I came in for a deluxe pedicure and Halloween nails and I am so happy with the results! I saw Addy and she did amazing!! Highly recommend

I needed a last minute dip manicure and pedicure and they were able to accommodate me within 30 minutes! Tony did both my toes and nails and took the time make them look perfect. I always appreciate nail techs that can be fast and precise without being aggressive and sloppy. I had a nice experience, the ambiance was quiet and again my nail tech Tony did a phenomenal job. Thank u!

this was the worst manicure I've ever had. he didn't even complete it after needing to redo the color twice. HE CUT ME and acted like nothing happened until I addressed it and he sprayed alcohol on it. I paid and left with no paint and ripped up cuticles. I called and they had the audacity to lie through their teeth and state that I came in "cut". I'll never go here again.

This is the the best salon around. It is fast yet artistic. Great service. I love it here and would not consider going anywhere else. I found my spot. Ask for Ryan or karen.

Hannah gave me the absolute cutest little tie dye nail and was the sweetest conversation as well I'll most definitely be back! All around an amazing experience and atmosphere

Nina did those for me.these are my natural nails but she did a great job. My husband and I tried half on Nashville and Brentwood nail salons but we prefer those always go back to them. Clean environment and friendly staff and great prices and they don't accept customers if they busy. Don't hesitate give them a try you will not regret it.

The absolute work gel manicure I haven't ever had. My polish is lumpy and nails are uneven. And it was 82 dollars.

This is my 3rd time in walk in all times. Customer service has been excellent all times. This time I tried something new and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. I picked one of the cat eye designs and told the gentleman (I should have gotten his name he was amazing). But absolutely understood the assignment. The shape is spot on and he ensured the shape stayed spot on during the acrylic process. read more

The bad reviews are for an old owner/management. I recently walked in for an appointment and had a lovely experience! The salon was spotlessly clean, I was greeted by friendly employees, and given a great pedicure. They put disposable bowl protector on and filled the tub while I was waiting. She even gave me the set of tools they used on my feet to take home. Each customer gets a brand new set. They offered me a beverage, and had great massage chairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use this salon again! They did a great job read more

They did a terrible job, I found a bug in my nail gel and they didn't give me the shape I wanted. they were also poorly shaped (I got the dip nails) and they were bumpy all over. I asked for a refund or at least a discount and they refused to give it to me. Ended up going to another spa to get them fixed! WASTE OF MONEY! They also let a bird fly into the store and they didn't care enough to get it out, one of the other girls getting her nails done actually had to get up and shop the bird out. read more

Terrible service!! I had a pedicure done and it was sloppy. I asked for it to be redone and the owner told me I'd have to pay! That's pretty unprofessional in my opinion. My go to for mani/pedi. Very clean, massage chairs work the way they are supposed to. Relaxing, quiet music, I usually do walk-in. Sometime you get a quiet person, sometimes super chatty/ friendly. Always nice, great service. I have several very sensitive toes & I appreciate the gentleness when cutting & filing. Really nice arm & hand and/or leg & foot massage w the mani & the Pedi. Basic or Deluxe, the price is right too. read more

Pedicure and acrylic nails look good but I waited nearly an hour in a pedicure chair before it even began! Yes! Lots of walk-in's asking how long of a wait it would be and were told "I don't know" or turned away. All in all from the time I walked in until I left was over 2 hours! Yes! Had I known I'd have to wait that long, I definitely would've patron another establishment but leaving town on vacation with family the same day with family I basically picked anywhere. I don't know how they operate on weekdays but definitely lack in prompt service to their clients. Due to this and living out of town I'd wouldn't frequent this business. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. A 15 year old (and yes, I asked her age) and unlicensed child did my nails! I was so in shock that I didn't even know what to say. Meanwhile, her 13 year old sister was trying to do gel nails on the lady next to me, who thankfully refused! I felt sorry for the girls... I will never be back! The pedicure wasn't awful but it definitely wasn't great. Oh and there were bugs crawling across the floor! Yuck read more

Absolutely the WORST nails I have ever had. I went in for a pedicure a refill with reshaping. First of all when I told her I wanted almond shape the woman doing my nails repeatedly told me that's for "old ladies". I'm a twenty two year old. She clearly didn't know how to do any shape. My nails look horrible. I spent too much money for these awful looking nails. I am extremely embarrassed to even be seen with them. Now I have to go to ANOTHER salon and spend more money to fix their inadequate service. read more

I love this nail salon; it is very clean and the technicians are gentle and skilled. Pricing is very good and fair. Best pedicure I have ever had anywhere! So happy I found this place when I moved to town! I see some bad reviews here related to prior management. They bear no relevance to the current experience here. Every time I have family and friends in town I bring them here and they say it's the best salon experience they have had and are jealous that I live here and can go regularly, which I do! read more

AND, on top of it- they LAST. i go about every 5/6 weeks (just cause i try to push it as far as i can) & my mom typically goes every 4 weeks. PLUS, if you have an accident they're more than willing to help do a quick fix (if needed). if you're looking for a new nail salon, THIS IS IT. if you're just in town looking for a nice treat day, THIS IS IT. i would always recommend calling ahead to see when they can fit you in, but if you're willing to work with them and their busy schedules they will find a time for you & make it worth it. this nail salon is more than just a nail salon, it's an oasis & a breath of fresh air. a home away from home where you can come with wild dreams & see them become reality. they put everything & more into the work they do. there isn't another place more deserving of 100+ stars in all of the Nashville surrounding areas.

Sure! Here's a 3-star review that reflects your experience at the nail salon: --- **** The nail salon had its ups and downs. The service was inconsistent--some staff were great, while others seemed rushed or distracted. The receptionist was overly attentive to the point of being intrusive, constantly checking in with their favorite line: "If there's anything you need just let me know" (I heard it at least ten times). That said, I appreciated the complimentary drinks--it was a nice touch and made the visit a bit more relaxing over the chatty guests. Overall, not terrible, but not somewhere I'd rush back to. read more

I've always had a great experience here. I went to another nail salon around the corner for years and they told me AFTER they started that I would have to wait for 30 minutes to go to the next step in getting my nails done since there was a bachelorette party that came in and they had forgotten their appt. I left, went to exquisite and have always been treated well there. They take their time, treat customers right and my nails last a long time. read more

I have had my manicures and pedicures done for nearly 40 years in major cities where I have lived. This is the best salon I've experienced in Nashville. Their attention to perfection and cleanliness is up to my high standards. The customer service is genuine and they care that you are 100% satisfied. Even had hot towels to dry my hands at the end of my manicure. Thanks Wendy for a great experience...I'll be back! read more

I have been a client of Wendy's for several years. Equisite is a beautiful salon with top notch staff. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing and everyone is warm, friendly and skilled. They provide a variety of services and are very knowledgeable in their craft. Wendy has worked miracles on my very troublesome nails.... It certainly deserves a 5 star rating. read more

The salon is under new management. I followed the manager from her previous salon to this one. Her work is impeccable, and she is adamant about cleanliness and sanitization. The atmosphere is comfortable, and it is a great space. I'm very happy with the changes, and I encourage anyone who visited after previous management to give this salon another try! read more

I'm relaxing and not watching the man polish my toes - I look down and he's using color #2 (it's not the color I chose). I say something and he goes and gets another color (Color #3) but doesn't show it to me. I look down and he's painting my big toe green! I asked what he was doing and he said you don't like? Heck no!!! He then brought me the colors to choose again. Apparently there had been an issue with the color #1 I chose so he just used a different color without showing it to me or telling me of the issue. Why didn't he just say so? I chose another color but hate the end result as it was put down on top of color #2 and ended up looking hideous!! $62 for a basic gel pedicure + tip (which I did not want to give but did) - if I could give zero stars I would. Zero communication ruined the experience. Don't waste your money.

I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seated, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is super cute, chic, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to my nails, especially trying a new place, so I was a little skeptical at first--but Zane completely won me over. She was attentive, took her time, and my nails came out beautifully. One thing I especially loved was that the service didn't feel rushed. She didn't just apply lotion at the end--she actually gave me a real hand and arm massage, which was such a nice touch and definitely a plus! I recently moved to Tennessee and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon, and I'm happy to say I found it. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Zane again!

It's easy to book online for requested services, however they have recently moved to an overbooking strategy. Meaning, if they have 12 pedi chairs it's possible they booked 13 pedis and you would need to wait for the next chair to become available, even if you have a confirmed scheduled appointment. The vibe used to be very relaxed and enjoyable, and always on time/within the timing allotted on their website. These last two experiences my appts were not timely, which had me stressed and running late to my appts after these. The quality and attention to detail was not there, my tech (and other techs around us too) seemed frazzled, distracted, and rushed both of my past two visits. This makes for an unenjoyable experience overall. I'm not sure I will be confident to recommend this spa, going forward. Notes that do not pertain to the rating: -Parking is usually very difficult so make sure you leave enough time. -They also do not take American Express cards as a form of payment
