The staff was very kind. I've had the set less than two weeks and it's already lifting. They didn't tell me anything during the process, just told me to sit down and they went straight to work. They charged me an extra $5 for the almond nail shape, which I wouldn't have done if she told me about the extra money. They also charged me $20 for gel. She didn't tell me that it was gel, just asked me to pick a color. They advertise an acrylic fill as $35 yet I came out paying +$60 because they charged for filing (the length wasn't changed), gel, and the shape (which was already done.). Very nice people, but don't waste your money. It's not worth it for a set that'll lift in less than two weeks. read more

My 90 year old Mother in Law purchased a $60 gift Certificate for me for Christmas this past year and I misplaced it until a couple of days ago. It expired in June. I called the business and explained what happened and that I wanted to know if they would still redeem it, as I was wanting to let my mother in law to use it. The gentleman on the phone said there would not be an issue. She shows up and gets her nails done and is then told by the manager that the person I spoke to was not authorized to approve and they were denying her to use it. She lives in the senior housing behind their business and has been there many times before . I had every intention of confronting them and she said it would make it awkward to go back. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this establishment at all. I have been a few times before, but will never go back, unless I change my mind and tell them off. First of all I asked and pick out an orange color. Lady brought orange starred on left foot big toe wentbto counter changed the color not the orange I wanted she didn't understand what I was saying. Charged $20.00 just for a toenail polish. WOW will never be back here again. Went to leave lady who did my polish was on the phone I felt my toes they were dry. Went outside and looked at my toes looks like a child painted mybtoes came back in to complain she said it was me fault. It's totally wrong color and worse painted ties I've ever had. I wasn't going to leave a rating because i did enjoy the staff during my visit but to be honest, every time i look at my nails and the quality of them, i am unhappy and disappointed. this is my first visit to this establishment and though i enjoyed the people there and am sure this is not a reflection of the staff in its entirety, i won't be returning. i requested a dip on my real nails--the middle fingers with french tips and the others solid. nothing too fancy. i requested a coffin shape that was similar to the picture i showed the nail tech. i have had these styles done before plenty of times with no issues from previous techs. however, the nail shapes are inconsistent. some were coffin shaped, some were just square and uneven. the dip job itself became clumpy and uneven as well. the french tips are also messy and the lines are noticeably crooked. of the many years i've gone to have my nails done, i have to say i've never seen a poorer job. the only reason i didn't speak up at the time was because the process of getting dip is pretty long in general. however this visit was even longer (at least 2+ hours) and by the end i was just ready to go. the man who did my nails (not the owner) seemed like he wasn't used to doing dipped nails. i understand this is an assumption on my part but if this is the case, i would have much rather been told this than he proceed and this be the final result. i don't ever expect perfection. i'm pretty easy going but after being charged $90 + tip for my *real* nails to be done, a cleaner and better job should have taken place. again, i don't think this is a reflection of the staff in its entirety and as i said, they're very kind and fun people. but my experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and i'm afraid i won't be back for a repeat. the pictures are of my nails as of today. it's been a few weeks so don't attribute some of the growth to the nail tech. however the inconsistent shapes, the messy tips, etc are all from day 1. read more

I went here last week for a pedicure and manicure. The lady doing my nails was very rude- was on her phone talking the entire time and seemed annoyed by me being there for some reason. She was more focused on her call than what she was doing- and tore off the ingrown on my big toe so quickly. She cut them so deep, it's going to be so painful when they grow out- they weren't even bad because the last place I went did it correctly. Then I get my manicure- she cut down the side of my thumbnail all the way down- for absolutely no reason, so now it is weird shaped. When she puts on the gel polish- it was a completely different color than what I picked out. She asked if I wanted to change, so I just said I would do white.She took off the polish with a super thick drill and didn't even soak them first. Then cut the side of my thumb nail and it was bleeding. My nails are already thin which is why I took off my last gel myself so a drill wouldn't be used. This is going to take months to repair. I have never been SO uncomfortable in a setting where you are supposed to be relaxed and paying $100 to do so. Also super unsanitary. She dropped something on the floor and just picked it up and continued. Used a file block on my finger that was bleeding which I'm sure she just used on the next person. The owners brother did my nails. He was very rude and spoke on the phone in his own language while was doing my nails, plus he went out to smoke a cigarette during the time he was removing the dip product already on my nails, he came back smelling of smoke then continued his phone conversation. He cut two of my fingers and made them bleed. I wrote to the owner Tommy and he did respond to me and apologized and offered me a 25% discount to come back to his store. In good faith he should have offered me a free do over. I would never set foot in there again and give them ZERO stars read more

Pros: - Walk in and no wait time. I wanted to try this place out since I had never been. - Really polite and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I advised them that I wanted a French manicure full set (white tips) with square round shape with gel paint to top it off. Cons: - My thumb nail was crooked. I was watching the TV and looked down to check out my nails and noticed that my thumb was crooked. I told the lady and she says "that's the way your nails are." Ugh no there not. For one I had no nails to begin with and for 2 you could literally see that it was put on incorrectly. She did take the nail off and redid it and it did look better. - Tips were way too far down to my cuticles. Because I was too busy focusing on the TV and making sure that none of the other tips were crooked, I never realized how far the tips were sitting on my nail bed. I was trying to let the lady do her job. I have never in my life of getting my nails done seen a tip go this far down unless you don't know what you are doing. - Nails are not shaped correctly at all. She just couldn't get it right. I was literally trying to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous. Now I will have to paint over them to cover it up. I get so pissed every time I look at my hands. If I wanted my nails to look like they been chewed up I would have left the artificial nails off. I paid $40 for them to look like they do. I have a picture of when I went to this place on the left and on the right was a picture taken from another nail salon in June. Nails were the same length and same French manicure. read more

First time visiting this past Saturday. The staff was warm and accommodating and very friendly. It was the first time in years I had my nails and toes done (battles with depression can be taxing on self care regime) , but they took me right in no questions and made me feel great again. I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had an awful AND painful experience that literally left me bleeding. During the manicure, while trimming my cuticles, the male employee cut my ring finger so deep that it started gushing blood, and I had a horrible stinging pain. He nonchalantly said a quick "sorry" and kept going. He didn't even stop to look at my nails until blood started gushing. It was very clear that he didn't care. Both he and the female employee next to him immediately started talking under their breath, and they did that for the rest of the time that I was there. I politely asked if I could have regular polish (instead of gel) on my hand that was CUT AND BLEEDING because I didn't want the UV gel lamp to cause a burning/stinging sensation on my finger that got cut. Again, the male employee working on my nails had a negative attitude when I asked that. The pedicure was rushed and sloppy. The manner in which the woman painted my nails was so sloppy that you can easily see the lines between each coat, which was only two quick coats of polish. The paint job looked awful the moment it was finished. The whole vibe was rushed, nonchalant, and rude. It's only been a week since my manicure & pedicure but it looks terrible. I never got a genuine apology. All I got was a very rushed "you're done" after my gel manicure. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

The experience here was basic and below sta and compared to the other nail Salons I have been in the area. First the workers in the salon barely spoke any English to even communicate about the services I wanted. I was finally able to translate what I wanted with a gentleman there about what I wanted and the cost. The lady that performed my pedicure was pretty good. I did have to get translation to her that I needed my nails cut down and shaped better and also to remove the callus. Once she completed another man took over. He painted my toes sloppy and I had to point it out to correct it. You could tell he was in an attitude about fixing the paint. I was not offered any beverage, i didn't get any massage or hot towels. When it was time to pay the guy that painted told me 10.00 more than what the translator guy originally stated. 45.00 for a below average gel pedicure. I will never be back to this nail salon!
