I am giving this a 4 rather than a 5 because of the wait for the people around me. I watched one young girl wait in a pedicure chair (a friend of hers timed it...) on a Friday around 3:30 for almost an hour and NO ONE spoke to her. The man sitting next to me in the pedicure seat (actually sat before me as I picked my color) was not helped until my pedicure was over and the guy was working on my nails. My recommendation: call ahead... schedule an appointment.

Not only was the service exceptional but we felt very welcomed at check-in, the ladies providing our services were lovely, and they even have a full bar! I didn't partake but saw many people enjoying a glass of Prosecco while getting their nails done. Did I also mention this place is probably the most gorgeous salon I've ever been in? this month marks 5 YEARS coming to P'zazz as a loyal client. if i could give them 10 stars- 100…read morestars!, i would. Gigi, Kasey, Tracy, Becky... these ladies & more have taken care of me through breakups, job changes, traveling the world, getting engaged & EVERYTHING in between. i am always greeted with smiles and questions of how things are going. the level of hospitality i was shown on my very first visit to my latest has never faltered. these ladies mean BUSINESS & take care of their clients like family. every time i get a compliment on my nails im so eager & willing to share "my place" with those willing to listen. the level of care they pour into every single person that walks through the door is nothing short of a miracle. day in and day out they are there busting their buns with smiles on their faces eager to give their best to anyone and everyone that sits in those chairs. btw- they recently upgraded those chairs! they're niiiice. i've gotten my mom to become a loyal client for 4 years now & recently talked my fiancé into getting his nails done too, so consider him a loyal client as well. i've brought friends & shared their work with countless people & nothing but high remarks from anyone who's ever spent time at P'zazz. i genuinely cannot express how thankful i am to have consistent & beautiful nails every single time i go. AND, on top of it- they LAST. i go about every 5/6 weeks (just cause i try to push it as far as i can) & my mom typically goes every 4 weeks. PLUS, if you have an accident they're more than willing to help do a quick fix (if needed). if you're looking for a new nail salon, THIS IS IT. if you're just in town looking for a nice treat day, THIS IS IT. i would always recommend calling ahead to see when they can fit you in, but if you're willing to work with them and their busy schedules they will find a time for you & make it worth it. this nail salon is more than just a nail salon, it's an oasis & a breath of fresh air. a home away from home where you can come with wild dreams & see them become reality. they put everything & more into the work they do. there isn't another place more deserving of 100+ stars in all of the Nashville surrounding areas.
