They drilled off essentially all of my previous builder gel instead of leaving an appropriate layer, and when the new product was applied, both of our nails were literally burning under the UV lamp. I also specifically asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up, and that request was not addressed. Unfortunately, the quality did not hold up either. Within only 3-4 days, my mom's builder gel was already chipping on multiple nails. For the amount we paid, I expected much better attention to detail, proper nail prep, and a longer-lasting service. Between the significant wait, the way our existing builder gel was removed, the burning sensation under the lamp, my request being ignored, and the premature chipping, I would not return or recommend this salon.

Then we sat there for over 45-60 minutes with absolutely no service, no one checking on our nails and then come to find we asked to leave and they sent no one over to finish the nails so that we could have left without acetone soaked half removed dip gel. They also accepted 20 other customers while sitting there and started on others nails before helping us. Worst customer service ever!
