TERRIBLE SERVICE This has been the worst experience by far, & I'm a regular. I should have stopped coming when they messed up my toes I was about to start crying & he noticed me upset he just shrugged it off. Each time I come here I noticed a nail infection I have no clue if they clean they're equipment or not. But what was the LAST straw for me is when they disrespected my friend which was a new client by telling her she talks to much and treating her like a clown . If I could give this place a 0 I would. I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. I was put with a young girl that had 0 experience doing nails and I would bet my life that she was not licensed and I left with an open wound bleeding toe and not a single "I'm sorry". The whole 30 minutes I was in there there were only 2 women working and one of them Trish wouldn't stop talking about how she has no money and can't afford to buy food and it was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. Stumbled across this nail spa by accident. They've only been open four months. At first I was put off by the fact that they charge $5 for callus removal but they were extremely thorough. My tech spent way more time on my pedicure details than I've experienced I believe I've been here for an hour and I've enjoyed not feeling rushed. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. **When I got home, I was feeling the soles of my feet and discovered my callouses were still there! After all the discussion of charging extra to remove them. I can only imagine while wearing gloves, they're not able to feel what they may miss. I contacted the manager and he told me to come back and he'd take care of it but I had no desire to go back out after being back home. I may give them another try, not sure. read more

I went in this week for the first time because my usual salon was closed. Kayla did my gel mani and soaked off the dip powder I had on. She did an amazing job and was very meticulous. That turned out to be a great thing because I got engaged a couple days later. I've taken so many pictures of my hands, lol. I would give 5 stars if that had been my only service. I also got a basic pedi and the tech must have been new. Her massage was amazing but the rest of the pedi was not great. It felt ok, but I'd give her 3 stars considering the price. I made an appointment the day of, but they do accept walk-ins. They play good music on the radio and the atmosphere is super relaxing. This would be a fantastic place for a group - bachelorette party, bridal party, etc. read more

bad customer service.. My feet look the same way they did before I went in. Only good I got was a polish. The young lady that's wears the clear glasses didn't greet me, she didn't offer the complimentary drinks with the service, she acts like she don't understand any thing that is asked, she was pushing and pulling my foot like she couldn't communicate with me. She was just straight up rude. I don't like that because I'm one of those very nice people who will set you straight but I don't got time today. It's my birthday week and I just want positive vibes. I've been before and I've always been extremely pleased but this visit was very different! I had to wait (which is out of the norm but I understood and waited) for 30 minutes. I wasn't offered a beverage like they normally do. I waited all that time only for my nail tech to tell me she can't do the service I requested. She can only do a "full color nail" not a powdered ombré nail ..which I've had done there before. She didn't offer anything for the inconvenience of me wasting 30 minutes of my time or offer me another nail tech that could do the nail look I was requesting. This point forward I'll be going to another nail salon where every tech is up to date on the trends and more than capable of doing something other than simply painting my nail a solid color. They just had $100+ walk out the door since I left and went elsewhere for my pedi. read more

This was my first time today. I will say it was a pleasant experience. I received a eyebrow wax and pedicure. Everything is so sanitary and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Worst customer service I have ever received. I went in for a fill today after deciding to try a new place and the nail technician was so unprofessional and rude. I ended up having to leave after she practically verbally attacked me after I had to ask her multiple times to clarify some prices. I've never been to a place that charges separately for tips, the length of the tips, and for the specific shape of your nail on top of the price for the fill. She told me, "I never want to see you again," as I was gathering my things to leave. It was so cute inside, it's such a shame her attitude didn't match the decor. read more

They did absolutely amazing! They were very clean, not crowded at all, and definitely made me feel the best I think I possibly could have going to get a pedicure during COVID-19! The staff were all extremely friendly, and they were even having a special of 20% off all services which I didn't know until checking out. While I was happy with my first visit, i have made some other visits here and will not return. There is not consistency in the capabilities in the nail technicians who work here. I came here on a Friday afternoon when my regular place was too busy. It was wonderful! Spacious and I was seated for my pedicure within 5 minutes. I had a spa pedicure which includes a salt scrub and lotion for $32, which is a great deal! Complimentary wine, soda or water. I will definitely be back. read more

I went to BT nails on Saturday for a Pedi. Their basic pedi is $30; I guess you pay for the scenery and not the quality. My pedi was absolutely terrible. I had to ask a lady to clean up around the toe nails. The pedi service felt half ass; I expected more for $30. The people who worked there were very nice but the quality of work was terrible. I wasn't going to make a review but it's Tuesday and the polish is chipped on multiple toes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Got my nails done and asked her to get all the clear polish she got all over my hands and under my nails and her advice was it'll come off in the shower and to scrub it off when i get home instead of getting the dirt under my nails feeling away at the salon like most would do. Then i got my toes done she didn't give me toe spreaders and told me to go get my nails done. When my 2 toes got messed up because they weren't dry they acted as if it was such an inconvenience to fix them and told me if i didn't want them messed up i should've gotten dip powder or i should've told her i wanted toe spreaders before i put my shoes on even though she was nowhere to be found after she got done.. Horrible service horrible nails will never ever recommend to anyone they also don't color match so if you want your toes regular and dip powder nails count on getting 2 different colors and if not find it yourself not like you're paying for them for that or anything. read more

Beautiful nail salon, with poor customer service. I had to ask for the complimentary drink, nobody seemed to friendly or greeted me. The employee who led me to my chair was working with a child on her hip. I got my nails done on a Sat. and 4 were broke by Tuesday. At one point I had to take the file and file my own nails as the tech did not understand what I was asking her to do. Even with the 5 dollar coupon that they offer on your next visit, I wouldn't return. I should have known when I saw 1 other customer in the entire place that was a bad sign. I live right down the street from this salon and was hoping for a close to home mani/pedi. I went the day before leaving for my sister-in-laws wedding and got my typical (I get SNS dip EVERY month and never break them) off-white dip and toes. My toe nails chipped the very next day and I repainted three of them myself. Ended up doing them all over at a salon near the wedding. Normally, I get a good massage and cuticle cut with a basic pedicure, neither of which were done, I would say it was 30 seconds on each leg, and I am pregnant --- the massage was needed. My nails were a whole other disaster. I broke 4 of them within 5 days time! No I was not working out or washing my hands a lot, they were just that thin. She cut me twice in a row and the color was definitely bright white (that is minor but still noted). I am not one to complain or write a crappy review but I decided to after breaking a 5th nail and going in to tell them about my experience. Honestly, they made me feel like I was lying to them and like I didn't tell them how to do their job. I will not be returning to place. read more
