Every time I have went to this place in the past couple of years the service has been great. The older woman does a great job. BEWARE of the younger lady that does them. This was her first time doing my brows and in one visit she has completely stripped my brows and left them so thin after years of maintaining beautiful thick brows. OMG. Have been coming here since 2018 and have never been failed. Eyebrows STAY on fleek because of the one lady who does mine every single time (I've only ever seen her and her husband in the business, so i assume its just them). She is fast, totally patient w me (suuper bad pain tolerance), and the prices are incredible. Her threading is perfection and at one point the price for threading was only $7- thankfully she realized her talent and raised her prices (but just barely- $10). I swear by this place. Have graduated from high school and yet anytime I need a good threading I drive down to nash to get them done by her. They also always have NFL games on the tv which makes the pain more bearable. I've never had this technique used on me before for hair removal but... I love it! Text longer to do than waxing but definitely not as painful. I've been waxing for years and never went to a place that offered this type of service. For $32, which is less than anywhere I've ever paid for waxing, I got a full face threading. There is some slight discomfort but nothing major in my neck which is probably more sensitive has a little irritation but not bad. The young lady that performed the technique was very professional and nice and did a very thorough job... Way better than most nail salons are willing to give you when they wax. This place is unfortunately getting a bit inconsistent with quality. I prefer the main lady (sorry not sure what her name is) to do my brows but it doesn't seem to ever line up. Anyone else always makes them way too thin even if I specifically ask for them not to be too thin. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 5 years. This was the longest, most painful threading job I have ever sat through. My eyebrows have NEVER been swollen before today. She was literally slowly ripping my hair out and the string kept breaking. I had to ask her to speed up because it was too painful to try and sit through, almost like slow waxing. I don't know if you guys know this but threading is not supposed to hurt. On top of the pain, my eyebrow had a plug missing out of it. Never again. read more

I just had them cleaned up, but it was quite a bit of cleaning up (hence the recommendation from my acquaintance recently?)! This is my go to threading spot in Nashville. The ladies are nice and professional. They're usually pretty quick even if there is a small wait. The experience is painless but it does get some use to lol. The ladies make an effort to make sure you're comfortable and ask if you want them arched or just cleaned up. Overall, you're probably in the chair for 10 minutes at most. After the threading and some complimentary lotion is applied, I feel like a new woman! I was so bummed with my eyebrow threading experience. I haven't done my eyebrows in a few months & desperately needed them cleaned up but the (very nice) lady that did my eyebrow threading removed way too much and now my eyebrows are super thin. But the main reason I was unhappy was that she removed a large strip of hairs on the top section of my eyebrows which made them completely uneven. I was very unhappy with my service this time. I've had them done before at this location before and loved them but this time she was in a rush. People came in after me and asked if it was a wait and she tried to go a lot faster to get it done. She was trying to do them fast and ended up stripping my skin so much it bleed. She also only did one brow the other she barely touched and there were numerous hairs left behind. She showed me them in the mirror but I'd rather fix them my self and not end up with missing skin. Waited FORTY MINUTES before I left. There were only 2 people in front of me. Wasted my entire lunch break thinking 2 person wait would be quick. No acknowledgment or mention of wait, nothing. The one woman working did not speak to me. There's other threading salons that are better that can accommodate 2 people in less than 40 minutes. When I arrived, there was only other customer in front of me, so not much of a wait. The actual process was quick and fairly painless, as eyebrow threading goes. One of the ladies, Alma noticed that I suffer from the terrible affliction known as Thinning Eyebrow, and asked me if I had ever considered eyebrow tinting. I told her I had not, and she asked if I'd like to try it. She sat me back down in the chair, and shaped my brows and applied the tinted. 15 min later, my eyebrows looked fuller and shapely! Finally I found Glitzy Brows on Yelp and I love how close to Home it is. Hi have been here about 6 times and to be honest 5 out of the six times I have had a great experience. There was once when the lady ( probably new) used the tweezers more than threading and also cut my skin in two places. From then I don't go when I see that specific person it otherwise everyone else is great. Customer service is great. Usually the wait is not too long.
