I explained that I was unhappy with the quality of the work, but rather than listen to my concerns or show any interest in making things right, the male staff member I spoke with repeatedly tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong. I've attached a photo taken less than 24 hours after the service. Does this look like a professional pedicure that was just completed the day before? The uneven polish, lack of clean edges, and overall appearance speak for themselves. What was even more disappointing than the service itself was the response when I returned. A customer should not have to debate whether she is satisfied with work she paid for. Good customer service starts with listening, acknowledging the concern, and attempting to resolve it--not dismissing the customer's experience and insisting that everything looks fine. I ultimately told him to keep the $75 I spent. At that point, I was no longer interested in having the work corrected by a business that seemed more concerned with defending the service than addressing the customer. I'm posting the photo so prospective customers can make their own assessment. I know what I expect when I pay for a professional pedicure, and this experience fell well below that standard.

The classic facial I got from Jennifer was relaxing & left my face smooth & clean. The products used did not affect my sensitive skin which was nice. It's clear that Hammer & Nails has put a lot of time & money into their design & layout. Specifically the manicure/pedicure area is impressive. It's a long drive for me to get to from where I live (45mins on weekend) but it's worth it for a quality cut & luxury services. The owner Ketan was very nice & gave me a tour of the facility when I arrived. He explained the different tiers & benefits of membership thoroughly as well. I don't know if I'll get a membership as I don't get my hair cut that often & it's not super convenient proximity wise, but I will come back.

She was super friendly and did a great job. The business model here primarily revolves around "memberships", where you get a couple of services (or more) each month. If you're interested in a pedicure or manicure or other services in addition to a haircut, I think this is a great option. But you can also pay a la carte if you prefer. There's a lot of attention to small details here. For example, the sink for washing your hair is at the haircut station, so they just turn your chair around for the wash, so you never need to get up and move to another station. The pedicure chairs each have their own big-screen TV, so you can choose your own channel, and you can use noise-canceling headphones if you want to really zone out. This is a great new addition to Nolensville, and my first visit was great. I'll definitely be back regularly for haircuts, and perhaps I'll even try out some of the other services that I don't normally opt for. Give them a try!
