In the color orange but I couldn't find the right color for my toes to match my nails, which is fine. Change the color to brown. After that point I was given an attitude about the thickness of my nails and the length of my nails. Total was $107. I insisted $95 because of service. Just get a different server. It's a hit or miss when I come here. Today, I got a gel salt scrub pedi and full gel set with four designs. The lady offered designs as I got my pedi. This woman charged me $$40 for four designs. That is literally twice the amount of any other nail tech I've been to. I told her she should tell people that it's that expensive when she offered this bs. She didn't respond. The nails are cute but definitely not a $100 set. Also, when you get a pedi, she only shows you the page with $60 pedicures. Please turn to the page before with three decently priced pedis. As soon as I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. It was my first time there and they greeted me as soon as I walked through the door then asked me to pick a color. I asked for Tina because I came across her page on Instagram and loved her work. Tina was working with a client and did not say a word to me. I used to live in Nolensville, TN and this was my go to nail salon for over 7 years. I moved to GA, but visit Nashville often. I decided to get a pedicure while I was in town after being away for over 5 years. I was pleasantly surprised that the Owner still recognized me!!!! It was great to see the same staff after so many years. I felt special and seen that day!!! I got the sea salt pedicure and it was Amazing!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.. Tina does a great job doing nails but her attitude is A W F U L. When you get into her chair it isn't a "Hi, How are you?" She immediately yanks your hand before even greeting you. Also, while she is doing your hands she yanks them. Overall, how she communicates and her customer service overall is terrible. This guy made my experience hell. I was enjoying myself until he took over . He started to paint my toes without putting the toenail separator on me which messed up the polish. Then a tool they use to do the toes fell on the floor and was on the floor for about 5 minutes. He picked it up and tried to use it on my toes . It's very rare to find a good, fast, and detailed nail salon. I went once and was very pleased! I got the dip polish and it was $45. They were completely packed and I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. My nails turned out excellent. I went in for a pedicure and am very disappointed. First, the equipment and place did not feel sanitary at all. The technician kept cleaning the razor and nail filer in the water my feet were in, then he would place them right back in the basket. My pedicure was less than 15 minutes and you can tell it was rushed by the look of my nails. Eventually after he left home sitting there for 10 minutes to take another client, I asked another for a pair of flip-flops. My technician came back and took a pair out of the dirty hamper! I asked him if they were clean, because I could obviously see the dirty bottoms, and he replied "yeah" as he was pulling hair off them! The other technician was handing him a clean pair as this was happening, because obviously he was lying to me. I would not recommend, and I will never go back. read more

One of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had. I arrive at the salon around 1130am. After about 15 minutes of waiting a motion to the back because there is a pedicure chair available the water has already been ran. I placed my feet in the water and noticed that it is Luke warm not hot. Not wanting to complain I sit there for about an hour by the end the water has turned completely cold. Feeling ignored I ask could someone please make the water hotter if I'm going to have to wait any longer. I was ignored. I asked a few minutes later for a second time if it will be possible if someone can make the water hotter and again I was ignored. Finally a guy comes over to start on my pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure was so rude he took my foot out of the water and said wow I have my work cut out for me today (even tho it had only been two weeks since my last pedicure). Not only was that rude it was very hurtful. Then he went on to rush through the process of actually giving me a pedicure. Once I was done he told me just to sit in the chair and let my toes air dry he didn't even bother placing me under the dryer. After sitting there for about 30 minutes he finally came and got my shoes threw them done by the dryer and motioned me to go to the dryer so I can finish letting my toes dry the proper way. Once I made it home and really had a good look at my pedicure it was so horrible it was literally something that I could have done at home with supplies from Walmart do not waste your money going to the salon it is not worth it the staff is mean they are rude they rush you and they are not considerate or concerned at all. read more

It felt like your average nail spa upon arriving. All was well until I had a change in people. I had one man start until another younger guy came to finish. I could tell immediately that he was rougher and it wasn't going to go as well. Wish I could've kept the original man. Both were very friendly. My could tell when he was painting my nails that it wasn't going to be the best but I kept on, in hopes that I was wrong. The people who worked on my nails are nice, but the technique they use is not good. The drill bits are too high when buffing the nail, the shaping of nails are not tailored to the nail bed, the pedicure tools don't look sterilized, and they do patchwork for polish repairs. Well, i have been here five times and the first two appointments they did a decent job on my gel nails. The third time my 4 nails fail off in four days and needed repair but I was on vacation. I went back when I return from my Labor Day weekend. I tried to explain to them that I am unsatisfied with my nails as they should not just pop off on four days. They said they would fix them so, I did not remember the color I had before. I just picked one and proceeded to have them to fix my nails that were awful. Then when I went they said I needed to pay for a color change.. Hum what? They told me when I could not find a color to pick one.
