Horrible service. I would not recommend anybody go here. When I lived in the area this was my go to place until the last few times Ferie messed up my brows. The final time was when she was on the phone my entire session and wasn't focused and I had TWO absolutely different brows. I haven't been back in years because of this. I broke down and went a month ago and saw Mary which I was disappointed that I arrived only to have to wait 10 min because she either accepted a walk in right before my slot or over booked. Today was the absolute final straw. I scheduled a brow tint with Ferie who text me today to confirm my appointment for 5:20. I confirmed, but the traffic coming from Clarksville changed and it set my ETA to 5:24 which I let Ferie know. She said it was fine. I actually arrived at 5:19 but sat in my car for 4 min because she still had a client. I then went it and sat down in the hallway until 5:48 (28min past my appt time). I then knocked on the door because I couldn't stay any longer because I had another appointment to be at by 6:30. I told her I needed to reschedule, but as soon as I said it I knew I wasn't going to, because I shouldn't have to reschedule my appointment I was on time for that she decided to either accept a lady who wanted her entire face threaded during my appt slot. If she was going to do that she should've just told me to cancel my appointment instead of me coming all the way to the depths of Antioch. She said she was sorry and for me to schedule for tomorrow. Which how can you be sorry when you purposely took someone during my appt time, and even if I wanted to give her another chance tomorrow I couldn't because I have an all day appt tomorrow. So she either needs to stop overbooking, stop accepting walk ins during or right before client appointment times, or they need to redo their scheduling system so clients aren't overlapping. read more

I went for an eyebrow threading appointment. I am not sure who I had, but she did an awful job on my eyebrows. I think they may have changed technicians since these older reviews. I told her that I did not want to make a drastic change to either the length of the spacing of my eyebrows. She didn't give me a chance to provide any feedback during the process. Even though my eyebrows were well maintained and not unruly at all, she trimmed the length drastically. She took off a ton of my eyebrows. It has destroyed my confidence because my eyebrow shape does not fit my facial structure at all. I'm getting my eyebrows laminated soon, and this will mess up the whole lamination procedure. Maybe this place has been better in the past, but they gave me 2000's pencil thin brows. It was maybe a 5 minute process and I paid $20. Save your money and do not come here read more

I've been going here over 10 years. After Moby left I wasn't sure I wanted to go back however I did and gave Mary a try. It was just fine with Mary and the pricing was fairly reasonable. Ffwd to today and I decide I need to book a visit and I see that the prices have skyrocketed! Nashville threading has finally priced themselves out for me. I drove 35 mins to see her (and she made me come earlier so she could go out to eat with her friend - thus had to change all my plans to accommodate her schedule again) and now my eye brows are ridiculously uneven. First off, I'm new in town. My first time at this place. I walked in thinking that walk ins are welcomed. They're not. You have to make an appointment, and I didn't know that. She told me she was all booked up till 1pm. It was 10:30am at the time. So I left, thinking in my head, well I'm never gonna see that lady again. When I was back in the car, my husband said, just get it done. You've been waiting on your eyebrows for awhile now. So I called her and scheduled for the 1pm. She called me around noon, saying she had an opening, but I declined and said 1pm is good. I strolled into her shop at 1pm on the dot, and I told her, I just want a clean-up and don't go too thin. She heard me, but didn't fully listen. Because she didn't do the full clean-up, and still charged me extra! According to her website it supposed to be 20 dollars for eyebrow and style. She charged me 25 dollars total! The extra 5 dollar was probably supposed to be tip, but isn't that what I'm supposed to give her not her charging me extra for?! I asked her what is the style part of what she does? She said "I do a little bit of plucking and clippers." I thought oh so it's not all included? That's weird. So then I told her "Everywhere I go, every one does it with the clippers and plucking. Already as is" She kinda got angry and her eyes got real big and questioned me and said "Who? Who does it like this?" I said "Everywhere, and everyone I've ever went to does it like that." She kept asking "Who? Where?" And kept talking over me. I said "I travel a lot.. and started naming places where I've been to... "Colorado, Vancouver, Chicago, California, they all do it like that." I think I pissed her off a little, but she did the same to me too. Hence the one star experience. Then a customer walked in and her whole attitude changed. She started being real nice, asking me where I'm from, and switched subjects. As the customer sat there, she did a little bit more on my eyebrows and was like "okay, you're done." Love it! I've always gotten my eyebrows waxed but due to a skin regimen change could no longer do waxing (at the risk of my skin being pulled off...ouch!). Still great, I've been going here for 2 years. The new location in Lenox Village is great! Nice sunlight, which I think is a bonus when getting your brows done so the technician cane really see what is going on. I've had the opportunity to try some cheaper places when I needed them done immediately, and you get what you pay for. Fery is an artist, and takes time making your brows beautiful. She not only threads them, she also plucks stray ones and trims if needed. Post-threading, an application of calming salve or oil is used to minimize redness. Even though it hurts a little, I end up feeling pampered! read more

I had done threading in the past but switched to waxing where I get my facials done out of convenience. I've been doing waxing for about a year and was getting frustrated with how my eyebrows just kind of existed on my face with no structure and even seemed uneven. After seeing the yelp reviews for this place I figured I'd give it a shot! After one visit my eyebrows are totally different. They work well with my face shape and actually have some definition. Ferie hooks it up! I don't keep up with myself as much as I should. But when I need to, Nashville Threading makes it so convenient! It is literally opened 7 days a week and so easy to book online. My sister was getting married, and my eyebrows were in dire need of attention. My skin is sensitive so threading is my only option. The place is in Lenox Village, and its a bit hard to find where to enter the building, but she luckily caught me walking and opened the door for me. I had to wait just a few minutes as she was finishing someone up, but its never no more than 5 minutes or so. She threads as much as she can then plucks the remaining and does a wonderful job shaping. She'll get you in-and-out in no time and her prices are fair. read more

I'm writing this review exactly 2 weeks from when I got my eyebrows threaded and my eyebrow hairs started to grow back a couple of days ago. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but couldn't. I usually get my eyebrows threaded in NYC for $5 and they last almost a good 2 months. Paying $23 here wasn't worth it for the hairs to grow back rapidly like it did. read more

I've been coming to Ferie for years and have never left disappointed. She is always professional and knows what she is doing. Since I've been coming for quite sometime she knows what I want but as long as you tell her how you want your brows (natural arch, high arch, thick etc) she will take care of you. The booking is online and very seamless. You pick the service you want and and date and time. The description will also tell you how long your service will take. I've never had to wait and she makes sure to get you in when you are scheduled and I really like that. The shop is a bit far out if you live in Nashville proper but it is so worth the drive. Today was my first experience with threading. I had heard that it hurt less than waxing. Whoever told me that, has a higher pain tolerance than I do but Ferie was AMAZING.
