I just believe if you have been a ten year patron you should at least be treated as a valued client. I should have walked out of Oxana platinum blonde not partially blonde for the price they charged me. There are a lot of other salons in Nashville who will appreciate their customers and care about not just how salon looks but whether they have done enough to get repeat business especially as there was hardly any customers and place was gutted.
