They have complimentary drinks and have comfortable seating when waiting. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Especially if you are getting more than one area waxed. All of the staff are welcoming, considerate of your needs, and polite. Concerning the negative reviews, no I have never been offered incentive to leave a good review. They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. Overall, I recommended this studio to many of my friends who have told me that they thoroughly enjoyed their experience.
