I always appreciate nail techs that can be fast and precise without being aggressive and sloppy. I had a nice experience, the ambiance was quiet and again my nail tech Tony did a phenomenal job. Thank u!

this was the worst manicure I've ever had. he didn't even complete it after needing to redo the color twice. HE CUT ME and acted like nothing happened until I addressed it and he sprayed alcohol on it. I paid and left with no paint and ripped up cuticles. I called and they had the audacity to lie through their teeth and state that I came in "cut". I'll never go here again.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, I went here twice and both times my nails were crooked and fell off within 5-7 days! Got dip the first time and acrylic full set the second time. The shape was so off I had some nails that were literally diagonal and crooked. DONT GO HERE read more

This is my 3rd time in walk in all times. Customer service has been excellent all times. This time I tried something new and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. I picked one of the cat eye designs and told the gentleman (I should have gotten his name he was amazing). But absolutely understood the assignment. I used to go here all the time. I'm expecting a baby in a couple of months and the guy said he's had too many walk ins and that I need an appointment. There was one person getting their nails done!!! The entire place was empty. I'll never return after many times of giving business to this place. read more

The bad reviews are for an old owner/management. I recently walked in for an appointment and had a lovely experience! The salon was spotlessly clean, I was greeted by friendly employees, and given a great pedicure. They put disposable bowl protector on and filled the tub while I was waiting. She even gave me the set of tools they used on my feet to take home. Each customer gets a brand new set. They offered me a beverage, and had great massage chairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use this salon again! They did a great job read more

They did a terrible job, I found a bug in my nail gel and they didn't give me the shape I wanted. they were also poorly shaped (I got the dip nails) and they were bumpy all over. I asked for a refund or at least a discount and they refused to give it to me. Ended up going to another spa to get them fixed! WASTE OF MONEY! They also let a bird fly into the store and they didn't care enough to get it out, one of the other girls getting her nails done actually had to get up and shop the bird out. read more

Terrible service!! I had a pedicure done and it was sloppy. I asked for it to be redone and the owner told me I'd have to pay! That's pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I told him I'd be taking my services somewhere else in the future and would not be repaying for work that was not done well in the first place! read more

My go to for mani/pedi. Very clean, massage chairs work the way they are supposed to. Relaxing, quiet music, I usually do walk-in. Sometime you get a quiet person, sometimes super chatty/ friendly. Always nice, great service. I have several very sensitive toes & I appreciate the gentleness when cutting & filing. Really nice arm & hand and/or leg & foot massage w the mani & the Pedi. Basic or Deluxe, the price is right too. read more

Disappointed in pedicure. Made an appointment on line then was told when I arrived it wasn't confirmed. Able to wait and have service. Operator distracted, jumping up and down, had to be asked several times to trim nails on second foot without success. One of the worst pedis ever. Wont be returning. read more

We recently started coming to this nail salon because it opened up first after COVID. THEY ARE SO AMAZING. Cathy usually does my nails but my mom always has Ryan take care of her. We like dipping powder nails and they always do a great job. My mom has sensitive nail beds and this is the only place that has never hurt her. They are very attentive. They are also a lot less chatty than our previous salon. Absolutely five stars read more

Pedicure and acrylic nails look good but I waited nearly an hour in a pedicure chair before it even began! Yes! Lots of walk-in's asking how long of a wait it would be and were told "I don't know" or turned away. All in all from the time I walked in until I left was over 2 hours! Yes! Had I known I'd have to wait that long, I definitely would've patron another establishment but leaving town on vacation with family the same day with family I basically picked anywhere. I don't know how they operate on weekdays but definitely lack in prompt service to their clients. Due to this and living out of town I'd wouldn't frequent this business. read more

My brother and I went in for a mani-pedi and it was incredible! The staff was so friendly and the facility is spotless, quiet, and relaxing. Also hot paraffin wax is INCLUDED in the 27$ pedicure. I am so excited to return when I need my nails done again. The reasonable prices, and overall environment make this a great place and an even better bang for your buck. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. A 15 year old (and yes, I asked her age) and unlicensed child did my nails! I was so in shock that I didn't even know what to say. Meanwhile, her 13 year old sister was trying to do gel nails on the lady next to me, who thankfully refused! I felt sorry for the girls... I will never be back! The pedicure wasn't awful but it definitely wasn't great. Oh and there were bugs crawling across the floor! Yuck read more

Absolutely the WORST nails I have ever had. I went in for a pedicure a refill with reshaping. First of all when I told her I wanted almond shape the woman doing my nails repeatedly told me that's for "old ladies". I'm a twenty two year old. She clearly didn't know how to do any shape. My nails look horrible. I spent too much money for these awful looking nails. I am extremely embarrassed to even be seen with them. Now I have to go to ANOTHER salon and spend more money to fix their inadequate service. read more

I love this nail salon; it is very clean and the technicians are gentle and skilled. Pricing is very good and fair. Best pedicure I have ever had anywhere! So happy I found this place when I moved to town! I see some bad reviews here related to prior management. They bear no relevance to the current experience here. The receptionist was overly attentive to the point of being intrusive, constantly checking in with their favorite line: "If there's anything you need just let me know" (I heard it at least ten times). That said, I appreciated the complimentary drinks--it was a nice touch and made the visit a bit more relaxing over the chatty guests. Finally!!FInally!!Finally!!! Yas me and my wife were visiting my mother for her Birthday , so we decided to get our mani and pedi done but We didn't know a decent place to go. Fortunately, we coincidently were getting Five Guys and They were a few stores away. We decided to give it a try and it was our best decision ever!! The staff was so kind to my Ladies and I had the most relaxing pedi ever!!! I had a cup of wine and the pedicure chairs were the best!!! My ladies also had a great time !! I've always had a great experience here. I went to another nail salon around the corner for years and they told me AFTER they started that I would have to wait for 30 minutes to go to the next step in getting my nails done since there was a bachelorette party that came in and they had forgotten their appt. I left, went to exquisite and have always been treated well there. They take their time, treat customers right and my nails last a long time. read more

I have had my manicures and pedicures done for nearly 40 years in major cities where I have lived. This is the best salon I've experienced in Nashville. Their attention to perfection and cleanliness is up to my high standards. The customer service is genuine and they care that you are 100% satisfied. I came here after a recommendation from a friend of mine and I was so satisfied!!! The staff were so kind -especially Molly who did my pedi!! There were so many colors to pick from and the best part was free drinks!! I got a cup of white wine and it was so delicious!!! Fortunately, I bought cash so I got $5 off!!! I have been a client of Wendy's for several years. Equisite is a beautiful salon with top notch staff. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing and everyone is warm, friendly and skilled. The salon is now under new management and the new manager is amazing. The environment and the liveliness is very pleasing. It has a really nice aesthetic and is just overall gorgeous. The salon is under new management. I followed the manager from her previous salon to this one. Her work is impeccable, and she is adamant about cleanliness and sanitization.
