Went in for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, even if they tried to upsell me from regular polish to gel. (I went along with it - but the gel polish was off my (admittedly difficult) little toes after a week. The issue was more with the dip manicure. It was more just application of the dip powder, and less actual manicure. No cuticle cleanup. When asked about shape, I asked for squoval, and ended up with straight square instead. I stopped in since i was heading put for two weeks of travel for work and Thanksgiving, and my regular nail salon was a farther drive than I wanted to make that day. I was hoping to find a new salon closer to home, but this wont be it. read more

White tips were only 10$ more but a white squiggle line through them would be 30$ more. I declined that - & at the end they charged me 5$ extra for almond shape instead of oval...? Once arriving I was told they can't do stickers, and can't do stencils. We settled on chrome, she brought out only one option, which when applied, you couldn't see any difference. She refused to let me get acrylic without also getting a gel color on top, even though the gel was the same color as the acrylic color. I ended up getting charged for the gel that didn't make a difference, the chrome you couldn't see ($10 for one nail!) and a fee to file my nails to a shorter length making it cost just as much as it would have been if I just would have bought a full set instead of a fill. All 3 of my daughters just went to get their nails done. The owner was demeaning, made them feel stupid for asking for a simple design, they are overpriced, and they didn't even do a good job. We should've known better as this has happened to us multiple times when we go to this business. They are rude, impatient and way overpriced for the quality. read more

I went for a pedicure. I have went to this location before and the service was good, but that was not the case this time. The man didn't even bother to scrub or put lotion on my feet at all. He was rushing and clearly didn't want to be there. The area was a mess with water all over the floor around chair and a bug that I'm almost positive was a roach trying to get away but the man took one of the towels they use and grab it up real fast. I did call and she told me to take review down and they would fix it. when asked what she would do to fix it she said drive back and we put lotion on. I told her maybe a discount or a free service done correctly maybe but to take time to have to drive back for lotion on my feet Doesn't cover it. We pay good money for the full experience. my feet looked crusty and dry leaving the place. I took pictures when I got in my car leaving. read more

This is the second time I have attempted to get my nails done here, and will be my last. I understand a salon being busy, that can be a good sign meaning everyone wants to go there. So I am more than fine having to wait for service. What was disappointing both of the times I have come here is I am told immediately to go to a service chair, making me think there is no wait, but it was just a ploy to get me out of the waiting area because I waited 15 more minutes in the chair without being acknowledged, so I asked an associate if I needed to come back later, he said no someone would be with me shortly, fast forward another 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, and I asked again, same response, so I left. This exact same situation happened the second time I tried to go here. This doesn't seem like a coincidence, just seems like bad service. There are too many nail salons in the area for me to try this place again. read more

So to start off with this nail salon had good reviews and it was a cute salon, took me in as a walk in and everyone was super nice. I decided to get dip nails done because they are suppose to last longer than acrylics and I use my hands at work a lot. Four days after having them off one nail breaks off in the morning and the other one a couple hours after. I wasn't doing anything crazy just working when they broke. I really wish this was my new nail spot. I loved the warm towel and the overall service, but my gel nails chipped after ONE day. I paid over $50 for three of my nails to chip in less than 24 hours. I am not on hard on my nails and they usually last 2-3 weeks. Sadly, I won't be returning because I need my nails to last longer than one day. read more

I also wish I had read the negative reviews before I tried this salon, but I was on a short timeline and they had availability. I was told to choose a color and the tech held it up and asked if that was what I wanted. I said yes and didn't think that was unusual because I've had other pedicures and they always check. When I went to pay, it was $20 extra because I apparently chose a gel. I complained and was told I knew it was a gel because he asked me. I've never had gel before and am not sure how I was supposed to know when I was just told to pick a color. 85$ for a pedicure and then tip and no attempt to rectify. Even though this is a great location for me, I will not be back. No concern for customers. So frustrating! read more

I have been going here for six months, but today will be my last visit. The last several times I went my pedicures were very crappy. They did not spend time massaging my legs even though I had paid for the deluxe pedicures each time. Today I went with a simple picture of a French chip with a little bitty flowers on two accent fingers. It was such a simple design the girl that I had kept messing it up and then since I did a fall color that was darker on my French tip, she had to keep going back to make it match because it wasn't matching up, it was lighter at the top where the two colors came together and what should've been such a simple thing turned into such a headache. I literally wasted three hours there just for a pedicure and nails. What made me even more irritated was they did not tell me they were going to charge me an additional $25 for French tip after I just paid an additional $20 for gel. If you want them to nickel and dime and rip you off then please go here but if you don't like being ripped off, stay away. read more

But I paid $20 to sit in the chair for 8 minutes and have them paint my toes... $20 more and I could've had a full blown pedicure... After mentioning how long I've been here, no discount was given..? Had a good experience here but not sure why my nails completely changed colors after 1 day. I got a gel manicure like I usually do and the color was completely stripped from my nails after 24 hours. I will be a regular!! I'm the type that will go to whichever salon is closest, most convenient but not any more! I will go out of my way to come here! It was amazing! Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. I tend to find someone good at the massage or the nails but Anna excelled at both! Entire staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Prices were comparable to other salons but I feel like I got way more bang for my buck!!! read more

My usual place didn't have any openings so I tried this new to me place 5th Nail Lounge. Honestly I was beyond pleasantly surprised! Kaylee was my nail tech and she gave me the best dip manicure I've ever had. My nails look absolutely perfect, the dip was thin as I requested and looked amazing. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy throughout all my services. They offer drinks and everyone was very friendly. The pedi was also wonderful! This place is not welcoming nor do they provide good customer service, this business suppose to be a nail lounge, but I wasn't offered anything, while the other customer were offered soda, water, cocktails, wine or champagne. My pedicure was not done correctly, my polish is chipping and coming off, my feet are not soft and they still hurt. I work on my feet for 14 hours because of being a nurse, I was tired that day, I needed to relax and experience a good massage and pedicure, but I never received nothing, but an attitude and talking back and forth over my head, I will not return, this was the second negative experience at this nail lounge. Please value customers take your business down the street, a mile away, go to the next shopping center, they do not appreciate their paying customer or value great customer service, it's competitive in this market, nail shops are everywhere, almost next door from one another, this business is disrespectful, rude with poor behavior.
