We talked about getting older, music, spa things, products, etc. It was like hanging with a friend who does your brows. She did explain what she was doing with my friend and addressed her concerns and answered questions. We bought into the expansion package with Dr. Prather for palate expansion because she had an appliance that I wanted for my child. The biggest problem is that at the end of the treatment, we did not gain the width we were told we'd achieve despite excellent compliance. When I asked questions, nothing was addressed or adequately solved. The solution was to tell me that I just needed to start "phase two" and pay for an entire other treatment plan, obviously for thousands more. Please beware of money grabs and get second opinions; beware of any dental practice running a spa.
