I feel bad doing this review because the people are nice, however it needs to be done. I have gone here multiple times and have had different people to give them another chance. The quality just isn't worth how expensive they are. I paid over $70 for a basic mani & pedi. That is just insanely expensive for an outcome I could have done myself. They ALWAYS honor their appointments; they're attentive to your needs upon your arrival and throughout the experience. Brianna and Andy are extremely helpful in in the selection of a color to match your complexion - or your occasion! It's impressive that several staff remember your name, as well as the issues you have shared in previous visits; yet, they are always professional. I had broken a nail or two shortly after a couple of manicures throughout the years - and they always fixed the damaged nail at no charge, always obliging. I really want to like this place because it's so close, but it's just not good. The shape is weird and they're lumpy. I asked him to make them thicker so they wouldn't break and he had me take a picture of the color so that it would be easier to fix when I had to come back in, which is not what I asked. The whole point is to not have to go back! He explained that if he made them thicker they'd be lumpy. Well now they're thin and lumpy so idk how that makes any sense. I've been here twice now and have been disappointed both times. I was supposed to go to a different salon in Bellevue but the weather landed me here instead. It's not completely terrible, but I probably won't ever return unless I can't get to a better salon for some reason. read more

I called ahead before going and the man asked me what I wanted. I replied with a fill and pedicure and that I want black French tips. He said alright and that they had time. Upon arriving to the salon the same man reprimanded me and was very rude because I didn't "specify" that I wanted gel. Something that wasn't asked over the phone. He basically talked down to me in front of several other women and was all around rude. The nail tech that actually did the work (David) was amazing and I wish he worked at a different salon because I would go back to him for sure. However due to the fact that the (I'm assuming owner) is so rude. I won't be back. This was my last spa day before giving birth to my daughter and I was yelled at. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. The entire situation had me on pins and needles. (Daughter was born the next day) read more

I came in and asked for my nails to be soaked off & a full set of acrylic powder. I was told they don't do acrylic powder & only have dip so I said that fine. When they went to soak my nails off they argued with me about if I wanted them soaked off.. after I had said multiple times I did bc they had been on for a month and half and I didn't want another fill. I ended up with clear acrylic & gel bc they pressured me into it by saying it would be way to expansive & time consuming to take off my acrylic & do dip. They were just being straight up lazy. They rushed through all of my services & I still had exfoliants on when they applied the lotion during the pedicure. I have full globs of acrylic under my nails & the shapes are all different. I will not be returning due to their attitudes. I understand I came in 2 hours before close for a full set & pedicure but there was still 30 minutes until close when I left. read more

Went with my daughter, Had to wait ,Come back in 3 hours. We both got a manicure and pedicure. $65 each. Her polish looked terrible, started coming off the first day. She went back in the 2nd day to show the young girl at the desk. She would not look at her nails. She said that a manicure only lasted 2 days. I don't think so. We won't go back. Would not recommend them to anyone. Bad Business !!! read more

I just moved to Fairview and decided to try The Nail Salon. It is by far one of the better nail salons that I have been to and I am very critical when it comes to nail salons. It has everything I look for....super clean, does not have that nail salon smell, update atmosphere, massage chairs, reasonably priced, great selection of color and services, plus the nail techs are friendly and professional. What else can a girl ask for. This is now my go to nail salon. I do recommend making an appointment as it got pretty busy as I was leaving and I'm sure there would have been a long wait for anyone without an appointment. read more
