The nail techs are friendly and skilled. They offer most of the nail services including gel, dip, chrome, nail acrylic, tips, designs, etc. Prices vary depending on the level of service. You can choose basic, spa, etc. They keep an assortment of polishes so most likely they have your color choice. The salon is very sanitary and they clean and disinfect all the instruments in between uses. No kids under 10 allowed in store. If you are looking for a kiddy manicure, you may want to go elsewhere. Several hours later he called back saying that Mary and her son that were there the day of my service basically lied and denied everything that transpired the day that I had my service. Mary was rude and unprofessional that day and I see she is a big liar. The management upholds the employees and also attributes their rude and unprofessional behavior as a misunderstanding of culture. I would advise not to use this business!

I didn't notice until we were almost done, but there were fingernails from another appointment (I was the first one for the day, so it was from the day before). The mess went beyond usual nail polish. I couldn't tell if brushes had been cleaned, or new files were being used. I asked for a tortoise shell with a thick French tip. It's fine, colors are great. It looks similar to my inspo, but the gel is so built up it looks like I have bubble nails on. I've never had gel out on SO thick and quick. I enjoy a quick appointment but they did a gel builder set in 1 hour with a design, which surprised me. Once I realized the cleanliness thing I really just wanted to get through the nails and pedicure and leave. They put SO much oil on my hands and feet, I'm still trying to get it off lol. Wouldn't really recommend because the prices don't match the service. If I pay $100 for an hour service, it better be top quality. My previous nail lady was in a private studio and charged $125 for a 2.5 hour service with impeccable quality (I moved away sadly).
