I was so excited to get my hair done because I had never done anything to it. She did my hair for 3 hours. At first when I was sitting in that chair , I knew she didn't know what she was doing. She charges us $105 dollars. We wait 4 days until we go back so Haley (the owner) can fix it. I really thought she was going to leave it pretty. We stay in there for 50 minutes. She then proceeds to rinse my hair and she is FULL ON ROUGH. She's literally scraping my head as she's washing it. She was rough THE ENTIRE TIME. She was moving and tossing my head so bad. It was the worst hair wash ever. The pictures explain everything. They are really rude to their customers. When I was getting my hair done the first time. I overheard Brittany and Alana talking super bad about their customers and this one lady. Alana was showing Brittany photos of this girl saying " there really isn't anything to look at , she's not pretty , and she looks so old, she's 35 but she looks 50 " She said all these things in front of me. IT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Haley, you told me at first to take down the review because it could ruin your business" but now I DONT CARE, you ladies were plain rude and disrespectful. I said it once and i'm going to say it twice , DO NOT COME HERE. The worst salon in Mount Juliet. I hope you girls learn how to do hair and be better professionals.

She's really good at listening to what I want and helping pick a color that flatters my complexion and good cut. She is someone who really enjoys the artistry behind what she does. My hair is long and I'm working on growing it longer and Haley has been awesome with trimming enough just to keep it healthy and adding in some layers to give the hair some shape. She also does my moms very curly hair and does a fantastic job with her. We love the scalp massage that she gives when she shampoos our hair. Another review mentioned that she was rough... I wouldn't call it rough but it might be for some people. Here's the thing, if a stylist is doing something that isn't comfortable for you- speak up and say something! No one can read minds. But my scalp always feels invigorated and clean after Haley washes my hair. My mom sees Haley's sister, Brittany to get her lashes done. My Mom likes her lash extensions to look more natural than what a lot of people are getting at the moment and Brittany always delivers! It looks like she just has naturally amazing lashes instead of extensions. Sometimes I like to get my brows tinted with my color and they always manage to do this at the same time rather than having me come back for another appointment, which I really appreciate. I feel like prices for the services are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that these ladies do. I don't live in Mt. Juliet anymore but I still drive to Locks and Lashes and will continue to do so!

I just left this nail salon, and I have to say I will never be back. The nail tech was very…read moreunfriendly, and hardly said two words to me. It wasn't the lack of conversation that was the issue, rather the negative attitude that felt very unpleasant. I let her know initially that I wanted oval nails, like the ones I already had. She didn't seem to understand me, and I had to answer in short sentences, which seemed to go over better. A couple of times I gently commented that I wanted a nail filed down slightly, and this seemed to really upset the nail tech. By the end of the appointment, she was pushing my hands in a way that felt uncomfortable. I was rushed out, with her giving me less than a 10 second massage on each hand, while simultaneously filing my nails, so she could get to another client. I was planning to overlook all of this, and just Pay and move on with my day. However, when I went to check out, I was expecting to be charged $35 for a fill, and the register said $70. I told the man that I didn't understand why I was being charged so much, and he said that a fill with gel X is $60. Gel X is apparently an upgrade, and when I told him that I didn't ask for that, he replied that I needed it with the nails I got. Actually that doesn't make sense at all. I came to find out by looking at the receipt that I was also charged an additional $10 for cateye (the polish and magnet for which I brought myself): another upgrade that also wasn't disclosed. Additionally, my nail shapes are not consistent. Moreover the ambience isn't very relaxing, with the man at the front desk yelling into a walkie-talkie every few minutes, causing customers to stare and look incensed. I honestly feel disrespected and taken advantage of, and once again I will never be back.

Do NOT go to this nail shop unless you're ok with your new set of nails popping off within a week…read more I paid $155 for my nails and pedicure and Nails Fabulous refuses to fix their mistakes. The owner "Eric" or Mien Dinh is extremely rude and unprofessional. I imagine they only treat their Black customers this way. Instead of correcting their mistakes, Eric is replying to my reviews with lies, so I've added additional proof. I got my nails done on July 29. A new Gel X set. By August 7 two of my nails popped off without me breaking them or causing any tension to them. That means either the nail technician didn't apply them correctly or the gel that holds the nail tip on the natural nail is not strong enough. Nails Fabulous refuses to take any accountability or fix their mistake. I have been getting Gel X nails for three years at various nail salons in different cities. It's a much better alternative to acrylics. I have never once experienced nails popping off, let alone within the first 10 days of having them done. This is abnormal. Despite having photos, videos, dates, the salon would not even fix my nail free of charge. Please see the photos and videos attached. As you can see from the Instagram message, they originally offered to repair the second nail, even with it being past their 7-day policy. But once I wouldn't accept the 20% off future services, they refused to fix the second nail. Screenshots don't lie. It's unfortunate because Theresa was so sweet. I'd planned on making her my new nail tech. But there's no way they can stand behind such terrible work and rudeness. They do not value their customers hard work or money. If they'd simply offered me a partial refund or 50% off the next visit, I would've been satisfied. They refused to fix my second nail or offer any type of compensation.
