Every step of the process was explained clearly, which made it such a comfortable experience. The tan itself turned out gorgeous--perfect color, smooth application, and incredibly natural looking. In town from Los Angeles for a wedding. Had a spray tan Thursday night for a Friday rehearsal…read moredinner and Saturday wedding. Color was perfect. I would rank this the best spray tan I've ever gotten for 3 reasons. 1. There was so smell afterwards OR at all in the days after. I've never had this as a spray tan girlie. I'm just used to that spoiled bitter undertone smell on day 1 up to like day 3. I just accept it. 2. They offer a powder puff after to fill in crevices that can get sticky. I hate the sticky feeling more than anything. I did a light dusting all over my body of this stuff and did not suffer at all. I'm used to suffering after and esp during sleep that night. It was heaven!! 3. Almost no color transfer onto the white bed sheets. The faintest bit of color that no one else would have noticed. I was just surprised bc my sheets are usually brown and need washing immediately. Love this place, hope this was helpful.

Taya was amazing- so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I loved how my tan turned out. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Taya.

I've been here for 2 years and after reading in particular the poor reviews... felt the need to share my experiences. This studio is such a comfortable and safe place. They have complimentary drinks and have comfortable seating when waiting. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Especially if you are getting more than one area waxed. All of the staff are welcoming, considerate of your needs, and polite. Concerning the negative reviews, no I have never been offered incentive to leave a good review. They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. Overall, I recommended this studio to many of my friends who have told me that they thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Not everyone's experience is the same, but I couldn't be happier with this studio and Micah.

After I left, I immediately recommended the place via text. The hostess wasn't as welcoming/warm when I first came in, asking only my name. No greeting, or even a "are you new?, how'd you find us" question.. It was my first time there, so I anticipated that I would have a salon welcome & intro schpiel. As my first human touch point for the salon, she was a high contrast from the technician that provided service. I was a little early for my appointment (5-10min) due to their warning in the fine print that if you're more than 7min late you may forfeit your appointment (maybe w/financial penalty, but read your appointment notes to confirm this bit). 7 felt like an odd number, but eh, I was willing to give the salon a try. Mary provided wonderful service! She is highly proficient and efficient! AKA: She was fast with removal (which, when it's coming out at the root -- that's what we love!), did any necessary clean up and had lots of extras to help through the process (for example she spoke about caring for the skin beneath the hair, which some don't really address). Her work was excellent. Did I mention she was quick? Lol. The price was well worth the service & I will definitely be back.
