I'm sad to write this, but I feel it's necessary. I could accept clipping my skin once, but twice?! Then, a tech accidentally clipped off her clients nail and she cried. Wait, there's more.....someone getting a pedicure yelled because her skin was also clipped. It's because of ALL this, that I write a review. I couldn't let someone else spend good money on bad quality. Bummer! read more

I have been going to this nail salons for 2-3 years since moving to Goodlettsville. I have tried a couple of others in the area but this is the best to me in terms of courteous, professional and a range of offerings. Their prices are fair. I usually get mani- pedi and an occasional set of gel nails foe special occasions. Recommend them if you are in the area. read more

No stars here. The worst manicure ever. The guy working on me was nice and gentle as the rating said but he didn't push back my cuticles which is a huge red flag and my polish dried rippled and uneven. I fell like he over charged me too knowing I was passing thru on business. Aweful and I'm left feeling robbed in a way. Do not waste your time unless you have little expectations and feel like throwing money to the wi read more

If I could leave less stars I would! Worst experience at a nail salon! My nails are lumpy crooked and uneven! They blamed me for the problem! Laughed at me and swore at me! Do yourself a favor and find a good salon. read more

I have been going here for almost a year and have never been disappointed. Amazing and clean atmosphere, and overall very skilled artists.

They started out by making fun of a lady with 5 kids and pointing her out to me and talking about her. Then the lady that did my nails started out by putting the wrong color on the accent nail and when she noticed it she just tried to paint over it. I asked if she was going to fix and she just said let's see what it looks like. I had to make her take it off bc you could see the color through it and it didn't match the other one like that on the other hand. She seemed upset to have to take it off. Then all the pods dipped color popped off like fake nails in a couple days. I had to have them all redone. I thought that fixed it but it is doing it again. I also noticed the toenail polish was smeared up too. I didn't even try to go back to have them fix that. I did also notice that she kept accidentally grabbing the wrong bottles and mentioning "oops" and having to grab the other one so maybe she put the wrong product on at the wrong times? Last time I went, the clear coat kept cracking kind of like it was spiderwebbing on top. Not sure if it's the product or just the people doing it, but I don't think I'll be back after that $100 wasted this time. I wish I had a pic of the nail color popping off but I keep gluing those right back on. read more

i was hoping i could find a usual place near my house but i was sadly wrong. i felt $55 for a gel pedicure was a great price so i went with this shop. big mistake. i should've left after i didn't feel very welcomed but i decided to stay anyway because i was trying to bring some cheer to my day. as the tech was filing my gel polish off, she dropped the disposable file. instead of going to get a new one, she placed it down, waited several moments before proceeding to file my toes with the file she just dropped. in the midst of her doing my pedicure, in which she wasn't wearing gloves, she stopped retrieved a hair tie from her pocket, pulled her hair into a ponytail and then once again proceeded to continue my pedicure. while scrubbing my feet with the pumice stone, she sat it on the ledge beside her in between uses of it on my feet. she moved so slow.... then at the end of my appointment something wasn't right with my polish... it wasn't drying . turns out she polished my toes with regular polish and not gel polish. thankfully someone else came over and repolished my toes. & she cleaned up a nail polish bottle using the same brush she had just cleaned up polish with... read more

I've been here several time. Sometimes it's good and the dip lasts. Sometimes it's rough and crumbles off. You never know what you might get. The place is cute. I want it to be consistent but it just is not. Lately, they are not taking walk ins either. read more

Great service, clean atmosphere, friendly staff & reasonable prices & lots of color choices!

I enjoyed going in to get my nails done. I got a full gel acrylic set. It was pretty pricy, but I was happy with the results. A week and a half after getting my nails done, all of them started to lift. I've never had my nails done where they have fallen off so quickly. I'm really disappointed that I spent so much money on nails that haven't lasted and just lifted and fell off. read more
