I asked for the purple and blue trim she just did the big toe

I showed her a set of duck nails I wanted and she said we don't have that no more I said ok well can you do these she said yes come. Took my to the pedicure chair and did my feet. She did the acrylic like I like but I told her I want purple and blue background instead of white like the picture, she then proceeded to tell me what she think was best and started getting mad with me. Next when we got to the table to do my nails, she put the tips on and filed I said this isn't what I asked for she said the picture you want have to be with c tips we don't have that. Whole time I am there she never said she couldn't do then she pretended she could then the owner he let her get away with it and let her do it I will never recommend anyone go to them. I paid cash and look at the receipt they gave me smh

Came in for a mani with gel polish & a pedi. The staff was Very friendly, they did a great job. I paid $65 $45 for mani & Pedi and $20 extra for the gel.

The ratings of this place was good and the reviews said this nail place is good so I decided to go. I got the older man. He seemed to make sure that the acrylic colors used were close to the ones in the reference picture. Even though he seemed to care, the execution was just bad. You can see the white part of my actual nail through the acrylic, the part where the two colors meet are all jacked up and not clean cuts, the hearts are a mess and different sizes, the squiggles don't look right, and on top of that, he cut the cuticles of both my pinkies. I literally had to tell him to clean it up because he was ignoring it and continuing like I was not bleeding. The set costed me $96. I did not think that was a fair price but I paid that much and more because I felt bad. The other reviews are good so I'm just guessing it's just the older man that isn't doing so well. If you were getting a plain set, he might be able to do that but hopefully he won't cut you. I just wanted to warn other and put my two cents in.

Tiffany is the best! She has never failed my Gel Nail Expectation. She's even fix my nails when I snuck off & gone somewhere else, that wasn't worthy of even 3 stars, to be convenient to my busy schedule

This is my favorite nail place! They always do a great job on my nails. They definitely last until my next appointment.

Paradise Nails & Spa - A simple manicure, EXACTLY what I was looking for!

I found this salon randomly today, it was close to me and had a great price for the service I was…read moreseeking, a simple manicure. After I finished and left I immediately got on here to leave a review. First of all, I was shocked to see all the nasty, mean reviews! Yelp can be such a toxic platform! That being said, I have to HIGHLY disagree with all the negative things I read! When I walked in as a new, first time customer, I was greeted by a friendly woman working. I asked if they had time for a manicure and she nodded toward another woman said yes and then she immediately got up and invited me to sit at her station. I sat down and she started working on me. She was so friendly and nice! I immediately felt welcome and comfortable! Which hasn't always been my experience in other salons. So I was super happy for that! The whole experiences was 5 stars, all around! And my manicure looks PERFECT!! My tired, dry, cracked, unkempt fingers no longer look like I work all day every day with my hands. And the hand massage was EVERYTHING!! So to anyone who complained, I def don't understand! Also, if you're complaining about prices, you're not living in today's economy! I HIGHLY recommend this salon and I will definitely be back!! I'm going for a pedicure next! Thank you to Ricki!! (I hope I spelled that right.) See you next time!

I was excited about coming here because it close and looks like a nice place. After waiting for…read moreover an hour, I got an ok pedicure that was overpriced compared to the brochure. I was also on the list to get both my fill and a pedicure. Two hours later I only have my nails when feet done every two one and was told there is an hour wait on the other. I get my services done every two weeks and after waiting this long only to be overcharged from the advertised price and only half of my services. I think it is safe to say this this is my last visit here. My search for a nail shop continues:(

Smyrna Nail Bar - They claim they have OPI products for SNS dip. The top SNS dip is NOT OPI.

I was the first person in the salon when they opened, no other customers, just one worker. She had…read moreme sit down for a pedicure but never said another word to me. She didn't ask what color I wanted, didn't start the water, and didn't offer me anything while I just sat there waiting. About 15 minutes later, another customer walked in, and she immediately began working on her pedicure instead. I'm not sure why she chose not to service me, but this was extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

I had a pedicure a month ago and enjoyed the experience. So, when I went back for nails and…read morepedicure the experience was quite different. The nail tech I had previously was not available, that should have been a sign. The tech I had was rough-which is an understatement. She took the dip off my toes with a nail file instead of soaking them off. She cut my cuticle and the sides of my toes several times. I know there is a language barrier but "ouch!" is a common word. She'd nod and go right back to it. I kept asking if someone else was going to do my fingers and she shook her head no. I asked the tech if they had OPI products. She brought me a book but it was all numbers and not color names. I asked if they had Lisbon and she brought me several containers of colors which, surprise, was NOT OPI. I chose a color as close to Lisbon and went with it. When she did my fingers, she kept cutting my cuticles. I pulled my hand back several times to look at the bleed marks. She kept going. The tech was very messy in applying the dip. I left with as much product around my cuticles and down my fingers as I had on my nails. I asked her for a gel top coat. Instead she applied the normal drying liquid. When I asked her about the gel, she put the gel on top of the other liquid and now my finger nails are sticky and feel gummy. I considered going back but with the way my cuticles feel and look, I know I couldn't handle any nail polish remover without more pain. A few days later and everything I touch hurts. I know this seems minor and like a champagne problem but your nails shouldn't hurt or look like mine do. My cuticles are all cut up and where I had to pull the dip off my fingers is raw and bright red. The search for a good nail salon in the area continues. Smyrna Nails is not it.
