If there is a worst pedicure that someone has gotten, this will top it. I promise. This place is not for any nail service rather just a pretend play. Wish i could reverse my decision and not come to this place. I thought pedicure involved cleaning my feet and getting fresh new paint. But no sir, my technician forgot to scrub my ankle. This is my go to nail salon in the Madison/Goodlettsville area! All the employees are so nice making sure I got everything I need, and if you get one of those "natural pedicures" (I get the $40), there are so many lotions and creams for you. It's so relaxing! The chairs are AMAZING. They're don't knead/roll that hard, which I really enjoy. They also make sure your heels are squeaky clean when you leave every single time, and they take their time to go through your pedicures. Also, the way they have their tools/supplies organized for your pedicure is so simple and doesn't make you question any dirtiness! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. A week after getting them done my manicure had already started chipping. I couldn't get back in right away due to work and so I decided to go on my lunch break today (only 12 days later) to let them know what had happened and asked what could be done. They said that the gel lasts different with everyone and since it was more than 10 days past they could not do anything for me. I am very disappointed as I've never had a gel manicure not last me at least 4 weeks. If I knew a gel manicure was only to last me a week here I would have gone elsewhere or gotten a regular manicure and not paid the extra to have a gel manicure done. There aren't many nail techs here so if you come when it's busy, you're going to have to really wait a long time. I had both feet done and a fill. 2 people worked with me, both very good. Didn't try to up sell me anything. Lots of regulars and new people. Chairs are on the older side but I wasn't there for them. If you are, might consider another place. Mine limped along. Toenails looked great though as did my hands. I get my nails done all over the country using Yelp. They did a fine job. The missing star was because of the massage chairs being on their last legs. When they finally, called me up to go to the massage chair and place my feet in, I thought I was going to get started. No, I didn't... I waited an hour even after they had started on someone new. I went in to get gel french tip. I was going to be out of the country and wanted something that would last a least 2 weeks (as they say it will). By the NEXT day my gel was already peeling on a couple of my fingers. They kindly allowed me to come back in to get those nails redone at no charge. But, as I expected, the nails literally just peeled off in less than a week! It is not worth $25!!! read more

I don't get my nails done too often so I'm no expert, but I do know that the nail polish should last at least a week. My sister, mother, and I got pedicures here for mother's day on a Sunday. By the following Saturday, some of my nail polish was already coming off. I think this is because they don't bother putting on a topcoat to seal the nail polish. Also, my mom felt that she could have done a better job painting her nails at home, which is sad since this was a present for her. One last thing which made this visit not so pleasant was the super strong chemical smell in the air. My mom kept wanting to cover her mouth and nose and commented multiple times how that stuff in the air was not good for us! They need better ventilation in there. Tbh this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I showed the lady a design which was acrylic white tips with glitter faded into it I don't know how to describe it but they turned out nothing like I wanted them. The acrylics were awful. They weren't even, were cut different sizes and one of my nails was cut rounded and the rest are cut square? they turned out terrible and I'll never return to this place again. The painting was horrific. I could've done better at home. The white tips we're halfway down my nail and weren't even curved. I got them repainted and they turned out alright, although they aren't what I wanted since for some reason my design was just impossible to do? I asked for them to do my design twice and the first time it looked terrible and like a 2 year old did them and the 2nd paint job they wouldn't put the glitter on like in the picture because it would "look too thick"? Horrible horrible service and honestly I will never come back here. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were only $30. You get what you pay for I guess. read more
