This place is the WORST. They didn't listen to anything I wanted and my nails looked awful and chunky. The last also rounded my toenails making them a completely different shape then what they naturally look like. First time I've ever had that experience. Toenail paint chipped in about 1.5 weeks. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and had no wait. Major plus in my book. I love being a walk in and having fast service. The decor is tranquil and warm with deep Browns and neutrals. They don't have a tv which adds to the tranquility but they do play amazing music. Think Sam Smith and Adele so very nice and a few people were even humming lol but not me. I asked for a gel manicure and was seated immediately. My old gel was removed and I was given a proper manicure. Proper cuticle removal is of the utmost for me since mine grown quickly and no problems here. I had one technician throughout the service and he was friendly. Very bad experienced. I am a regular customer here. Last Thursday night, I went to get my brows and lip wax that I regularly get every two to three weeks. The guy who did it must be new and not trained well. I wonder why the pain did not subside around my mouth after few hours and the area was still very red! My neighbor comes here and gets her nails done and absolutely loves it! They last well and look fabulous, So I thought I would give it a try. My daughter and I stopped by to get pedicures. The salon was super busy and we did have a bit of a wait. The staff was very professional and courteous. Our pedis were excellent. I believe their services are well priced. But what really impressed me the most was the kindness, gentleness, and care they showed to an elderly lady. She clearly needed help getting in and out of the pedi chair. I just kept watching how kindly they spoke to her, not condescending. They paid close attention to her comfort and well being. I came on a walk in and it's nice because they took us right in, but when we sit down they start trying to paint my friends nails and he's a guy and the guy doing my nails starts talking about cocaine. The guy doing my nails has this friend who's a girl and is coming into our conversations and is trying to get my friends nails painted and he chose a color without my consent and just started painting and I don't really know and it was super fast and didn't really enjoy it. I was prepared for an average pedicure at the very best. To my shock not only was Trang the owner amazing but Kim Lee the pedicurest extremely qualified and impressive. I've been to this place a handful of times, never with an appointment, and they've done a great job on my nails but I've never enjoyed the environment. When I went this week they were busy, but didn't seem overly so. I was greeted 2 minutes after walking in (picture me just standing awkwardly in the entryway) and then they asked what I need. I told them I just needed polish removed and reapplied, and their response was, "okay" without any other instruction so I just sat down at the front. A full 7 minutes later they tell me it's going to be an hour before anyone can help me, asked if I'd like to make an appointment, and then when I said yes, proceeded to whisper to each other (two technicians) and neither of them addressed me again, just kept working. So I left and they clearly couldn't have been bothered by it. This place either needs a receptionist, or apparently needs nothing and they're happy with the customers they have, and clearly I won't be one of them. So much for "walk-ins welcome," I felt anything but welcome. Communication matters. read more

I absolutely hate these nails. The guy that was working on my nails did an awful job on them. They are way to short and crooked. I asked for long nails which is normally what I get when getting acrylics but he kept saying I should get them short. I said no and showed the length I wanted but he cut them so much shorter. Another guy working there would walk around me and put his hand by me. He would ask to see my nails he would just grab my hand when they where done while I was texting my friend. Overall this place is terrible and has awful service I recommend not going. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and I think it's safe to say this might be my new go to. I love the atmosphere and the techs really took their time. They were all really helpful. I went with my mother in law (soon to be) and her sister and they made everyones nails look super. Chandra is awesome. They also do lash extensions so I'm excited to try that out too. I got the pedi in a box and it was awesome! The only complaint I have is that they give you wine in a champagne glass and only serve you one glass. If I'm getting the pedi in a box AND a manicure I think 2 glasses is totally acceptable, in real glasses. I was there for 2 and a half hours so would've liked a 2nd glass. read more

Yesterday was supposed to be a treat with my mom in town and a visit to Zen where I've been going for over a year and LOVED. The manager put the wrong color on my nails and I DO NOT like it at all. I've never done all glitter so I assumed there would be a layer changing the color of the glitter at the end. I made a comment half way through about it not looking like I thought it should look. When done I compared my hands to example color and it was NO WHERE near the right color. Manager literally said it was MY FAULT for her picking the wrong color and wanted to charge full amount. I wanted it fixed because I was so excited to get the color I selected and she was not willing to do that. I am now stuck with horrible nails for 2-3 weeks or have to spend 2 hours to get it done right somewhere else and I'm a busy mom of 4. I don't have the time. I LOVED coming here. The friendship was much more important to me than the money. She told me to NEVER come back and said that in front of several other customers. I was FLOORED. I seriously wanted to cry. Referred people here and I loved our biweekly visits. I never thought she would not want to fix the mess up. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. I would have absolutely redone a customers nails if I made a mistake. It's the right thing to do. read more

I had previously visited this salon when it had different owners. It wasn't a great experience but with the new owners, I decided to give this place a shot. It was amazing!!! I went once with a friend to get a regular manicure and they did a great job, very minimal chipping after a week which is great for a manicure. I have a desk job with a lot of typing so I can be pretty hard on my nails. I have also been for a shellac manicure. The woman did an excellent job. She was super particular and made sure the polish was on perfectly and the right shade that I wanted. She did a great job at filing and cuticle work. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't had any chips or peeling! Reasonably priced and great location. Definitely would recommend to anyone searching for a new spot. read more

This is an awesome place and they did an excellent job in my nails and my pedi. First of all if you come here the moment you enter the place you won't smell the strong chemical odor unlike the other nail salon I'd been too. Their toilet is clean and the place is clean too and very very pleasant athmosphere. I will keep coming back here because of how they took care of their customer and their very excellent attitude. I came in around 6:15 the other night (FYI they close at 6:30 most week nights but the website hasn't been changed from 7:30) and I was still seen and walked away with beautiful nails! I have been a patron @ this facility before new ownership, this Owner will tell you to have a seat in any chair you will wait however, then she will assign nail techs to others which arrived after you. I ignored this behavior, until it happened again! I noticed when others complained about their results they received resolve professionally. However, my nail tech gave me attitude when I tried to explain polish was too thick. Needless to say I had to return the next day! Last straw, closing hours changed to earlier closing @7pm. Great! I Arrived @ 6:15 she offered service to others that arrived before me however, Owner replied we can not help you today my techs are all busy with other clients they arrived before you and we would be here till 8:00 if we do you, come back tomorrow! In business you operate until closing hours if you want to be out by 7 you need to change your hours to 6pm! Consistency will keep people coming however, I won't be back! read more

What a huge disappointment this place is! I read the reviews and thought I would try it out. I was greeted and told to pick out my color for a mani/pedi. I waited a few minutes, no problem, was escorted to a pedi chair where I waited for an hour with no service. I asked why it was taking so long and was told I didn't have an appointment and there were people coming in with appointments. HELLO! Couldn't you have told me that the wait would be at least 30 minutes or more. I asked for more hat water for my feel while I was waiting, "oh sure," she turned on the water, (mind you my feel looked like prunes), and then walked away...not even checking the temperature. Very unprofessional, disappointing! Me and my daughter-in-law went for mani/padi on 04/21/2017 at ~5:30 PM. I must say that we were very disappointed as manager was very rude and I received rushed service. First we waited for about 45 mins with no services. At certain point manager told that we can go and come tomorrow, our choice! Then I got a service which is done in hurry, and when I asked to clean cuticles properly, I was told I should come more frequently!! Very bad experince and I will never go back. read more
