of the moment ha! Please forgive me! I went for the first time February 7th with a friend. I had made us appointments online, me for builder gel and her for the Dazzle dry manicure/organic products. My tech was Kim and she was sweet as could be, we got to sit in a quiet room near the restrooms which was great because my friend had just lost her husband and her dog. We both got beverages and the tv was a relaxing scene that changed a bit. This place was packed and buzzing but moved like a well oiled machine. I don't know how they keep up or figure out which client is who, but they did! The girl at the door was also very sweet and cheerful, a petite blonde. This place was so cozy, quaint and comfy. It definitely does not smell like a nail salon. It smelled amazing, like a spa experience. Candles, flowers, trees, pillow, comfy chairs. Did I say I loved this place? This salon is super cute and in a good location. It didn't smell like a nail salon the second you walk in, which is a feat in itself. The downside was the high school looking girl that had no idea how to work a front desk. Don't expect to get any questions answered. I had never been to this nail salon before and she knew this, as I mentioned it upon arriving. She then tells me to pick out a nail color, although there were very few nail colors in bottles to choose from. The others looked like gel and I was not interested in that for my pedicure. I tried to ask questions of what was the difference and which should I be choosing from. She was much too busy scrolling on her phone to be able to answer. So I select a color and go sit down for my pedicure. It was relaxing and no issues, until I go to pay. When I went to pay the nail polish she couldn't be bothered to answer questions about was an extra $15 on top of the already expensive pedicure. It is unfortunate that it was a negative beginning and ending to what would have otherwise been a nice experience, just due to one person that could not be bothered to answer a question. read more

The best decorated nail salon I've ever been in. It felt like I was in a Pottery Barn. The staff was also friendly. I scheduled a dazzle dry the night before online. As others have commented, the salon also didn't have that salon smell. You can tell the owner(s) treats the place as a second home. read more

Amazing experience! This place is sooooo cute. It doesn't smell like harsh chemicals. The vibes are great, and they do a very quality job. They also give you a drink menu when you come in with options like sparkling water, wine and champagne. So delightful that the champagne was served in a glass versus a plastic solo cup. You can get your nails done or you can get Nailogy. Call Donny make an appointment for what you would like. Call ahead. As Donny has his digital schedule in hand at all times.. Maybe wear something neutral. Maybe not sweatpants. Although you will be pleasantly surprised at how the salon looks exactly like your living room, your neighbors will also be there. I couldn't love Donny anymore. He is polite, soft spoken, observant, and attentive. His salon runs the same way.. if it's your first time and you don't like the way they came out they will redo your nails for free. I think that Donny has a tendency to attract good people. I was referred there by a friend and I have made a friend every time I go. I like it so much that I made some business cards to match his decor. He even has real books to read and diptyque candles for sale. Located right next to Herban market in Franklin , the only challenge can be parking. But I haven't had a scratch yet. read more

The atmosphere is nice. I made an appt with Lovell for a manicure and pedicure. She did not seem happy about my appointments when I arrived, although she wasn't busy with anyone else either. It was suggested that I maybe should come back another time for the manicure. My pedicure was rushed and over in about a half hour, and I was snapped at about making a decision when I was taking a while to decide on a color. I decided to ask again if I could keep the manicure appt after, however I really should have left when I noticed the negativity. I had child care and other things taken care and I had planned the day to relax. However it was a stressful, negative experience instead of a relaxing day at the salon. Others at the salon noticed I was being treated poorly but no one intervened. I left after spending $150 bucks and was distraught. I left thinking I wouldn't do that again for free. I will never be going back to this salon. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Had an appt booked for one week with Lovell and was actually driving to my 10:45 a.m. appt when they called and said, I'm sorry but Lovell had a mix up in her schedule and is actually out of town. We can get you in with her next week or we can get you in later this afternoon around 1p.m with someone else or you can wait until next week when she is back. My response was are you kidding me? You are just now finding this out, I have had this appt scheudled for a full week and you think that it is appropriate to call me 20 minutes before my appt when I am already on my way and tell me that she is not there. There response, well she forgot to block off her schedule. Even though I got an email of confirmation and had to click on the link one week ago to confirm my appt with Lovell. I told them you don't need to worry about rescheduling me because I will not be going back there, because this is ridiculous and her response in her perky voice was ok, great thank you and hung up. Beyond horrible customer service. I am busy and I planned my entire schedule around this appt today to get ready for an event that I have tomorrow and then this. Complete BS. read more

I usually get overwhelmed at nail salons, but the atmosphere at Nailology was very relaxing. I had an awesome pedicure by Helen who was very easy to talk to. I also got a French manicure by Donnie who took his time and made my nails perfect. Hands down the best French I've ever gotten.
