The nail techs are friendly and skilled. They offer most of the nail services including gel, dip, chrome, nail acrylic, tips, designs, etc. Prices vary depending on the level of service. You can choose basic, spa, etc. They keep an assortment of polishes so most likely they have your color choice. The salon is very sanitary and they clean and disinfect all the instruments in between uses. No kids under 10 allowed in store. If you are looking for a kiddy manicure, you may want to go elsewhere. I still decided to get my nails done. I was promptly taken which was different since they were usually always busy. A pleasant woman did my nails but I found myself repeatedly requesting her to meticulously cleanse the residual polish from beneath my nails and skin even though she said she did it already. She has done it once but there was still a lot more under my Barrios and around my cuticles. She also commented on why I got the color white because it gets dirty fast. When she finished I examined my nails and noticed streaks and inconsistencies in the paint application, contributing to an overall subpar aesthetic. (Pictures of the white nails show her work.) While not the worst experience I've had at a nail salon, it certainly fell short of the standards that I had come to associate with this place. (The wait isn't the problem, it's how he's talking to and engaging with me.) -- 8 minute wait, get my extra polish. Shoutout to Simon, he did a great job! - I stopped at the front desk before leaving asked if there was anything I needed to do, he said no. Then I shared, what was meant to be constructive feedback, that as a customer I'd hope he'd watch his tone of voice. Explained the wait from yesterday was the reason for my other questions today, and that I felt he was dismissive. To which he rolled his eyes and said "Mery told me it'd be ten minutes yesterday". No apology. No accountability. Instead, you throw your employee under the bus. I tried to continue to share my experience, even complimenting his staff. He's visibly annoyed and sighing, but the phone rang and he took it as his out to end the conversation. I exited, came right back in to get his name specifically for this review. Had this been the first time I'd witnessed/experienced this behavior from him, this review wouldn't even be here, because I would've assumed it was just a bad day. I've recommended a number of people to this salon who have become regulars. And I will no longer do that simply because the first person they see and have to interact with doesn't seem to truly value how he talks to or impacts his customers' experiences.
