ZERO STARS!! Nothing but a very expensive nightmare with the Biote Hormone Pellet Therapy! These people are listed on the Biote site as certified to do pellet therapy, but you would never know that. I went in for a consultation and was excited to give it a try. $350 for pellets insertion $140 for blood work. They convinced both my husband and I the treatment could help him as well. They NEVER told us the price is twice the amount for men's treatment until after insertion and we paid. So $700 for my husbands treatment was a shock. They also LOST the first blood work they drew from my husband. LOST IT! He ofcourse had to redo it. My pellets were non effective weeks after insertion so they had me back in for a "boost". They brought in a "specialist" to go over why it wasn't working for me. She saw they never gave me the correct dose. Surprise. 2nd round went better. My poor husband had nothing trouble with this place and the pellets. It's been a true nightmare for him. After "loosing" his first blood work (the lady that drew the blood no longer works there....no shock), they finally served the pellets. Weeks after insertion he felt worse. Fatigue, minor memory loss, etc. They finally agreed to draw bold again and attempt a "boost". Weeks pass again and no change. They said to go to our family doctor. Found out he was given too much estrogen!!! So we had to get an RX to help that. More weeks pass and he is now experiencing pain in the area of insertion. They said could be scar tissue or something else and to again "go see our Dr". Well I noticed a round white bump in the area he said was painful. Looked like liquid to come out so I got a needle to put a tiny piercing to release liquid. NOPE!! A PELLET POPPED OUT!!! It obviously was not inserted into the fat area, but on top of a muscle! He called to speak to someone at Ritz and give pics. He said it's been a nightmare, never worked, pellet did not dissolve, and we would like a refund. A few days later they call back to say "sorry. Nothing we can do. No refunds". IT DID NOT DISSOLVE therefore it could not work!!! Now he has a permanent hole on his buttock from the mess they made. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and find a reputable, trained Biote professional. They may be good for facials BUT NOT hormone therapy!! Poor customer service. We had to constantly track them down for help. HORRIBLE. Pics are attached. UPDATE **DO NOT GO TO RITZ FOR BIOTE PELLET THERAPY!!** as of yesterday, 8/12/18 my husband was still not feeling well after the ordeal at Ritz and their incompetence with Biote Pellet insertion. As per my previous post, a pellet popped out after causing a good deal of pain. Well yet another pellet has come to the surface and "popped out". My husband said it is not only painful, but causes headache & nausea. He called Ritz to tell them this happened again. Carla, who apparently is in charge, again said there is nothing they can or will do. He asked for a partial refund at least since obviously the pellets did not dissolve. Carla refused. I am attaching the newest pics. If you are considering pellet therapy, please save your money and go anywhere else. Tomorrow I will be reporting Ritz to the BBB as well as detailing my husbands experience to the Biote Corporation. Ritz should not be doing this on anyone. read more

This is the first negative review I have ever shared for anything. I did the hormone therapy twice, and it didn't work at all. I'd had it done previously at another spa for several years, and it worked perfectly. I also had the threading done on my lips, and the threading came out within a month. I went back later so they could see it didn't work, and they said I should have come back sooner. But when I did go, they visibly could see there was no difference in my lips from prior pictures. The customer service used to be great, but now, it is terrible. I don't recommend the spa for either of these treatments, and they definitely get a zero on customer service. read more

Fantastic service and employees. Everyone is friendly and well knowledgeable. The aesthetician I had was Marilyn and she was fantastic. I got micro needling done and she made it painless. I booked an appointment for a HydraFacial and it was one of the best I've ever had! Marilyn was my Aesthetician and she did an amazing job. Josh, the office manager made great skincare recommendations and my skin is looking better than it ever has. Dr. Ron Gilmer performed a lower line facelift for $5600 and a neck lift with midline platysmal placation for $6200 Pictures are result of those surgeries. Ron Gilmer told me he did not see unevenness in jawline and did not see saggy left chin:lower left jowel. He stated he did not believe I would be happy with anything further he would do. I asked for partial refund to go toward $8000 needed to correct. I have not received any refund nor heard from him to date. read more

Ritz has been my Med Spa of choice since it opened a couple of years ago. Today I had the hydrafacial with Marilyn and it was wonderful. I loved that it combined cleansing, exfoliating, and infused my skin with serums in 1 treatment. As my appointment occurred during lunch, I brought makeup to apply before going back to work and didn't even need it. My skin looked and felt that great. I left a previous review for this business and gave it very high marks. However, since the change of ownership, management and staff, I must change my review. I must state that I had been a faithful patron of this establishment since it was opened. I never had a bad experience nor a bad service during that time until November 2018 when the business changed staff and ownership. Even when this occurred, I had injectables performed by their new "Master injector", Noni. Needless to say, my filler service was so poor, I had to go to a plastic surgeon (Dr. Moran in Cool Springs) who specializes in doing nothing but face and neck surgeries and procedures to correct her mistakes. After fighting with the Ritz just to obtain my records ( took 1 month after several requests) Dr. Moran had to re-inject the same area with a variety of fillers which react differently depending on the area to provide the results I should have had on the first place! If you are looking for someone to sell you whichever filler or wrinkle eliminator ( yes, Botox is NOT the only one) the receive at a discounted rate from China, performed by an injector who took a 10 hour course to fulfill State requirements, you will be pleased with them. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon who is knowledgeable, professional, beyond qualified AND stands behind her work because SHE PERFORMS ALL of it for just about the same price, I would highly recommend Dr. Mary Lynn Moran in Cool Springs. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Ritz. Brandi did the micro needling with PRP. Such an advanced and interesting treatment. Brandi made me feel very comfortable, explained the whole thing and answered my many questions. A week later I can totally tell a difference in my forehead wrinkles, wrinkles between my brows and the size of the pores on my cheeks!!! Amazing!! Let me start off by telling you how excited I am to have found this Plastic Surgery Center! I recently got thread lifts done in my face and I'm in love with the Master Nurse Injector, Naunie. I was amazed at how precise and accurate she was when placing the threads in my face, creating a natural more youthful version of myself. I guess this place has undergone a change of staff from the past, but the new Office Manager, Josh is very helpful and educated me on what I should be using for my skincare regimen. I think the new Practice Manager, is named Suzanne, I can't remember, but she was a good light of energy as well! I will definitely be back! read more

This place is a waste of money I spent thousands there had a boob job an laser hair removal paid way to much my boobs looked an felt better before now there terrible an u can feel the bag why I went to begin with had a slit ripple so wanted to fix it only made it worse also he spoke to me like a dog when I went back an u could hear them literally I sounded like a water bed also I had laser hair removal an I did it over 9 times looks like I never went once for it so I wasted over 6 grand at this place an never got good results on top of that I went in for scar removal an they did a c02 instead on accident an now I have a big dark spot above my lip that won't go away beware don't use this place they won't fix it or treat you with respect I would love to have my money back or even just my face back to normal Botox is the only thing that they did right smh save your money go somewhere else read more

I love this Med Spa! I have had Facials, Injectables and an FUE hair transplant there. I love Carla so much! She is the Practice Director and a medical Aesthetician. This Spa is so peaceful and they have great prices on their services, so they dont have to entice people in with Groupons.
