My friend and I went to get a Pedicure and we told them the $33 Pedicure and they kept saying... $36 is better and we said no thanks, and then the man put this scrub stuff on my friend and said this will be $3 more and you have to pay $36. Then they lady put it on my foot and said the same... they made sure they were getting $3 more.. so greedy. We did not give them a tip. Why keep inisiting that you have to more. We had to argue with them.. we ended up paying $36 - This is so pushy and so wrong. read more

My family brought me to this establishment for a bday mani/pedi. I had the works - the massage chair for the pedi, paraffin treatment, etc. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate them taking good care of me. I had a regular pedi, but got the gel treatment for my nails (as I was holding up the rest of my party). My nails turned out perfectly and I couldn't have been happier on my birthday! read more

In returning and bringing others in tow, the pedicures are definitely what they consistently do outstanding and for the price. Hoooowwwever. Manicures. They constantly are up selling the gel manicure bit, but it comes with a hefty $$ and my overall experience wasn't worth that price. I had an appointment that I booked when they opened for later in the afternoon and had to sit for over 30 minutes past my preset appointment time, and then had my manicure rushed by the tech. I specifically asked if I was getting a hand arm massage as part of it which everywhere else I have been is standard with manicure, since the tech rushed straight to painting my nails and she said "after" which turned out to be her squiring some oil on my arm and doing one pass just smoothing it in on each arm. No massage at all. $40 for the gel manicure. When I went to check out and she told the girl to charge me $40 I asked her as nice as possible how that was when I didn't even get the basics of a regular manicure and she tried to tell me that would have been extra. It felt like she was just making the price up to whatever she felt and then poorly made excuses around it. Extremely disappointed after how great this place has been with the pedicures - which my friends were able to enjoy- but the manicure with this person was a 2 star experience and I'll be sure to make sure I'm not with her again. Five stars for toes! read more

Udom and his wife are really nice and I really thought I had found my place! After being there a few times I started to feel the service got bad. I also started to have to come back with broken or chipped nails a few days after getting them done. I'm also a bit confused on the price system though, I feel they should have the base prices on a menu but I feel they don't so they can charge what they want. It was never the same even though I didn't do anything different. They would stop working on my nails to start working on someone else so the time would drag and I would be done 3 hours or so. So I stopped coming. Please do come in and judge for yourself. You may find you will agree or disagree with me. Either way, I'm not coming back. read more

A friend and I were in the area doing some errands and we stopped in on a whim. I called first and took the first available times for pedicures. We were greeted at the door and told to pick our colors. The salon is impeccably clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and massage chairs super comfortable. We both got the deluxe pedicure, that was well worth $40. Ashley did mine, and she was absolutely wonderful. I'm not trying to sound dramatic, but it was truly one of the best pedicures I've had. So many times in Nashville we get rushed pedicures that are never relaxing, but not at bayon. It was an entire hour of exceptional service. I was there this past Monday and my toes still look great. I told the friend I was with that I would stop going to my current salon for pedicures and drive out to bayon for them in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! read more

I love this place! I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday by Patty. I'm just now looking at my nails and appreciating the great work that she did. I've been going here for years, but moved to the other side of town. I'm planning on moving back to the east side of Nashville and decided to make the 25 mile trip to Bayon nails even though I'm still living on the west side. Thank you, Patty and Udom for the many years of super service. read more

This is hands down the best nail salon in Hermitage. The owners are SO awesome about satisfying their clients and I will recommend this place to everyone. I followed Udom from a different salon and I'm so happy he's in charge of his own salon these days because he is definitely someone worth giving your business to! Thank you Bayon! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! The staff is rude and the did not do a good job on my nails or toes. They did not comply with my request to have gel polish in my toes but did charge me for gel service. They cut my nails for no reason. Needless to say, I am very very disappointed and I hope that no one else has to go through what I have been through. read more

Came in for a 10:30 am pedicure appointment. Unfortunately, I was placed with a man who had only been doing nails 6 months. Right from the beginning I knew he was nervous. It took a while for him to figure out setting up the foot bath. When he asked how the temperature was, I said it was too hot. He then attempted to turn it cooler, yet it was still pretty hot. Didn't turn chair massage on for me. I requested straight, short nails. After several attempts with filing and nipping, I told him to stop. The shape wasn't getting better the more he tried. Pushing back my cuticles was not done well at all. Still have all the dry skin at the top of my nails. I was thanked multiple times from him stating he was happy I was giving him a chance. He did, however, give an awesome massage. I ended up having them painted rather quickly by Patty. Knowing how unhappy I was, it would have been nice to have been given a discount. Yes, I did tip him. I realize newbies have to start somewhere, yet paying customers should possibly be told of lack of experience. I booked my appointment here due to some rave reviews, hoping for one of the nail technicians mentioned. Pretty much a waste of "an hour and a half" and my toes look none the better. Very disappointed. read more

Honesty one star is a push. This place is unprofessional I sat in there for 10 minutes after telling them what I need and was ignored, three other people was sat before me and I was told to wait 30 minutes because Bob didn't wanna take me and his wife was busy. Disappointing. read more

I've been getting my nails done for decades now going from one nail salon to another. My poor and frustrating experiences kept me searching for a good place. I moved to Hermitage about 3 years ago and found Bayon Nails 2 years ago. Udom is BY FAR the best I've ever found. He consistently takes his time to focus on the details and takes pride in doing a great job. Pedicures by the other staff are excellent. I definitely recommend this nail salon! read more

Udom did a phenomenal job! This was easily the best dip nail I've ever gotten, and he was very gentle! I normally have an issue with my nail tech using the sanding drills too close to my skin and rubbing it raw, but that didn't happen this time! And if he accidentally did something that hurt (which I have a low pain tolerance) or caught me by surprise, he would stop what he was doing to make sure everything was okay. He was super sweet and made good conversation! Will definitely be back to see Udom! read more

horrible. left with multiple cuts on the top of my hands. the lady that removed my gel kept missing my nail and shaved off the skin above my nails. very uneven and bad polish. I asked them to match my fingers and toes and they are completely different colors. read more

I had such a wonderful experience with Udom today! Everyone was very polite and the salon was very clean. He was patient with me while I tried to decide on a color and I actually ended up going with the color he recommended. After having a not so great experience at another salon I am very thankful to have him close by. He's great at what he does! I will definitely be back! read more

I have been a customer of Udom's for a long time, even before he opened Bayon Nail Spa. I had many bad experiences with other SPA's. However, that all changed when I met Udom. Udom is always friendly and pays close attention to detail. Plus, he always makes the customers feel special. Also, everyone I have meet within the Spa is warm and friendly. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and very special. So nice and clean. Udom was phenomenal and did a wonderful pedi & medi. I'll be back. Go you won't be sorry..

This salon in Heritage opened in 2018 and was a gem to find. It is in the Publix shopping center on Lebanon Rd. I moved from Chicago 3 years ago and tried many salons, and all sub-par. Have been here twice and got gel nails and they did an awesome job. Lasted 3 weeks!! Also had reg pedi, ditto that too. Udom and Patty are great, and are as good or better than my tech in Chicago. I will be going there often. If you live in Heritage or Mt. J, check then out. You won't be sorry!! read more
