I don't use gel on my toes and it never fails when they recommend it the polish is sloppy and it messes up. If they don't mention it the polish never is a problem. So they mentioned it. He didn't make sure to clean the nails with alcohol correctly and it didn't dry completely even under the drying machine so I had to go back to fix it. A lady came and repainted my nails that had gotten messy but they didn't dry correctly again, so I have $50 with of messy toes ... at least the color is pretty. I won't come back but you try it and see.

He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. The same girl who did my pedicure also did my manicure. I appreciate it when they try and speed up the process by having one person start your manicure as the other person is doing the pedicure, but they didn't have enough people on staff to do this.
