I'm craving honest price transparency, I paid $16 quickly jumped to $18 and now $20 and I've only lived in this city for about a year and this is the only place I have gone for eyebrows since moving here so it speaks volume that in a year price has jumped. I have been several times and always pleased with the results. I am greeted when I walk in, immediately seated, and asked if I want my brows just a clean up or shape. It is always a clean up. I have noticed the price has increased the last time I've gone. My last visit was $18. Four weeks prior it was $16. I don't mind paying for good service and do understand rent and supplies have gone up due to inflation but, consistency on price is important to customers. There is street parking and a pay lot next door. It is in an ideal location to downtown. Threading does hurt but it lasts longer than waxing. Make sure you ask for the Aloe it helps calm the skin to prevent redness and irritation. read more

I had a similar negative experience at this threading place as the other customers. Definitely won't be returning. I was charged $45 for eyebrow threading and underarm waxing, since they don't post the prices. The aesthetician was frankly unqualified to thread or wax and left my brows in poor shape. FYI this building is directly connected to a smoke and vape shop. read more

I really hate to leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses but feel this is necessary. I found this place on Yelp and Google reviews and it was close to my work so I stopped in a total of 3 times on my way home. It was easy to get in without an appointment. I was fairly happy with the shape of my brows the first visit, and appreciated the convenience of the shop. So I went back a second time....not so happy with the shape this time, felt very rushed and like she really didn't care to pay close attention. Unfortunately, a couple months later I was desperate and hadn't had time to find another brow person so I decided to try again. Once more, the shaping was acceptable but the service was just bad....very bad. I'm not a big Covid scared person but do appreciate basic sanitary practices, especially when someone is working in my face. She never cleaned her hands prior to working on me. She then proceeded to talk out loud using her ear buds in a foreign language to someone else the entire time she worked on my brows. This is unacceptable. I don't need or want mindless chit chat, but talking while in my face, in another language, is just plain rude and disrespectful. Then the final straw, she hands me a mirror to check my brows that is so disgustingly filthy that I still don't know why I even accepted it from her hands. Seriously, how hard is it to clean a little hand held mirror? Needless to say, I will definitely not be returning to Queen Eyebrow Threading. read more

The best thing about this place is its location. Super close to central Nashville. The prices for threading in Nashville/the south is a bit absurd, I've never paid more than $10-12 in California or New York. With tax and tip, I end up paying $20-25 for brows! The quality is hit or miss, I've had a couple decent sessions but there were some REALLY bad ones that now I'm scared to go back. Honestly I just maintain my brows now until I travel to a coastal state to get them done. Nevertheless there are literally no other threaders in the entire Nashville area (that I've found) unless you drive 30-40 min to Antioch so here's to hoping that Queen will get better or that Nashville will get more diverse ... read more

My go to eyebrow threading place! It's like $15 for threading I believe and they do it perfectly! I am always worried about people doing my eyebrows uneven or over-threading, but never have to worry about that there. It may not look the fanciest but definitely check it out. read more

Been in Nashville for a few years but ya girl has trust issues with hair removal, especially around my face. I called ahead to learn that they do accept walk ins and that parking is available in front of the establishment. If not, there's street parking as well. I am so so happy with how my brows came out! Tbh, this is my second time here. First time, the door was locked & it was opened a few minutes after I stood outside. Only to be treated like scum my entire appointment although, my brows did turn out fire. Today, I have work in a couple hours, decided to get a head start to my day. Says they open at 9... I'm here at 930, no one's here & no one's answering the phone. Mad inconvenient dude. All I'm sayin, change your hours if you're not gonna be available at a certain time.
