This was my first time going to Callie ( Divine Skin ) and it was a great experience! Her office is located in the Victorian buildings and is very cute and inviting. She was very warm and sweet and welcoming when I walked in. She has a very calm energy :-) She used the skin analysis machine on me and I saw all the ickyness going on that I wasn't aware of! She was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. She's a clinical esthetician so she knows her stuff. I did the red carpet facial and signed up for the youthful club program she offers for a better deal of monthly visits. I am now a new client ! Definitely recommend ! read more

Callie went above and beyond for me!! She was the 1st facial I'd ever had, and she really just made my skin GLOW and talked me through everything she was doing. I'm so sad that she left Illinois, so if you're in California, head over to Callie, he facials are life changing!!!!!! read more

I had a wonderful treatment yesterday. Dermaplane+peel+Oxygen, my skin looks great! Callie clearly understood my concern with my face being irritated in the past by treatments such as these. I have Rosacea, which often leaves my face red and broken out, if it is not taken into consideration prior to treatments. I have had a few peels/facials in my life, this was the best thus far. Callie is pleasant and knowledgeable. The space is clean & efficient, while being beautifully decorated. I will definitely be back. read more

I had a dermaplane facial, which was my first facial ever. She left a lot of hair on my face and tried selling me stuff the entire time. I asked her for recommendations for wrinkle prevention (like serums, products, anything) and she told me to go fill out a consultation online. It was overall relaxing, but the results didn't last past that night and I feel like I could do the same thing at home. read more

Had my Groupon, and made my appointment through their online system. Super easy and quick. Definitely make appointments far in advance. This place was a mission to find, I was so confused. When I finally found it, it was so cozy and the ladies in there were super nice and welcoming. I was a tad late because I was lost and still had to wait a bit for Callie to get my facial started but that was not a problem. She used a cool black light for me to see if I wash my face properly (I do apparently). And when she was doing the facial she would tell me what each things was and what it was for. The experience here is like an ASMR video (YouTube: ASMR Spa or ASMR Facial). She has such a soft voice that is so relaxing and the heated blanket... Ugh!! I am coming back here before my trip to L.A. read more

I used a groupon for a set of two microdermabrasion treatments. To be fair, my first visit at the old San Ramon office was great and would have been 4 stars. The 2nd appointment was terrible for numerous reasons. 1) I cancelled once via phone message and once online, but never received a callback. I suppose she prefers all scheduling and communication to be done online. Fine. 2) I made it to the new Victorian office buildings. I called for directions to the actual suite (they're not listed on the directory) and no one answered. I just walked about aimlessly for 15 mins until I finally found it. So no, they will not call to remind you of an upcoming or missed appt. Don't expect to reach them by phone during business hours. Ooookaaay. 3) when I entered, I was greeted with her questioning how I was able to book an appointment using my fourth(!) groupon when the limit was one. I proceeded to explain that the groupon was for 2 sessions, it was my second visit, and my previous cancellations may have shown as appointments in her online system. I felt uncomfortable being accused of being cheap, cheating the system, and having to explain myself. Wouldn't she recognize me after that many visits? Not ok. 4) the treatment itself was not as good as the first time, and I actually paid to add an extra Chem peel that did not seem to have any effect whatsoever. It was obvious she did not remember anything about my skin or keep any notes from my first visit. Really not ok. 5) she tried to sell me on her products, and invited her associate into the room to convince me I needed another facial treatment called derma rolling. I tried to relax (not happening) with my eyes closed as they talked of what I needed to purchase to really improve my skin. 6) she seemed sure I could really use this treatment (costing anywhere from hundreds to $1k+) but when I asked for more info, she said she didn't know much about it but could find out. So how can she be so sure I could use it if she's not familiar with how the process works or what it even is?! 7) the worst thing was that she ended almost all her sentences with, "does that make sense?" As if I couldn't follow that her best advice for me was to buy neutrogenia face wash? In the end, I was discriminated as a groupon user & belittled as a client. I also felt they were too blatant to push their products & services. So, I wholeheartedly cannot recommend them, does that make sense? I hope everyone else has a better experience. As for me, my search for a great esthetician continues... read more

I found Divine Skin Aesthetics via Groupon, being new to Groupon & to the area I thought I'd try it out.... WOW! I am so glad I did. Callie's expertise and personality was a perfect match for my skin:) She analyzed my skin and treated it accordingly. After my treatment (microdermabrasion & peel), my skin felt great and renewed! I came home and booked out 3 more appointments right away. Just what I needed to get a kick start on getting my skin back on track. I am psyched to see her again! read more

I bought a Groupon for an hour facial and microdermabrasion with Callie and it was so worth it! She really took the time to speak with me about my skin, my history, and what I was looking for from the treatment. After going over my history she used infrared (I think?) lighting on my face to see where it was over/under hydrated. It was incredible to see the exact areas of my face light up! She took her time and did an excellent job with the facial. It includes not only the usual cleansing, mask, and extractions in a facial, but also a chemical peel and oxygen infusion at the end. She carefully explained the microdermabrasion process to me and how it would brighten my skin and aid with scars. I felt very comfortable the whole time and even started to drift asleep. The only thing I would say is that she could have spent a little more time on extractions, but given how many other things she did in our time frame I didn't care at all. It is only the evening after my facial but my skin feels wonderful! Noticeably brighter and even skin tone. I will definitely be back to Callie. You get a lot for your money with her and she doesn't try to force products down your throat which is a relief. I think she used to be located in Danville and recently relocated here in the Victorian medical offices, a very cozy and welcoming office. Thank you Callie!! read more

This was the best microderm I've had! Callie is so knowledgable, thorough, and gentle, yet effective! She payed such close attention to my skin and how it was reacting to every product she applied to it. She does a thorough intake form and consultation before the treatment, which I appreciate. I have acne and I'm very reactive to products, she definitely listened to all Of my concerns. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt very confident in the service I was receiving. I will be back every month! read more

Callie's facials and treatments are exceptional. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. I've had multiple facials, microdermabrasion treatments, and light peels. My skin is hydrated and glows after every visit with Callie. I have stubborn hyper pigmentation and fine lines from sun damage. I needed intense treatment, but was too afraid to do anything aggressive until I started going to Callie. Her extensive knowledge and experience assured me I'd be in good hands, and so I began a series of chemical peels. Callie was extremely thorough and careful, continually checking my comfort level during the process. She checked in with me during a week of heavy peeling, and patiently answered my questions and concerns. After just one treatment my skin hadn't looked this good in a ver long time. My skin was baby soft , sun spots and lines faded, pores were tightened, and my skin glowed more than ever. I've been to many estheticians and no one comes close to Callie. Professionals like Callie are hard to find and I highly recommend her. read more

I started with Callie December 2017, and she has been amazing and incredibly helpful. Before I started treatments with her I had accepted that I would always have acne regardless of having a great diet and lifestyle. With my treatments with her she gave me hope that I could have the clear skin that I had always dreamed of, and my skin is now clear. She works with you and customizes every facial to your specific needs. She truly cares and you're missing out if you haven't seen her yet. Thank you Callie for everything!! Bought a deal from Groupon "red carpet facial" for microdermabrasion + a peel . She cancel my appointments twice , never apologize and just asked to rebook. Seems like most her clientele are white not Be offensive ,but due to me and my mother inlaw who are Mexican very obvious for our names. She just kept avoiding us and refuse to provide the services by canceling our appointments and been asked to reschedule. I mainly had bought this for my mother inlaw for mothersdays and had to wait all the way to July to be cancel again. read more
