Good experience! I could sense a bit of.....can't get the word.....something was a bit off......unwelcoming maybe. The experience turned out good though. Good enough that I decided to go again. Huge mistake. I had to ask to be served. When clearly I'm next. Who does nails with sunglasses on in the store? The man who did mine. Maybe that should have been my warning!!! I was told by the lady who did my gel pedicure, there was a matching dip powder. Only to start on my nails and be told that color was only in gel. Really....soft pink? Now my pinks are off. Who's looking that close expect me? It's principle though. I'm not from the area. I'm sure this shop has probably been around a long time and will be around a little longer. I don't care how you look or where you are from. When you're spending $100 plus on polish and powders, you should be treated a certain way.

I had a very disappointing experience at Glamour Nail with a technician named Henry. From the…read moremoment I sat down, the pricing felt inconsistent and, frankly, misleading. I asked how much a fill would cost and was told they start at $55. I then showed a photo of a cat eye design I wanted. After pausing to "think about it," Henry quoted me $95. When I broke that down, he claimed the cat eye polish alone was an additional $40. When I questioned the pricing, he immediately dropped the total by $10 -- which made it clear the original quote was not firm or transparent. This kind of pricing behavior feels opportunistic and unprofessional. It gave the impression that because I came in with a specific design, he was trying to overcharge rather than provide a consistent, honest rate. I declined the service. While I've had a good experience in the past with another technician (Amie), this interaction completely changed my perception of the salon. I would not recommend this business based on this experience. Customers should be cautious and confirm exact pricing upfront.
