The techs were super friendly and good at what they do. Overall with wait time and services, we hung out here for close to two hours. Pricing is standard with classic manicure starting at $25, and pedicure $35. They have packages and levels you can upgrade to if you choose. To add to the frustration, I had called ahead & they said they could do a mani/pedi for me in 15 minutes so I came in, chose my color & was placed in a chair. Over an hour later they finally came to start on my nails. I ended up only being able to do a pedicure due to this. My nail tech said something about my cuticle & then cut it & ripped the skin all the way up the side of my nail then put my foot back in the water. I flinched & said it hurt. She said she was "keeping me from getting an ingrown" but there was nothing wrong with my toe or my cuticle & even if there was she shouldn't just yank skin off like that to cause infection. The girl next to me said her friend walked out because they started to soak her nails off & then nobody came back to her. The staff actually seemed amused at this - I wish I had walked out too.
