For reference, my dipped manicure was $60. I'll start by saying I loved TiNa's customer service. She was very friendly and serves with a smile. However I did not get the color or style that I was hoping for. I wanted a chromatic honey glazed color with dipped nails. I even showed them multiple pictures, but my nails look like she used silver glitter with a shiny top coat. She did use dip powder but did not give the chromatic look I wanted. I've had glazed chrome nails done before elsewhere so I know what it looks like and this glitter white was not it. Glitter just doesn't pass off as chrome there's a big difference. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon so it was busy which I expected. I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere but my service was done in 20 minutes because they had multiple customers waiting. It was a busy afternoon for them so they were all rushing including her. She didn't clean the edges of my nails afterwards so the end result was rugged on the edges with leftover polish. Tina did her best and I wish her all the best but I probably will go elsewhere next time. read more

Stay away from this dump! They talk about the customers in their native language and laugh about them. Whoever the "nail technician" in the photo is, just basically hates her job and sucks at painting nails. They use cheap dollar store lotions and do not sanitize their bowls or use plastic bags in them. I've never seen someone paint your cuticles and actually was laughing when I told her that I've never seen it before... She said Go ahead tell me what is wrong with them, maybe you not have pedicure before...Huh? At least that's what I was able to translate. I was a walk-in appointment around 6pm on a week night for a mani pedi. We were greeted and told they could fit us in and shown to a soak chair for our pedicures. The were too busy or too short staffed to accommodate us and rather than tell us that, they left us waiting in those chairs for about 35 minutes and then one woman rushed back and forth between the two of us trying to do both of our pedis before closing. You can imagine it wasn't the greatest work and after having sat there for so long, we were pruny and the water was cold. The nail tech then rushed through my manicure and was almost violent cutting down my cuticles because she was so obviously rushed. She ended up using her nail buffer to just shave off my cuticles and roughed up my whole nail. (It is not growing out well.) and then was so rushed through the paint job that there was paint on my fingers and it was so thick on the nail it looked bumpy and there were ridges. And still, they charged us full price. If they would've turned us away bc they were at full capacity, that would've been completely fine. But they didn't and not only did I have a bad experience, but my finger nails are growing out with ridges in them from where they shaved them down. I wouldn't never asked for that, nor has that ever been done to me. Skip this place if you're a walk-in. read more

Felt incredibly rushed from the second we walked in. I was rushed to pick a nail color, rushed to sit down, and the tech seemed like she was trying to set a world record for how fast she could complete my manicure. In the process of her rushing through my manicure she cut two of my fingers, one of which would not stop bleeding but that didn't make her any more gentle. I also told her I like my nails on the shorter side and she cut down my nails all the way to the skin on the first cut - I've never had a nail tech cut them this short. Some nails are crooked too. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid - would've done better doing them at home. read more

Caution. I've been going here off/on for the last 15 years...... but today was not a good day. Four of my fingers were cut with cuticle clippers and the electric nail buffer thing. I left with this white substance around my nails like on my actual fingers. I used hand sanitizer and 7 or 8 of my fingers/cuticle area burned.... also some sketch transaction with the cuticle clippers which was obtained from the lady next to me, I didn't see if her tech used them on her, so they MIGHT have been a clean pair. She was friendly enough but convinced me to do dip nails instead of my usual acrylic set. The dip was thick, way thicker than the acrylic I'm used to, which always looks like my natural nailsThey've also gone up in pricing bc before it was 25$ for acrylic set, no matter the length, now they charge $10 extra for long nails. I'm going to get my money back tomorrow, I'll go somewhere else to fix these, after my cuticles heal. Update: I called back right when I got home and I was told I'd get a refund. Now they say that I cannot get the refund and I did something to make the nails lift and damaged them. I went to another salon and I was told that the lady didn't apply the nail extension correctly and they're way too thick for the sns nail dip. read more

A clunky, awkward, lengthy, streaky, no lotion, half baked attempt for a basic "upgraded" pedicure. The person in charge and my tech disappeared for 20 minutes during drying time. One sweet tech saw what was going on and helped me when I was trying to leave, without me even having to ask her. She noticed the streaky, bad job, fixed it and got me out of there. I went for a pedicure. It wasn't horrible but the water was cold the seats aren't comfy and I was given zero foot massage. It was all very methodical with the pedi and the heel sanding part was only done on one foot. The staff wasn't overly friendly but weren't rude either. I would describe them as indifferent. Came here after trying two other places that I didn't like and this place was recommended to me. They have a lot of sns color choices. The gel acrylics was about the same price of sns so I opted for the sns giving it another try since I've previously had issues with it breaking easily and it broke half of my nail off when I went to a different salon. The salon wasn't as busy when I came in but I did have to wait a little longer vs the people who came in after me. I like how the lady shaped my nails but I didn't like the fact that this is a salon where they called you weird in their language and talk about you. It's very unprofessional and rude. Someone who paying you to get services shouldn't be mistreated and talked about behind their back especially when they come to this place and spend a lot of money. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in and had my nails painted by "Stephanie" who was SO RUDE. I have never had a nail technician be so rude in my life! While doing my nails she would slap my fingers like I was a child because I did not have them in the right position she wanted. I have never been treated so rude in my life! I went for a polish change, asked the tech not to use a drill on me numerous. So she brings out this plastic bag full of pure acetone and Im like what are you doing? She kept repeating herself probably like 10 times she told me, "this is how we do here, if you don't like go to where you go before." Well, I should of got up and left at that point, but Im like how hard can it be to take my polish off and not damage my nails. Just let me say, she brought that drill out 3 times and kept drilling my nails with a metal drill bit. Finally she broke one of my nails with the drill. So I told her, now you broke my nail, I asked you to not use a drill on me, this is why. My nails get to thin really fast. She had a bad, mean attitude towards me the entire time , but then it got worse. She asked me to leave after my nails had been left, thin, weak and no polish. So I got up just in shock and left. She quickly followed me out the door in an aggressive way, but heres the kicker. Another girl that worked there came out and threw a handful of salt at me!!! Total disrespect of a person, I could not believe it. If I had not been so traumatized by how am I going to get my nails fixed, I would have and should have called the police and filed charges against these people. I wish I would have taken pictures, but like I said I was in shock and desperate to get my nails fixed, so all I could think of was that.
