My friend and I went to get a Pedicure and we told them the $33 Pedicure and they kept saying... $36 is better and we said no thanks, and then the man put this scrub stuff on my friend and said this will be $3 more and you have to pay $36. Then they lady put it on my foot and said the same... they made sure they were getting $3 more.. so greedy. We did not give them a tip. Why keep inisiting that you have to more. I appreciate them taking good care of me. I had a regular pedi, but got the gel treatment for my nails (as I was holding up the rest of my party). In returning and bringing others in tow, the pedicures are definitely what they consistently do outstanding and for the price. Hoooowwwever. Manicures. They constantly are up selling the gel manicure bit, but it comes with a hefty $$ and my overall experience wasn't worth that price. I had an appointment that I booked when they opened for later in the afternoon and had to sit for over 30 minutes past my preset appointment time, and then had my manicure rushed by the tech. I specifically asked if I was getting a hand arm massage as part of it which everywhere else I have been is standard with manicure, since the tech rushed straight to painting my nails and she said "after" which turned out to be her squiring some oil on my arm and doing one pass just smoothing it in on each arm. No massage at all. $40 for the gel manicure. When I went to check out and she told the girl to charge me $40 I asked her as nice as possible how that was when I didn't even get the basics of a regular manicure and she tried to tell me that would have been extra. It felt like she was just making the price up to whatever she felt and then poorly made excuses around it. Extremely disappointed after how great this place has been with the pedicures - which my friends were able to enjoy- but the manicure with this person was a 2 star experience and I'll be sure to make sure I'm not with her again. Udom and his wife are really nice and I really thought I had found my place! After being there a few times I started to feel the service got bad. I also started to have to come back with broken or chipped nails a few days after getting them done. I'm also a bit confused on the price system though, I feel they should have the base prices on a menu but I feel they don't so they can charge what they want. It was never the same even though I didn't do anything different. They would stop working on my nails to start working on someone else so the time would drag and I would be done 3 hours or so. So I stopped coming. Please do come in and judge for yourself. You may find you will agree or disagree with me. Either way, I'm not coming back. read more

A friend and I were in the area doing some errands and we stopped in on a whim. I called first and took the first available times for pedicures. We were greeted at the door and told to pick our colors. The salon is impeccably clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and massage chairs super comfortable. We both got the deluxe pedicure, that was well worth $40. Ashley did mine, and she was absolutely wonderful. I'm not trying to sound dramatic, but it was truly one of the best pedicures I've had. So many times in Nashville we get rushed pedicures that are never relaxing, but not at bayon. It was an entire hour of exceptional service. I was there this past Monday and my toes still look great. I told the friend I was with that I would stop going to my current salon for pedicures and drive out to bayon for them in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! read more

Came in for a 10:30 am pedicure appointment. Unfortunately, I was placed with a man who had only been doing nails 6 months. Right from the beginning I knew he was nervous. It took a while for him to figure out setting up the foot bath. When he asked how the temperature was, I said it was too hot. He then attempted to turn it cooler, yet it was still pretty hot. Didn't turn chair massage on for me. I requested straight, short nails. After several attempts with filing and nipping, I told him to stop. The shape wasn't getting better the more he tried. Pushing back my cuticles was not done well at all. Still have all the dry skin at the top of my nails. I was thanked multiple times from him stating he was happy I was giving him a chance. He did, however, give an awesome massage. I ended up having them painted rather quickly by Patty. Knowing how unhappy I was, it would have been nice to have been given a discount. Yes, I did tip him. I realize newbies have to start somewhere, yet paying customers should possibly be told of lack of experience. I booked my appointment here due to some rave reviews, hoping for one of the nail technicians mentioned. Pretty much a waste of "an hour and a half" and my toes look none the better. Udom did a phenomenal job! This was easily the best dip nail I've ever gotten, and he was very gentle! I normally have an issue with my nail tech using the sanding drills too close to my skin and rubbing it raw, but that didn't happen this time! And if he accidentally did something that hurt (which I have a low pain tolerance) or caught me by surprise, he would stop what he was doing to make sure everything was okay. This salon in Heritage opened in 2018 and was a gem to find. It is in the Publix shopping center on Lebanon Rd. I moved from Chicago 3 years ago and tried many salons, and all sub-par. Have been here twice and got gel nails and they did an awesome job. Lasted 3 weeks!! Also had reg pedi, ditto that too. Udom and Patty are great, and are as good or better than my tech in Chicago.
